Dr. Hawkins has been my doctor for about 20 years. He is beyond exceptional!! He takes the time to explains things & answers any and all my questions. Very knowledgeable, understanding and patient. The last 20 years Ive had 3 children, and 3 surgeries. Ive had no issues. I couldnt even think of going elsewhere. The office staff & nurse are wonderful!! If you are looking for a doctor, look no more..you will be glad you did !!

Dr. Hawkins and Brooke Hawkins are the best obgyn team! They both take pride in what they do and treat you as they would want to be treated. They have always listened to me and explained everything to me. Very professional and understanding!

Best dr hands down! He has done many surgeries on me including the delivery of both of my kids via C-section.... always received the best of care and never even hurt after my surgery. I would highly recommend him. The hospital staff is also very kind and helpful

Dr Mike delivered both of our girls. We were treated like royalty throughout the entire process each time. He and the staff are like family and we couldn’t recommend them enough!

Hands down best ob/gyn staff around. From the front desk, nurses and doctor! Always go that extra to make sure youre taken care of. Cant say enough about how awesome this office is! 🥰

I’ve been coming to the office for a few months now. The staff is very friendly and appointments aren’t hard to get! Both doctors are very thorough and don’t take forever! I am happy is tatted coming here!

I love Dr.Hawkins. He delivered all 3 of my babies. I was high risk for my 3rd baby and was suppose to have her in Nashville, but I wanted Dr. Hawkins. He did amazing, and catered to both of our health needs! Hes always made me feel comfortable and I adore him. His wife is very sweet and answers any medical questions you may have with the best advice and cares for all your health needs. His staff is very respectful and very nice. His office hits home with me and you couldnt ask for a better OBGYN then him. I highly recommend him❤

I never felt like he actually listened to waht i said, and he proved that the day my son was born. He induced me with medicine in my iv. I told him a few days prior i did not want him to break my water. I guess i was not dilating fast enough for him. He said he was going to check me and i see the nurse hand him something. I called the nurse back to my room asked if he broke my water she told me yes. I told the nurse i did not want him back in there that i wanted to file a complaint. He ended up coming back to my room i told him it is my body my choice and i told him i did not want him to break my water when we talked about me being induced. He told me to sue him. I told him i dont care if i have my baby on the elevator or in my van that he was not touching him. The charge nurse had me meet dr Erin Steidl. She is in the same office but the other side. She explained everything before she did it, and actually listened to what i wanted or was concerned with.

I had both my kids here and had surgery to remove an ovary!! I love Dr Hawkins and his staff!!

Staff is awesome! Saw Brooke Hawkins,NP and she diagnosed me with fibroids & had me see Dr Hawkins. He was very nice, gave me my options & I had surgery to remove. He was awesome, I had no issues after hysterectomy.

Only had 1 visit. Met with the nurse practitioner and she was great. This review is more so for the administrative staff up front. I waited for over and hour to see the practioner from my apt time as did a few others in the waiting room. That was not my biggest problem. I went in to get an birth control replaced, they told me it would be a couple weeks and the insurance company would call to confirm the transaction. They have never seen an electronic copy of an insurance card and couldn’t communicate well enough to tell me what information they needed off the card which I had written on a piece of paper. She said she had all she needed and this apparently wasn’t the case. Well a month later with 4 additional calls to this office, the pharmacy where they process the insurance claim didn’t have the correct information and NO ONE BOTHERED TO CALL ME AND TELL ME. I need my birth control when I need it. I had to call the pharmacy only to be told it was the offices fault and no one said a word for a month. Unacceptable. Going to Tennova now.

Awful. Did not like him on my first visit. Very brief and not personable at all, no bedside manners whatsoever. Staff is rude as well. I told them I did not mix well with him and wanted to see someone else, they told me to go to Nashville. Second pregnancy, and my first doctor was not like this at all. They aren’t affiliated with tri-star and “can make their own rules” as I was told by the office manager. Just go to someone else, Dickson is limited, but you will be better off.

I love this office! dr. hawkins is amazing. The nurses are great too. Love it !

I love the Drs and nurses there but the ladies up front are very rude and hateful when they dont have to be.
