Tracy installed ear seeds for my chronic insomnia. I was amazed at how simple of a process that helped me get over a long-time problem. She explained the process, and the pressure points she targeted. To my amazement the first night I slept without any medication or sleep teas to help me drop off to sleep. Usually, wake up during the night and have a hard time falling back off to sleep but not this time. The second night was even better. Im getting that deep sleep I have been missing for years. I definitely would encourage anymore having sleep problems to give the ear seeding a try. The best nights rest Ive had in a long time and I no longer have to depend upon sleep aids to fall asleep and stay asleep. Thank you, Tracy!
