The employees ate nice but time from appt . Dont expect it we are her 1 & 1/2 hr past appt time the last 2 times and they dont communicate with you at all. Aweful

If I could give this a negative 15 stars, I would. Set the appointment and they promised that the procedure would be done that day. I get there, driving over an hour and was told actually the procedure would be two months out by the office manager despite having availability that day and despite the dentist stating she had the time and could do it. Moreover, they were going to bill me a thousand dollars more than I was originally quoted at my next visit. They were also VERY rude. I would definitely not recommend this office.

Prices on websites are not what they are when you get there. I was not able to pick what I wanted. I left broken hearted after telling me $3100 for everything included 11 teeth pulled at 150$ a tooth.So a week later I got everything done at Dixieland Dental. For 1023$ same thing the other place wanted to change me 3000$. Im happy and feel great. Save your money go to dixieland

The people are courtesy enough when i was there. However they refuse to answer theirPhones anymore. Return a callOr email. I started contacting them on a Tuesday to reschedule a Thursday apptDue to flight rescheduled. LeftA voice mail 3 straight days. AlsoEmailed them. Apparently they areShort-handed and cant return calls, reschedule appointments. 3 days straight.

The staff was friendly and competent. Dr Robinson did a fantastic job, was caring and very efficient.

I loved the staff and the dentist!! Some of the sweetest, kindest, most caring people I have had the pleasure of being seen by. They were non-judgmental about my situation and truly cared about my feelings. They made sure to listen to what I was telling them was bothering me when trying on my denture and fixed it to wear it fit my mouth perfectly!! I left with a smile and no pain. My Ultimate dentures are supposed to be Warrantied for 7 years. They want to charge me $130 to update my records since I havent been there in a few years and they want to charge me to repair the broken Denture. I guess I was duped into believing they are warranted for 7 years!!! If you want my Opinion the Place is a RIP OFF ! ! ! !

From the very start Affordable Dentures took me right in and got me started. I had a set of upper dentures that my puppy got and well I had to get another pair. Whats great about Affordable Dentures is the ability to get a fitting set the same day or in my case next day. Yes, you got to pay out if pocket, but when you need a denture and your insurance wont help or it will takes months this was a good option for me and when insurance does come around I will just have a back up set just in case. Been in the office twice and each time there was patients in the waiting room. So they must be doing a good job helping people out in need. And its not that expensive. For a basic set from start to finish was $425.00. Im happy with my service.

It would be excellent once you are able to get in the patient care area. The biggest upset is you cant get them to answer the phone to schedule an appointment. Ive called as many as 5 times a day for up to 3 days straight before I was able to talk to a person. Also the sign outside and in the office says walk-ins welcome but the sign in sheet saysno walk-ins.

Let me start with I would give them zero stars if I could.I had 10 teeth extracted. I received my immediate partials but they fit so poorly I was back the next morning. Still with no success I followed up with another dentist. At that point I decided that I would not proceed with any further partials from them. I had paid them for cast metal partials of which I was told would be 8-12 months before they could take the impressions for them. I called customer service and requested a refund to my care credit for the vast metal partials and I understood there was some cost associated with the extractions and the immediate partials. I was told I would need to speak to the office so they could initiate the refund. When I called the office I was told the dentist would have to approve it and she would call me back. I have yet to receive a call and yet to have anyone return my call even though I’ve called repeatedly. I do not recommend anyone use them. Beware. Poor work and poor response and they will take your money and refuse to refund it if you are unhappy with the work.

The treatment, courtesy, respect, professionalism, just plan good ole American hospitality. Was above and beyond with a whole hearted geniuanism that was entirely comforting and respected. Beautiful women with God given hearts and hospitality. Thank you

This doctor was so caring and made sure that I was comfortable. Any questions I had she answered. I was nervous about getting my teeth pulled and let me tell you she knows what she is doing. I had 31 teeth pulled at one time and didnt even get up or has them stop for a break. This was an amazing experience and would recommend anyone and everyone to go here

I wish I could put a minus star. This is a RIP off for poor people. 3 teeth fell out of my husbands denture. We saved 2, he swallowed one. He has had his denture for a year. They want $80 to fix it because it has a 3 month guarantee. Who wants dentures that last 3 months. Awful.

