This was my first visit at this practice with Nurse Practitioner, Tommy Rushing. It was a perfect visit. I didn’t have to wait too long and his medical assistant, Sandy is fantastic . Tommy patiently listened to my concerns, then asked me questions. His exam was thorough and gently. I highly recommend Tommy Rushing. Amy and Kristin at the front desk are true angels. So kind, warm ladies. I wasn’t paid for this review. ;)

Very impressed. Very thorough. Great bed side manor. Explained issues in detail. I was in his exam room for almost 45 minutes and never once did he make me feel rushed or that he had to hurry to see another patient. Highly recommend!

Mr. Rushing took the time to listen to my medical concerns and make suggestions. He was professional, knowledgeable, caring, pleasant, …. I had a good feeling when I left. I feel the I have chosen a doctor who will look out for my medical problems now as well as in the future. He is the BEST.

Dr. Tommy Rushing is a great doctor. He always listens to your concerns and works through them with you. He makes you feel comfortable and open to speak without feeling less than. You don’t feel like he is rushing you out, his genuine concern for your well being is evident. I am thankful to have him as my doctor.

This doctor’s visit was one of the best that I have ever had and I am 78 years old. CRNP Rushing really listened to what I had to say about what brought me for this visit. He was very caring and understanding. I told my husband when I got back to my car that he was a God Send.He knew exactly what I was feeling and got me on a treatment plan to help make things better.I would not hesitate to see him again. As a matter of a fact I would.be very happy to do so.I could not be more satisfied with my visit with Tommy Rushing.

I was a first time patient of Mr. Rushing and he made me feel very comfortable. He listened without interrupting and that’s with me having a tendency to ramble. He advised the course to take for the betterment of my health and has followed through with everything so far. He treated me as an equal, which is important to me. Tommy is is a new dr for me. His professional and through first meeting left me the impression I have finally found a dr/ NP a who actually takes time to get to know you. I am new patient and had my first appointment with Tommy Rushing on the 23rd of August. He is compassionate, patient and thorough. He created a calming environment in the examination room and listened closely to what I had to say. He answered all my questions and thoroughly explained things that I didnt understand. He spent as much time with me as needed and never was impatient. I have experienced other practioners being impatient with me in the past. I would recommend Tommy Rushing to anyone who needs medical attention. I am so very happy that he will be my practioner. He is a 5 start practioner. My daughter was in attendance with me during my appointment and was very pleased with Tommy Rushings professional practice too. I had a primary care doctor who was at another clinic that was kind of rude and made me feel uncomfortable. I decided to switch doctors and clinics and I’m glad I did.I saw the nurse practitioner and he was very responsive and took the time to listen and meet my needs. I did not feel judged and he came up with solutions that I had a say in. Kind of don’t think I’ll even bother with the doctor and just stick with the CRNP.

I’ve been seeing T Rush for 4+ years and regard him very highly. I huge factor when choosing a Dr is how they value my time—if I’m kept waiting for an hour after my appointment then rushed through I don’t feel valued. This is never the case with Rushing, he keeps his bookings low, stays on time and is patient and thorough. I want a Dr that listens and addresses the issue, even if doesn’t involve a new Rx. Rushing is my go to, I see him 2/year and can call any time. Highly recommend.
