I have worked for Home Instead for a little over a month now and I have to say that it is by far one of the best jobs that Ive had. The office staff are so attentive to the needs of not only their clients but their employees. Theyre very detailed oriented when it comes to appropriately matching client with caregiver. They really are the heart of what this business is all about. I knew from the day I had my interview that this was a place I wanted to dedicate myself to. I look forward to working a long time with this company. Honestly if more companies had the compassion that the staff at home instead does there would not be such a shortage of dedicated employees. When you have an employer that values you it makes all the difference. The day that I walked in to the office was one of the best decisions that Ive ever made. Most definitely if you are looking for a position in home health care or you are looking for a caregiver 110% I recommend Home Instead.

If I could give this company a higher rating, I would! As caregivers for a mentally disabled family member who had a terrible experience in a memory care facility, we were convinced that no one could do what a family member could do for our person! We felt strongly that our person did better when surrounded by people who like him and who treated him with respect and dignity. However, taking care of a person in your home AND trying to still work in a homebased office became too much and we reached out to Home Instead, Inc. to see if we could afford some help.Not only were we able to come up with a plan that worked AND fit in the budget, they have helped our beloved family member to excel up to his capacity. They assisted him to create needed structure, that still stimulated his brain, and he now can talk almost full sentences and processes his own answers to questions asked.The staff is unbelievably passionate and committed to their clients and go the extra mile when needed. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking to ADD to their persons life. Not only is the staff at Home Instead well trained to best deal with a wide variety of disabilities and needs of the elderly; they actually care while doing it.You cannot put a price on the joy at seeing your loved one excel and find THEIR own pride and purpose as new things are accomplished by him.Thank you Home Instead, Inc. I have worked here for a year. Office staff are always ready to listen, offer tips, advice and encouragement. I enjoy what I do as I took care of my Mom for 8 years before she passed away Feb.2019. We have lost several clients since Ive been here, thats the hardest. Training is an ongoing experience, in the homes as well as in office. Thank you 😊 ALL in the office for all you do for us the Caregivers and clients. I look forward to many more years together.

I am working for this company for quiet a while now. It is a great place to work. You always feel welcomed. Very nice and friendly staff. They make sure that the caregivers are happy and that our clients are well taking care off. We are family here at Home Instead.

I have been employed since March and I have had nothing short of a meaningful and rewarding experience being a part of the Home Instead Family! Some of the most caring people you can meet. The help we receive is always good and on time. We use this company to help with our mom’s care, she is 92 and semi mobile. The lady send to us(Tammy) makes sure mom feels great being at home. We have been using them for almost 2 years. Meals and light house keeping are a plus. I would recommend this company.Tony

Exceptional communication with me regarding the care of my mom. As an only child that lives far away, its been a tremendous help to have someone locally for my mom. The Home Instead caregivers and individual team members in the office have consistently kept me informed of expectations and up-to-date on all changes as soon as they occur. I am so thankful for the compassion the caregivers and staff atHome Instead provide for my cousin. I appreciate the training they receive in understanding the illness and conditions of dementia. She exercises of course when she feels like it and wants too, they take her to her favorite places, one is Wendys for a frosty. They play dominoes and bingo its funny when they tell me shes playing her type of bingo .I couldnt ask for a better staff or caregivers than the ones I have right now. Just hope theyre all around if I need them one day. 😊

Mom is very happy getting to go play bingo and eat at the Senior Center and go swimming at the Recreation Center.
