I am so pleased with Dr. Guillen, but he needs to know that some of the ladies that answer the phone are not courteous at all. I was told that if I broke my appointment again I could not ever get to see Dr. Guillen. Fact is they called me because the Dr. Was not feeling well ...I told her that and she continues to say it doesnt matter. So my 2 stars are for the front office. Also, they refuse to check on insurance prior to appointment.So theres a chance your appointment was in vain if insurance is denied .

I should of read the reviews before and not after. Bad customer service, and unprofessional staff.

Went to an appointment and waited past my scheduled time by 30 minutes and got up departed to do something rather than waste my time waiting on someone sho doesn’t respect my time and I’ll be billing them next time electrical wages or plumbing which is 150.00 the first hr

Very rude staff!!I had made an appointment early, once I get there I called that I was outside and they said they couldn’t take me in!! I literally had to ask for the day off just to go to that appointment. Then hours later they called me that they had an spot available to see if I could go in.

Horrible customer service. Staff took for months to notify glasses were ready. Demand you make an appointment to pick up glasses but do not answer phone. Staff even turn off the voice mail service. Do not waste your time and day here. Go somewhere you are appreciated

Very good service, I didn’t spend much time waiting it was actually not so bad. The dr was very knowledgeable and he explained everything and took his time to answer my questions I never felt rushed which I loved. I really recommend this place, everyone was really nice 😊

I loved this place! I was the last appointment of the day but I was still greeted with smiles and warmth. Dr.Guillen was not rushing, he took his time to explain what he was doing, answered my questions and made sure I was happy with the option of contacts I chose. All the girls up front were friendly and courteous even though it was way passed 5 pm. I really enjoyed my experience here and will be back again.

They deserve 5 stars because of great service, very professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. However, I gave only 4 due to waiting-processing time of nearly 3 hour. If nothing can be done with processing time, at least they should have open internet access. As a millennial I need to be connected, but more than that I needed to send some urgent emails from my surface and finish up some work and I could not. I asked for the password and the staff didnt know. So, I hope next time I come this is fixed or you-manager- know the consequence.

The Dr is nice and professional BUT the waiting time is terrible... Also they dont call when glasses are ready youre the one that has to constantly keep calling.. Some ladies in the front are rude and act like youre such a bother especially when youre trying to pick your glasses they act as if ur taking too long....

Very friendly staff! I never had an issue with them. Staff greets you with a smile. I trust Dr. Guillen for so many years. He has been my doctor since my late teenage years. Now I bring my daughters here. He always answers whatever question I have. He takes his time to explain it. Office always clean.

The whole staff including the Dr. are very nice BUT, the wait time HORRIBLE!!! I have been going there for about 4 years now and it’s the same issue every time. I could understand 45 minute wait time from your original appointment time but more then that is uncalled for. You make an appointment for a reason. I was going there because I live in Donna and want to give them the business but I will no longer be going there. Next year it’s to Weslaco I go. I have other thing that I need to do that why I make appointments. Maybe if other speak up and post review they will change they way the schedule their clients.

Dr. Guillen and his staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. Dr. Guillen spent extra time explaining the nature of my eyesight and addressing my concerns, which I greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend his clinic.

The office staff was very friendly and helpful with me and the other customers there. I will definitely come here again and will recommend them to others.

Terrible! They shedule my appointment for 8:50 and they have me standing outside. Full office staff present but I am left outside. Dr. Gullien shows up at 9:20. Not once did they apologize to me or so much as crack a smile. Even though I told Dr. Gullien my blood pressure was high because I was left standing outside in the hot sun, his response was well we open at 8:50. Then why book my appointment for 8:50! I will never go back again.

Extremely bad service. The staff in the front making faces, being rude. Very unprofessional. The wait was bad, we waited for 4 hours close to 5 hours waiting for our turn. Very few staff along with a waiting room full of people waiting to be next.I do not recommend.

Wait time is horrible!!!Even with appointment the wait is too long.

Great staff. Dr Guillén is very knowledgeable and has great bedside manner. The office is always clean and smelling great. Dont listen to RosaTorres. My entire family goes to dr Guillén. He and his staff gives great service

I give it a star just because I cant give it less, the staff of this place is the worst, I had my appointment at 12 and they told me to wait in my furniture, it took an hour and they didnt talk so I had to talk I and when I spoke they passed by, being inside late 1 hour more and they passed more people before me, until I went and asked them if it was normal that I have my appointment at 12 and it is 2:15 and still not To fourth m they pass ,, they only spend it laughing and talking instead of doing their work, for me it is zero percent recommended ,,,, now see that such m goes to the doctor.

Years checandomemi seen in this place, like my children and really k treat you and check the best ... I am happy with my checks ....
