I am very happy and satisfied with the care I have received. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. I had some new medical issues to happen and was seen the day after I called to speak with the nurse, I have received phone calls about tests and labs Exactly when I was told I would receive them, any problems I have has been addressed with Importance which is a wonderful feeling. These people truly care, little things or big things! I am very Thankful I found this practice.

Cecilia Robinson is very professional and knowledgeable. She cares about her patients and their needs. I have been seeing her for about a year and a half now and I am extremely happy with the care and treatment Ive received. I would highly recommend her.

We did a tele Doc call. The prescribed meds she gave me have really helped. I feel much better today. Cecilia knew just what I needed. I had been to a clinic in Panama City Beach August 2, got better, and then relapsed.

She was very quick to see me and very attentive. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The nurse was friendly and great at her job.The office staff was extremely courteous and kind.

Scheduled my wheelchair bound elderly mother and then refused her once we showed up. Receptionist was extremely rude and uncooperative. She didn’t like the mistake was theirs and would not help me to fix it. She said I didn’t do it or I would have fixed it. Unbelievable. Left without my mother being helped. No compassion or consideration for my mother and her needs.

Very kind and compassionate over the phone and willing to help however possible.

I have never had any problems with the quality of care by Ms Robinson or her staff. I have always been seen quickly . She listens and provides appropriate care always.

I appreciate the time she took and time it saved me from having to visit the office.They called my meds into pharmacy of my choice and I was able to pick up a few hours later.

Dr Robinson is always very kind and checks all my vitals. She is never in a hurry wants to make sure she has answered all your questions. Explains everything so you understand
