Everyone was so nice and it was so very relaxing. I got the chemical peel and a soak. Wasnt thrilled about the soak and actually got out after about 10 minutes. Only because I kept sliding down and it was just more work trying to stay in place. But the facial was wonderful and the girl who did ours was so sweet and kind.. Unfortunately, I cant remember her name but everyone was just so nice and a beautiful facility..

I went this Saturday for a massage with Jeanah. I love massages but Im also very self conscious. Jeanah made me feel completely comfortable and said the sweetest thing to me. The massage was excellent. All of the staff make you feel welcomed and comfortable while youre there. The environment is so calm and relaxing. My only request would be larger, oversized robes.

The spa is lovely and in the past has always been very relaxing. But, recently the staff seems to be required to loom over me while I shop at the front desk. The receptionists have always been friendly and create a very relaxing environment. Im not a fan of the new practice of higher energy and watching me shop. The spa is wonderful and I will definitely be back. This is just a friendly suggestion to consider returning to the low-key environment that it was a few months ago.

The massage experience was great! The atmosphere is so relaxing and welcoming. However, I had purchased a gift card for a 60 minute couples massage about two months before calling to schedule the massage. I made the massage appointment over the phone specifically to use the gift card I had previously purchased. I was very unaware that I was actually being scheduled for a 90 minute massage. So, when we went to pay after the massage, I still owed $80 after using my gift card, which was totally unexpected. The overall experience was amazing, but I am just disappointed in the lack of communication on what was being purchased versus what was being scheduled.

My boyfriend purchased a gift card for 200 dollars from bloom day. When I called to make my appointment they could not fit us in for almost 2 months. So 2 months later it was time for our appointment well life happens so we rescheduled. Both, my boyfriend and myself worked night shift at the time. Unfortunately my schedule got changed without notice and I had to move to day shift. Let me add I can’t answer my phone while at work so it sits in the car. When I got off bloom day was closed. This all happened on a Friday. Tuesday I called to reschedule it but wanted to do a Mother’s Day package instead and have a massage with my mom. While I’m on the phone with them they tell me that they took the money from our gift card every bit of 200 dollars for a cancellation fee!!!!!!! 100 dollars a person !!!! I do not recommend this place at all !! They are just greedy money hungry inconsiderate people!! That was the Only gift I received from my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day!!! It’s bad enough here it is may and I still did not get to use my card. But then for them to tell me they took the whole 200 dollars from my card for a cancellation fee without my permission and without telling me while I was making the appointment!!!! That should be illegal!!!

I went to get a simple massage but was very impressed with the quality of service! As soon as I came in I was warmly greeted, they offer water and beverages, as well as complimentary access to a beautifully doze-worthy lounge, lovely locker room, and cozy, dark sauna at no extra cost. This place is a heavenly oasis of quiet and tranquility. I can’t WAIT to go back.

My boyfriend and I came here for a spa day and they did not disappoint! We’re from South Carolina and we came up for the weekend to get away. The staff was amazing and made sure that we were taken care of during every aspect of our day. The couples massage was very relaxing and the facials made my skin feel soooo soft afterwards. They served us lunch during our visit from Zanders woodfired pizza next door, which was delicious! They also sell the products that they use during the facials which was great because I bought the lip cream because it was amazing and is very hydrating. This place is worth the visit and the price is great for everything that they include during your time there. We would definitely come back if were ever in the area again!! 10 stars!

I had my first experience at Bloom Day Spa today! AMAZING is all I can say. From the moment I walked in, I loved it. The owners greeted me at the door and instantly I felt relaxed. The lobby is beautiful but what lies beyond the sliding door is another world. I enjoyed the Epsom Salt soak and a hot stone massage. Constance was my masseuse and she was excellent. I love going here! For a small town spa, it has a big city elegance and class about it and the services are top notch. I travel all over and end up waiting to come back here every time. The wine flows freely(if you want it) and the people are very down to earth. Nothing feels clinical. I get deep tissue massage here and its amazing! Just got my first facial here this week and it was amazing, and I get my nails done here and its always amazing. I cant imagine going anywhere else.

This place was beyound my sweetest dreams about a spaThe day I called for an appointment they had to call me back (no problem I waited maybe 5-8 mins for a call back) the gentleman on the phone was super polite and knowledgeable and very helpful he made my appointment for me answered any questions I had and also added a few things to the conversation about the spa the night before my appointment the girl I believe the one who gave me my massage called to remind me about my appointment she also was super politeThe day of my appointment I walked in and was immediately waited on by the gentleman that I talked to first and he handed me my papers to fill out offered me a glass of wine or water or hot tea ( I got water Im not a big wine or tea drinker) after I filled out my papers he took me on a tour of the spa it was dim for the atmosphere to relax you (and it worked lol) after he showed me where everything was I changed into my very soft robe and slippers I waited about 10 mins for my girl Courteney to take me back to the room and the sounds and smell and the lights everything in there was perfect for a relaxing massage (BTW I got the 90 min massage and I will also not only be back for another one but Im gonna get facials and mani/pedis done there also and it may take me awhile but I WILL get my husband in there for a couples massage very soon) anyways right off she found my knots in my back and they was sore but she was very VERY good about working them out it wasnt painful at all a little uncomfortable but only for a very few seconds and after that I felt instantly relaxed and better she just a little bitty thing but she has VERY strong hands and gets the job doneYou will not be disappointed guys and gals going to Bloom Day Spa everyone there will pamper you and wait on youI like what Ms. Courtney said to me right off before she even touch me this is all about you every bit of it if something doesnt feel right of Im rubbing to hard or not hard enough tell me you will not hurt my feelings at all again this is ALL ABOUT YOU!So go give them a try I promise you will not be disappointedI wished Google would let me give 10 ⭐ because I would definitely give Bloom Day Spa 10 ⭐

Love this place! I made a same day appt for 3 different services and was fit right in. (Not that it pertains to the service) but the furniture and decor are beautiful and very much to my taste. Steve was so nice and accommodating. He and the girls made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. I got my brows shaped, a relaxing therapeutic soak, and a Swedish massage. It was everything this exhausted momma needed. I will definitely be a regular at Bloom Day Spa.

This place is ah-maze-ing. The owners are eager to make your experience unforgettable. The services are a bit expensive compared to Nashville, but you absolutely get above and beyond what you pay for. Not only that, but they offer so many packages, you almost dont need to go anywhere else for your immediate luxury needs.
