Bad customer service they blame you for the mistakes they make. They made my child bleed because they were rough on her and then say it’s her fault that happened, I try to file a complaint and they don’t care also I asked to speak to the dentist and complain but you have to get through the manager Maria first only to tell you he’s to busy to get back to you . The dentist may be a good Dr but unfortunately the front desk / management is giving his business a bad report because in reality they are the face of the company.

My daughter went to this orthodontist and they were ready to pull teeth give her braces and give us $160 monthly payment to cover the bill, All I have to say is get a second opinion because today she went to another orthodontist and they said if they would’ve pulled her teeth it would have been too early and she would have had additional problems. I wish I could have a blank check at the customers expense, but then that would be morally wrong. I wish there were less stars to pick from.
