At the end of the visit the receptionist was rude didnt act like she had time to explain anything handed me an iPad and told me to fill it out if it hadnt been emergency I wouldnt have went there

If I could give them a minus -5 I definitely would. On June 4th I went in barely moving and didnt know if I was going to be able to even hold my head up so sick from flu like symptoms. They did a chest xray by some kids just learning how to take xrays and they didnt swab me or take any urine or blood and sent me home with a prescription of some over the counter cough medication and me being totally unsatisfied and asked them for some different prescription that my Facebook freind doctor of many years told me to ask for that would help with my bad cough and pain in my chest that was happening every time I coughed till cant breathe and they said we dont give anything like that here lol. Then they discharged me and asked me and when I got home they called me and asked me how much was I going to pay them today and I described to the lady that called how unhappy and terrible service they gave me and I was highly dissatisfied and still terrible sick and not treated properly at hospital and she stated she would get with charge nurse and its been two days and no phone call back to me whatsoever or correspondence. Highly recommend going to different hospital if at all possible instead of this terrible place.

My visit went sour from the moment I arrived at the ER.On Monday 4-22 I was taken to the ER by EMS. I was suffering from severe pain on my right side stomach, side, and back. As EMS was transferring me to an ER bed it was pretty obvious that a male nurse had an issue with one of the Medics as to something that he did or did not do. I couldnt believe that this was going on right in front of me. I thought that this was very unprofessional.Then I saw Taylor Funeral Home come by with a dead body. Thats real encouraging to someone laying in the ER.A number of tests were run on me and they were no closer to figuring out what was wrong with me then they were when I first came in. I layed there for about 5 hrs in severe pain with no pain meds. The Doctor came in and said that his plan was to admit me overnight to keep an eye on me and give me pain meds and have a specialist see me in the morning. It sounded like a plan to me. I contacted the person I was going to get a ride from if released from the ER and told them that I was being kept overnight.So, a nurse comes in and hooks up an IV with pain meds. Just as the pain meds are kicking in the nurse comes back in and says Youve been evicted to me evicted means kicked out. I told her what the Doctor said about keeping me. The nurse goes and gets the Doctor. He comes in and says he is cutting me loose He said that I didnt meet the criteria to be admitted to the hospital. I told them that I didnt have a ride home anymore, that I was still in pain, and feeling the effects of the pain meds. The nurse said Oh you can go sit in the waiting room. They have a TV out there . I waited 2 1/2 hrs. to finally get a ride. I will end with a question?Just what is the criteria to be admitted to the hospital and just how sick do you have to be?...Thanks.
