This company is the best in my book. They can get to you in a timely manner. They are very pleasant on the phone and the service techs always have a smile. I won’t use anyone else.

They did excellent work! The technicians, Joey and I didn’t catch the other guys name, we’re both friendly and knowledgeable. They were faced with a challenge when the camera couldn’t be fed through a one-way fitting to find the clog. They were able to figure out another way to find the clog, and made sure the job was done correctly! We are thankful for a job well done and will choose Hiller again if the need arises! Thank you!

After the storm we werent getting power to half the house. We called Hiller and they sent a technician out to our home as soon as they could. All is well now. They are a very good company and very dependable. The techs are all so nice. We recommend Hiller for all your household repairs.

I love dealing with Hiller. I am a member of the Hiller Club and they maintain and service my units. Their employees are top notch, their pricing is fair and they are always easy to get in touch with. If I am having issues, they schedule me in quickly and I actually speak with a HUMAN being and not a frustrating computer.

We called around 2:00pm on Saturday to have a cooling issues fixed, they clearly stated they could work us in on the schedule but it would be kind of late(after 6pm).Around 8:15pm, Bradley showed up and worked his magic! Bradley had us up and running in less than 20 minutes. I can not recommend Bradley enough! He was polite, professional, and even at 8:15 at night he was happy to be here!Thank you so much Bradley for saving us!!!

Very professional job. They located my septic tank and determined that my field line is damaged. We had been looking for the septic tank for weeks and they found it in 5 minutes. Excellent job.

I have never been disappointed with any service Hiller has performed for me. They show up when they say they will show up, they explain any issues or matters that may need attention, and from the person answering the phone call to the technician that comes out always have had such a positive attitude and do exactly what they say they are going to do.

Emily, the service tech, had more of a job than she anticipated, as there were 2 clogs. Getting to the drain lines involved digging several feet deep. She never got flustered and was pleasant the entire time she was here. We continue to be repeat customers of this business.

Got a call from the city stating that my water line was broken and I needed to get a plumber to repair it. Called Hiller around 4pm and received an appointment for 7-11pm that night. Hiller came and repaired my water line before the appointment time. The guys were super nice and professional. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

It was a fairly late night call on a Saturday night. The technician showed up, checked out my unit, and advised me of what repairs I needed. Recharged system and got it cooling again and advised of a leak in the system.

Lighting quick and reasonably priced services. We use Hiller regularly for HVAC, plumbing, and other services and have always had good response times and excellent service.

I received next day service which was nice. The pricing for a snake down the drain was horrid. 199 for a snake down ONE drain.... he did replace 2 baskets but only charged for 1 but still, no hard labor had to be used since my pipes werent even sealed like they shouldve been. The tech that came was beyond kind and helpful. But that bill... over 300$ my God no wonder they have an empire

The technician, Les was super prompt, he was actually a little early for our appointment window. I was impressed with the knowledge and the service that was provided. He told me what was wrong with it explained everything and made sure my family and I were safe until the near until could be put in. He came back the next day and installed the new water heater. Les even talked with my home warranty company so they would reimburse me for a portion of the cost. The cost for the work that was a little less than the quote which was a nice surprise. I lo e dealing with Hiller they provide great customer service and do outstanding work. Would recommend to anyone that needed service.

We have well water and were having water issues this morning. I called, couldnt really tell the woman who took my call what was actually happening, but she put us on a work in list, and within 3 hours someone came out. He was able to diagnose, and estimate the cost to be fixed, and was able to get the repair done that day! Im so grateful for the service and to have water!

Very pleased with the service I received from Hiller today. I needed the drain line from our ac unit rerouted. Our technician Dale Gilbert was able to arrive earlier than the expected window (which was totally fine by me!) and got the job done quickly and correctly, without breaking the bank. Diagnostic service on Hvac unit. Not heating. Arrived 15 min early. Worked outside in 15 degree weather. Needs to order part for an older/rare unit. Very pleasant. Will follow up tomorrow.I had to change my rating...This is a follow up post. We had to call a few times to check the status of the part, after being told we would receive a call from Hiller. Call never came. Disappointed in lack of follow up. Can give them a pass since this was during an ice/snow storm.Service tech who did the work was a 5 star.

THANK YOU!!!I called last night at 5pm on our third day without AC after our property management company sent their contracted HVAC person (a competitor) out to look at the unit and said he wouldn’t be back until the next day. We could NOT do a third day without AC. I called Hiller and the lady I spoke with said she would have to request approval for an after hours response as it seemed they were quite busy with previously scheduled appointments. The lady was VERY nice but I was worried they wouldn’t have someone...She came back and let me know they would be able to send someone as an emergency call and explained all fees and what not. I can’t tell you how excited we were!When Bradley came, he was very thorough, polite, professional, efficient, patient with my daughter who had a lot of questions for him. He got the job done and stayed until well after 10pm to make sure the repair was completed and our house was cooling. Hiller was able to show up to my house on the same day I called when another company I had been using was going to take 2 days just for the service call. I knew our ac was needing to be replaced, so instead of paying for more repairs, they were able to set me up with a new install in 3 days. Got a call a call the next day to let me know they had an earlier opening. So, 2 days later I am sitting in a cool house. Great service, Hiller!

Emily was great, she was professional, very fast and on the first visit gave me all my options so I could make an informed decision. I love that you can call them 24/7 to make an appointment. We called on a Sunday night they were there first thing Monday morning.

My Services arent categorized. We had both kitchen and bathroom sinks re-plumbed, a new kitchen faucet, a new bathroom sink installed (by Leslie Roberts and another tech), and electrical work done for our water heater (by Tony Truett). All the work was done meticulously, professionally and expediently. Tony and Leslie were just awesome to work with as well as the other tech working with Leslie. We found the prices to be reasonable and highly recommend them and Hiller.

We had a leak coming from a hot water pipe exiting the water heater in our crawl space. I called and spoke with a woman who’s name I can not recall, unfortunately. She was very nice and professional and helped me right away. She said if I wanted same day service the next available appointment was between 5-7pm. 4 hours out, not to bad, I accepted. As soon as I was off the phone with her another woman from the company called and stated that she had a tech that just finished up at another location and could send her over if it was ok. I was rather impressed by that point. I said absolutely! Not much more than 20 minutes or so Emily the tech arrived. She was polite and knowledgeable. She was able to replace the pipe and the issue was resolved very quickly. She even informed me of the age of my water heater and mentioned it was past it’s life expectancy, which I was not aware of. Totally helpful information. I really appreciated that. All in all the people at Hiller are great and I will continue to utilize their services and recommend them to anyone in need.

Saved the day on Easter Sunday when our breaker panel started arcing and Middle Tennessee pulled our meter to prevent a fire. Dispatched someone to us in less than an hour who repaired our panel and restored power.

We are on the Hiller maintenance program so we see service reps at least twice a year. These folks are always punctual, they call when theyre on their way. Service is taken care of promptly. We have always had a good experience when using Hiller, which is why we use the program. Process are quoted up front, and the reps alwaysi have a professional demeanor.