Horrible. The sales office AND the independently owned local office completely lied to me and to the church that was paying for my dental care. They doubled the quoted price (local office) and the main sales office had quoted a total price 5x lower than the actual price. They refused honor either price, so I didnt even stay for the X-ray. We went to Aspen Dental in Dothan Alabama instead, and were treated honestly and fairly. It is horrible that Affordable Dentures tried to take advantage of and overcharge a charity organization. Opportunistic and dishonest.

Awesome! Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. After a less than favorable experience with a different company, Affordable Dentures really surprised me. Not only was my issues taken care of quickly and professionally, the temporary dentures I was fitted with (which is their lowest priced option), fits great and looks 100% more natural than the denture from the other company that cost me about 3 times more and never fit correctly! I can only imagine what the final dentures, after my healing period, will be like! I would most definitely recommend Affordable Dentures to anyone needing dentures!

Very nice staff. I got lower dentures. I’m not sure if they fit properly but they did realign them several times before the final product. My lower gum ridge may have not given them much to work with. To me, they are going to be hard to get use too. Overall, it was a pleasurable experience.

The day I picked up my final set of dentures. I told the lady that my teeth didnt fit and were very loose. Her solution was to put adhesive on them. I paid $3500.00 for my dentures and now have to glue them in. Ive tried several times to contact them but this location doesnt answer the phone.

Wel . Hopefully they fix the problem Im having so I wont have to see a different dentist for the issue. Ill say the front desk lady and the staff are great ladies. I just want the doctor to listen to me about the issue Im having so it can be taking care of today. Ill change my review when my issue is taking care of.

They couldnt fix my dentures but then the Dentist said ok after speaking with me (just moved here from South Florida)she said no guarantee.....I picked them up in the afternoon so excited to finally have my teeth back....to no avail as they didnt fit properly they had pushed them in a little when fixing them. My husband then called very upset after seeing me crying and explained that they didnt fit properly. The lady said she would have them call me back and said they could try and fix them properly to fit......as of today I still havent heard from them.....NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE........IM SORRY!!

After having a unfavorable experience at a different office, I came to this office as a walk in with a fractured denture. The Dr was very sweet with excellent chairside manners.The receptionist and assistant were both super sweet girls also. I am pleased with my dental appliance replacement but more pleased with the overall experience. I highly recommend this office!!!

I was terrified to get my teeth pulled bc of prior bad experiences, but the female dentist that was there sang to me the entire time to ease my nerves. She seemed to GENUINLY care about me & my feelings. They made me feel much better about my decision to use them. It has only been 3 days since my visit and Ive already recommended them to 3 people!Now here it is o er a year later and they have canceled my final appointment not once but twice ! Once when I was over halfway 2 Dothan 2 said appointment ! I live in Andalusia so yes I was and still am irritated. I paid in full over a year ago and still havent received my permanent set of Dentures yet. The ones they made 4 me the day I had my teeth removed is 2 times the size its hold be, it is uncomfortable, I use 2 full bottles of adhesive powder every 2 weeks, which is a no Noland they do not seem 2 care that I am way overdue 4 the correct fitting one. I thought this place was great before but now I am only giving them 2 stars instead of5.

I had multiple extractions, and same day dentures done yesterday 12/10/18. I am happily surprised, at how well I am doing, only 24 hrs later. I arrived at 8:30,,,and did have to wait a bit, but the extractions were nearly painless (honestly, I didnt feel a thing , after the shots) . She finished extractions by noon, and let me run to pharmacy, while her onsite lab, made my new dentures. I went back at 2:00 to pick them up, had them do a few minor adjustments before leaving, , and was home by 3. Id recommend this place to anyone. I absolutely loved the staff, and I feel confident that I can go back in for adjustments etc, and be treated well . They dont take insurance, but its well worth it. I am extremely pleased, and would recommend them to anyone I know!

My son had work done previously so I felt comfortable with the group. I did not want to see my local location so I am willing to drive the distance. The dentist, staff and even patients were so friendly and sencerly seem to want to be there. I would recommend this location in a heart beat.

