Great doctors. Personable and compassionate. Well prepared BEFORE they come in the room. I was impressed. Waiting room is nice and big. The chairs are comfortable. I waited only 10 minutes to be taken to my room.

Everyone here is so friendly and listens to you!! The rooms are all very clean. They are on time for appointments and helpful with any questions I have.

I just love going in there. It honestly is the best place to go as far as doctor’s appointments. Megan, Taylor, and Mandi are some of the professional and friendly people I know in the medical field. They have really helped me a great deal. They really know their stuff. The Dickson office rocks!!! Thanks you guys for being awesome!!!

Its tuff when you need the right doctor... For paperwork filled out..Sometimes they forget about the little things.

The entire team, from the time you walk in, is friendly, understanding and willing to help however they can. I am a nurse myself and always recommend them to patients I know that are in need of pain management.

My experience here was limited, as it turns out they really are not at all what they advertise to be. There is no neurologist. I made an appointment based on the website advertising many treatment options for spine issues, however I am in need of testing to sort out exactly what my issue is. They dont do any of this, apparently this is only where one would go to get prescription pain medication. I ended up leaving before even seeing a doctor, because Im not in favor of having drugs pushed on me....I only need to find out what is wrong and then explore treatment options. I will say the lady in the office was very nice and she made several suggestions of others who may be what Im looking for. However, their name is very misleading and I really wish that someone would have told me that there is no neurologist at the time I made the appointment. Now I have wasted several weeks and have to start the process over again.

I have seen many different specialist to cope with my chronic back pain. The very first visit here I was treated with respect and dignity. Everyone in the Dickson office is caring and treats you like a human. They have saved my life.

The building is around back! I never saw a sign and my GPS took me the complete wrong way. Ive seen several doctors and Nurse practitioners and they have all been great to me. No one on the office is rude, everyone is so polite and patient. The wait times are normal for a doctors office, and Ive never been upset waiting. The rooms are super clean and organized. Every issues Ive had with medicine has been handled and not questioned. Ive never once been treated like a drug seeker, or questioned if i have issues with medicine. I dont plan on ever leaving this doctors office for care.

My first visit to Dr Schneider. He was pleasant, listened attentively while I described my pain. He asked questions and answered mine. He recommended a treatment, no opiods!! The staff was friendly and professional. This group is much better than previous Doctor in Nashville. Thank you.
