My experience in this clinic was great & very helpful! Not only were the staff kind but also very professional and what made me more comfortable with them was that had a sign outside of the building that said Si habla espanol and that showed me that this clinic is dedicated to helping anyone in need, even if they dont speak English. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who needs help getting better!

I was seen by Dr. Shih.(very friendly and informative). Best experience at a walk-in clinic Ive ever had. Receptionists were professional and helpful, Doctor assistant was great also. I was only there half an hour and left feeling like my concerns were heard, and also appropriate treatment was obtained.Prompt Medical Care will be my go to clinic from now on, definitely would recommend to everyone.

This is the place I go when I feel I am dying. They bring me back to life!!! Their staff if very professional and friendly. This is a family practice. Doctor Shih father and now Doctor Shih son and his wife Linda. Linda assisted me today. She is awesome! very sweet and caring. She was really concerned and constantly checking on me to make sure I was feeling better. I had a really bad cold. They genuinely care about their patients. The staff have been working in this office for years. This is more than just a clinic..this is family. I definitely recommend this practice.

Overall it was quick and simple. I got in and didnt wait long till I saw a doctor and I was a walk in too. Everyone was nice and explained to me what was going on and gave me options on what kind of treatment I should get.

I walked in with out an appointment and they took me anyway. I waited no more than 15 minutes. They have great customer service. Dr. Chih, linda was amazing to me she make sure I understood everything before stepping out. Front desk lady was super nice as well .! I highly recommend this clinic.!! They speak Spanish as well .!

I had a lot of pain in my knee that was related to work. The medications were not helping much. A friend told me about this clinic. Doctor Dr Shih gave me an injection in the knee that helped rapid. I am grateful for helping me.
