Never had any negative comments with this office. Always been treated with respect and concern. Would recommend this doctor to anyone.

I understand that Covid takes up a lot of time whether it means treating or cleaning or just avoiding, so I don’t get mad after waiting, but I was at the office from 1:30 to after 3:30. I don’t have any answers except to ask if patients want to reschedule to another date when not so far behind. When 1 or 2 do this it catches the staff up with other patients. That would keep the rest on schedule and keep your staff from feeling stressed.I live 10 minutes away and I am retired so it is not a problem for me. I am sure that some people would agree that coming back is better than waiting 2 hours.

I would love to see her again but I had an appointment today at 1:20 maps took me to greystone Church then I went all the way behind greystone Church it took me to a golf course where the guy said that seems to be a problem because people are always coming there looking for DMA then I called and got put on hold for 30 minutes after they answered the fourth call then it hung up on me after 30 minutes I just went home by that time because it was way past my appointment I just wish the customer service when you called to make an appointment or talk to somebody was a little better, Im going to move on cause it was just rude

Was set up an at home sleep study. Went to pick up and the offices were closed. 2 weeks of no answers at the office and getting the run around from the people at the front desk when they would answer the phone. I am done trying. I would not recommend this office to anyone reading this review. This is the most incompetent and carless doctors office I have ever dealt with

Has wonderful bedside manner. Spent appropriate amount of time reviewing my tests and explaining results. Minimal waiting time in office. Staff also very kind and attentive.

Great service and bedside manner from the nurse practitioner and the doctor. The office staff and other nurses however, are a bunch of clucking chickens unfortunately. Hire a new office staff. Absolute toxic attitudes.