At first I was very happy, but I had a lot of problems with my temporary set. I could not eat with them I could not talk without gagging and for eight months I was miserable and losing a lot of weight. I went back early and wanted my permanent set. The dentist was great but one girl just kept standing outside my room talking to everyone about me. I could hear her. The dentist put the stuff in my mouth to make the mold and set the timer. When the timer went off that same girl turned it off and walked away and left me during there with all that stuff in my mouth. She just kept walking by and ignoring me. The dentist walked by and I got her attention and pointed at my mouth and she immediately came in and took it out. She made my new teeth and I love them they for great and she made sure everything lined up right. Now I can wear them with no adhesive and talk without gagging. The first set the other people there made was not tried in my mouth. They just pulled my teeth slapped in what they made didnt ask how they feel and sent me on my way. The new dentist who made this set was awesome and made sure everything was right.

The worst experience ever!!! Initially I went to this location and had full mouth extracted and immediate denture fitted, or so I thought. Extractions were not easy, I had an infection in my mouth I was not aware of and still, the extractions happened. Moving on, they couldnt even get the immediate denture to fit and sent me home for a week without teeth to heal. I was also told I might have to have the bone shaved for the denture to fit correctly. Moving on after a week I went back to get a denture that has never fit correctly, and after a couple of hours of back and forth I was left with a denture that made my mouth look like monkey mouth and even as if I had a mouth guard in my mouth. It looked ridiculous and has never fit correct. I could not eat and talk for over two months. Finally after complaining the dentist pretty much told me there was nothing they could do and long story short I received a partial refund. ( the so called 100 percent satisfaction is not true and I would honestly give them the temporary denture back for the rest of my money as I would rather have no teeth compared to the poorly made ones they gave me) I found another dentist shortly after and he fitted me with a great denture and I have no puffy mouth and can finally talk and eat again. ( AND I never had to have any surgery to shave the bone)The whole experience with affordable dentures was terrible and there is no way I would recommend this location to anyone!!! As soon as you complain you get the not so great treatment! Plus the wait for anything is ridiculous. I would give this zero stars if I could!

I was in excruciating pain with a wisdom tooth that needed extraction on a FRIDAY!! I called them in tears and they said to be there in a hour. Everyone is extremely nice and extremely professional!

Dont waste your money. Most terrible dentist office in the united states.Had to go back multiple times and deal with terrible pain each time because they kept leaving chunks of teeth in my gums. Paid almost 5,000.00 for a set of dentures that I cant even wear because they are way too big. They will not admit their mistake and make me a replacement set that fits. They want to charge me 5 grand again eventhough they didnt make the correct size the first time. They are a fraud and I have contacted a lawyer for either a replacement set or my money back.

I went to the one in Dothan Alabama and it is the best place Ive ever been to as far as a dentist and I was frightened of dentist until they comfort me. Everything went well at first. Teeth out new dentures in. Turned out that bone fragments started coming to the surface of the gums making wearing the dentures impossible. Went back to Affordable and the dentist had the nerve to tell me that there was nothing she could do. That wasnt the case. It is an established practice for the gums to be opened up and filed down until the bone is smoothed, making it possible to wear the plates. With her refusal to even try I am convinced that Affordable is only after the money and could care less about the welfare of the patient. They have the money, and dont want to be bothered with you.This is negligence. Considering contacting the Better Business Bureau . Its been months. The teeth cant be worn and the patient is still in pain. Do not use this company.

Had teeth pulled in 2016 and every thing was fine .Then had to go back and have a tooth they missed removed. then had to go back and have fragments removed .They sold the office and the new owner did the final pair . Then a new fragment came up even with the gum line and had to go back and they wanted to charge me to remove a tooth that they missed . They charged me 3800.00 and then want more to remove what they should have removed to start with i guess i will send them the bill. .

I took my 82 yo mom in and she had teeth that were broken off, others loose and Dr Stewert and the ladies in office were very friendly, and helpful with my mom. She had a stroke over 6yrs ago and needed special care(nap time space), and they let her stay in room to nap and rest after procedure while waiting for her dentures. Thank you all very much. It was a little cool in there, but very clean. No wifi either
