Was able to get my glasses adjusted,with a smile and no charge!

Tried to get an appointment and was told they were booked until DECEMBER this is SEPTEMBER....whats happened to Dickson??

I was very happy with the care I received when I had a painful eye issue while visiting town. They got me in right away and everyone at the office treated me with kindness and compassion even though I had never been there before. My eye is feeling much better now!

I took my 5 year old there for her first time seeing the eye doctor and they were amazing! Everyone was so friendly and nice to me and my daughter and made her feel very comfortable. I called on Tuesday & had an appointment the next morning! I expected it to be an all day thing but from walking in the door to walking out only took about an hour. Wonderful place, friendly staff... if youre looking for an eye doctor this is the place to go!

I had an appointment at 8:45am. I walked in and was told I needed to wear a mask by the receptionist. I had noticed when I arrived some employees put their mask on when I had entered the building. I refused to wear a mask because of that and employees in the offices did not wear a mask.

My children and I have been seeing Dr. Lori Weiss for 9 years now. She is well worth the 2-month wait for an appointment. She is caring and thorough and the nicest lady Ive ever met!! All the staff has been friendly to us. I always recommend her to friends.

The front and back staff are very rude. They said that my health authorization was not present and I can just self pay for the appt. while I am on the phone with my insurance to get authorization sent to them. They say I need to put phone down and go to appt now! When I go back to exam area then that lady gives me attitude. “I you do want an eye exam, you don’t have to be here!” I am not your child people. I had authorization changed to more respectful clinic. Very disappointed. Do NOT recommend this clinic.

Always available in the event of emergency. Great to work with and extremely helpful.

Very nice and friendly people

Very disappointed with this office. When I was having a vision emergency, I called 3 different times, was transferred and hung up on. I couldnt even get a response through the website/email. I went to another eye doctor in Dickson who worked me in the day I called and I ended up needing surgery for a detached retina. I will never use this office again.

I see Dr. Janna Smith and she is wonderful, as is their staff.

Frames broke after 1 month and the 4Runner coating is not there. They said it is but I have a horrible glare at night that my last pair didnt have. I wanted to return them since they cost me $308 after insurance and they would not do it. Hence the bad rating. Go someplace else.
