This place is terrible they aren’t a help to my mother. They make it hard on people who really need help. Should be replaced my a more competent team. I will report to the State of Michigan.

Im not understanding this placeIm not sure how they even got the job here no one keeps their appointment time they dont know what they doing they giving out wrong information. Never on time this is the worst place ever. And we suppost to let yall help us wow. Im waiting now for them to call and its now 30 minutes late calling me.Im Done

A lady Therapist... I know Im a grown woman, going through, Whats wrong with me... She said to me at my appointment... You a grown woman now you should know that. What the heck,,,, If I knew whats going on with me mentally; to see a psy. therapist.... Duu, hummm I wouldnt have gotten help, especially by her.... My mind mentally I dont know yep, I loosing it.

Terrible, rude attitudes they do not accommodate with schedules(school, work etc.) in other words accept the appointment or get terminated from receiving services. I would not recommend anyone , I rather deal with stress and anxiety than to pour my thoughts into “professionals” with apathy towards your situation! No thanks !

This place is ridiculous. no one knows what they’re talking about and desk receptionist are rude. there’s always a miscommunication on policy and ways to get in touch with your psychiatrist, these are suppose to be helping us and they’re not.

The first time I had to this place was Awesome, in 2014, Then this Year I had Came back for more Services, and this time was horroble. One the Residents need to have Experience before they sit behind that desk... Second thing is everybody goes through things in life like loosing a loved one especially if it your Spouse, I had went back to New Directions Club House and was sent home in tears and thinking the worst!! Like I said this place has changed and so has the STAFF YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE!!!!

If it wasn’t for my therapist I would have never came back to this place.

Need improvement in area restaurants workers reflect 1921 depression instead of old money. Coney on the right. Cant miss it.
