I have worked for BF for a little less than a year now. I am in the process of transitioning jobs currently. I’ve learned a significant amount about ABA and have had the pleasure of working with many wonderful staff and families. I recommend BF to those who are in school pursuing a career in ABA or Human Services. I also highly recommend BF to those who have a lot of flexibility within their schedule. I also suggest setting up your initial schedule to work around what you have going on. BF is a great place to work while obtaining your degree. If you are pursuing a degree and trying to pay bills at the same time, like me, I recommend working for BF and finding a side hustle to help keep you afloat. You will learn alot and get the chance to work with some wonderful people!
