Came out on a rainy night around 9 pm to fix a busted pipe at my water pump. Got it done in 15 minutes. No problems since. I will be using them again. I was very pleased and they are reasonably priced.

We had a problem with the toilet in the mens room at church. The water would occasionally keep running, and the handle was difficult to turn. Fast AZ Services fixed the running water problem and replaced the handle. The handle later broke. We called them back and they quickly returned and replaced the internals of the toilet at no charge. They were very responsive to our needs. We will definitely use them for our plumbing needs in the future.

Had a great experience with the crew that did my work. I needed several things done including leak at water main, leaking hot water heater, outside facet leaking. We had an issue with a broken flange from an incorrectly installed toilet from a previous plumber. Steve came out the same morning I called in and left the toilet better than new a couple of hours later, at an amazingly fair price. I cannot recommend Fast AZ highly enough!

Great service. The technician was very professional and explained the reason of the problem and what he did to fix it.

We had a drain that was clogged on one end of the house (the kitchen end) which wasnt affecting the bathrooms. When I called, I was told that he could come after hours at a higher rate or he could come at 2 the next day. I was fine with 2 the next day, but much to my surprise, he was there at around 9:30 that morning! I wasnt home at the time, but my wife sent me a message that he was there, so I went home. He was pretty much done by the time I got there, but I did some tests to make sure everything was draining properly as he packed up his tools. He emailed me an invoice on the spot, and he was off to the next job! I will definitely use them again if I have plumbing issues!

The gentleman was courteous and professional. He repaired a leak that would have been torture for me to do myself and on a non PVC/non PEX pipe. The fee was affordable and reasonable. I recommend them. They are in my phones contact list now.

Last year they installed our above ground pool and did the electrical. They are Fast and did a nice job! We were put on a list for our installation but it was well worth the wait they had everything done in one day. Very nice and friendly people.

Well the guy came out and fixed what was not broken. I called them because I still had an leak. Well they sent another guy out and all he do is unclog things well thats not what my issue was. So he informed me he was gonna send another worker the next day. That didnt happen. I called and the lady told me that she should have them call me and set up another appointment well lets just say its been an week or longer and no call from this company.

The service is great, but when I called to have someone come out to look at my fire hydrant the person I spoke to on the phone was very rude I had to call twice because the first time I called he answered HELLO then I asked if this was A & Z he hung up on me. and when I called the second time he answered the same way and more rude, when I told him what was going on he said ok I might be able to send someone out tomorrow morning. I have use roto rooter previously for this drainage problem but continued to have the same problem so I decided to use a different company. I pick Fast AZ plumbing based on the good online reviews. Called these guys out on a Saturday due to our main sewage line being stopped up. The dispatcher explained that they had 3 techs working and that the tech would be out today, but they had been really busy. I called at about 12 noon, and Kenneth showed up around 4 pm. He was polite and knowledgeable. He let me explain what was going on, then he developed a game plan in order to fix the situation. He was able to clear the blockage and even took the time to clear a sink drain for me. I strongly recommend this company, and their rates were very affordable. I will definitely use them again!

Lightning struck my electric service 2 days before Christmas. I couldnt get anyone to come and make the necessary repairs in order to have my power restored. I called Fast Az and they responded quickly and the serviceman was extremely knowledgeable and thorough! He was super friendly as were all the people I dealt with there. The amount of the bill was reasonable with the amount of work required.

He even arrange to come out with the leak detection company to know exactly where to leak was so it can be repaired. He was at my house for over 2 1/2 hours. Honest company. It was a Sunday and my business was in urgent need of a plumber. Fast Az. Sent me Steven. Steven worked non stop! Taking apart toilets, running hoses, machines and even cameras into the lines. He found that debris from a previous day rain storm had clogged the city lines leading to my shop. With his camera system he was able to provide evidence for me to be reimbursed for the cost of his services. I give Steven 5 stars! This guy is dedicated to quality and prompt service. My hot water went out and I called around town early that morning to find someone to come out and look at it and Fast AZ came out within 2 hours. He fixed the problem really quickly and was fairly priced too. About a week later we started experiencing issues with our water coming out brown when on the hot setting and pressure issues in our kitchen. I called again and he was out within an hour. Fixed that problem in about 15 minutes and didn’t charge me for it. Excellent and honest service! I definitely recommend Fast AZ to anyone looking for fair prices and quality work! Had good service the first time I called. The plumber never came back and finished the job which was just putting a simple water heater switch in. Kept calling the office to make an appointment and reached out to them and the plumber several times by phone and text with no response. Got alot of run around at the office never came back after 4 months called again and told the owner would come and it would be no charge this time. Well owner came said he had no idea about the no charge and never apologized for me having to wait 4 months to finish a job or the inconvenience. Finally put my switch on and still charged me $120 . Will look elsewhere next time for my plumbing needs .very discouraging and disappointed .And apparently the workers in the office have no communication with the owner or workers 🤔🤔 no one ever gave me an answer as to why I had to wait 4 months for someone to come out a simple $35 switch in ???? Definitely should not have been charged as I already paid for the job the fist time and the guy never finished the job and the office never made an attempt to reschedule or contact me about anyone else coming out .

He had to cut into my wall to fix the leak but he was able to save my baseboard and floor. He even went out of his way to come back the next day and repair the wall with matching paint and everything! I can’t tell you how much that means to me since I just purchased the home yesterday. Not only that, while he was waiting for the mudding to dry so he could sand and paint it, he helped me unload my uhaul and setup my washer and dryer! My dryer was missing a foot so he cut a piece of wood to go under it. SOMEONE GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE. He went above and beyond anything that could have been asked of him. Kenny the plumber really gave us confidence that he could fulfill our needs, gave us a great bidding, and even said he’d have the job done in a few days. An apparent 2-3 day job stretched into almost a month with him showing up late or not showing up at all for weeks. When he did show up garbage (drink bottles, food wrappers) was left in our yard. Fast AZ even left sewage in our yard for multiple days. We tried giving the benefit of the doubt but there comes a breaking point. We even had the audacity to ask if we would help him after all this. Claiming he was overwhelmed and tried blaming office workers for taking the job on even though he was the one to come out and do the bid. I could continue on with complaints but you get the point. Hands down one of the worst services ever provided to me, period.

I had to call these guys to come out and dig up my line because The sewage kept backing up into the house. We knew that something was going on either the previous company that had tied my line onto the city had done shotty work or there was a tree root involved. These guys showed up promptly and begin working with the excavator. But we did find was indeed a tree route root had grown and was pressing on some of the PVc And indeed the previous company that had tied my line in had put in a 90° bend which is just ridiculous knowing that the line had to go at a 45 and a bit uphill. Thanks for correcting previous shotty work from another company and we will definitely use you again. Thank you
