Opened a savings account and put in $50. Planned on using it for long term savings separate from our primary bank. Didn’t touch the account for 2 years. Tried to deposit some extra money into it and found out the account had been moved into “dormant mode” and they had taken every dollar in the account for fees.

I do not recommend this bank, They locked my card when I was using my own card. I called to try to unlock it and now my card will be locked until Monday. If you have problems with your card on the weekends you will not be able to access your money. I even tried to email them and they blocked my email. I do not understand how they can lock your card for three days and you can’t access the money you work for.

I highly recommend Cornerstone Financial. The team here is super friendly and they treat everyone with the same great customer service. If you are a.member they have a free notary service which came in very helpful for me the other day. Also this may be a silly thing but I really appreciate the easy access to the bathroom here. Most banks no longer even let customers use their restroom facilities and when you are on your way back home from work in Nashville to your house in Dickson and need to stop at your financial institution, it is an added perk to me not to be denied the use of a bathroom. Thank you Cornerstone!

I joined Cornerstone Financial after I settled in Burns. I am very happy I did so. I left a big bank because of repeated, disappointing customer service. Cornerstone is night and day. They are always friendly, which I expect. But the few times I need to walk in I end up learning something new, like having my utility bills paid through them rather than having to drive to each utility once a month to deliver a check. Super convenient! I would recommend to anyone to join this credit union.

Fantastic Bank. Their app is awesome, smooth, intuitive much better than we thought it would be. They are very helpful, kind and easy to work with. We even financed with them and that was incredibly simplified.

Horrible.. want lots of fees, horrible Customer service, held checks!? You dont need a big Bank to get this treatment! Just come here! They are soooo horrible we let them keep our $25 (paid upon opening acct) because we closed our acct in less than 6 months. Criminals.

Zero, they were not helpful in setting up a hometown business account, and more....I dealt with a credit Union in Shelbyville for many years, but I wont here after how we were received.

Weve been with this bank for many many years now and we have never had a problem at all and if we ever had a little issue it was resolved very quickly. The staff there is very polite and courteous . I feel like I can call or go by anytime and get a quick loan or make a payment or just drop in to say hi and Im still treated the same way each time!!
