Nur did his job quickly and got me into the gym with no issues. On top of that the gym was clean and well taken care of so was able to work out without worrying about things being sanitized.

Location is great but lacks etiquette all around. Weights are constantly scattered on the floor and left on racks. Really needs to be cleaned and disinfected on a regular basis, floors and machines have visible dirt daily. Workers need professional development. Prices are decent, wish it was taken care of like it was when it first opened.

I show up at 5am every day, because it’s the only time there’s a chance you won’t be tripping over plates, dumbbells and loose paper towels littering the floor. I don’t know where the paper towel comes from, because maybe only 1/10 people bother to wipe down their machines.This place sucks, but it’s the only gym within reasonable distance from my home. I don’t know if they ever actually service the machines unless they’re inoperable; most seats and benches are cracked and torn. There are machines with loose parts that have been on the verge of falling apart since I joined shortly before COVID. Speaking of COVID, the best I ever saw for proper mask usage prior to the full vaccine rollout was around 50%. After overhearing some conversations among several unmasked members regarding their vaccine status, I’ve decided to start wearing my mask again despite being fully vaccinated.I know it’s not a serious lifting gym, and I don’t expect that, but the etiquette by members has me thinking I’m at Planet Fitness. Every day, there multiple people supersetting across multiple machines that there’s only one of while it’s busy. You’ve got the overly friendly regulars who see no issue in pausing between each set to have a 10 minute conversation. People who sing and dance (loudly) while lifting.And this is the early morning crowd - the after work crowd and conditions are somehow worse.If my only other option within reasonable distance wasn’t literally another LA Fitness, I’d go with that.

Too many members with zero gym etiquette here. Plates and dumbbells scattered all over the place as if a hurricane blew through the free weights section. There are also some dudes who have clearly outgrown a commercial setting and would benefit from an actual powerlifting/weightlifting gym such as Royal Oak Gym. Seriously waiting for the day the floor is going to crack from having 500+ DLs done for reps. I enjoy an intense and difficult workout as much as anyone else, but there is also no need to scream at the top of your lungs every single rep when doing hypertrophy work.

Catherine Towson was very professional and helpful. I had to move and cancel my membership. I heard horror stories about canceling memberships, but she helped me out and went above and beyond. I was out within 5 minutes of being there. I appreciated her help.

I went to this La Fitness today with my friend to try a different gym, and we had such a good experience!!! So many machines and different amenities here. We loved the sauna after our workout. The manager Nur was so nice with helping us and seems like such a good manager! Super professional here.

I havent been here in so long, when this place was first opened its was awesome everything was super clean and new. Unfortunately over time the place started to get busy and like most other LA fitness facilities there is little to no caring about locker rooms. 😑

The staff are exercising in regular clothes. Staff are not trained on how the equipment works. Poor customer service.

Great gym. Equipment is always clean and well maintained. Just signed up for personal training with my girlfriend after New Years. Our intake was done by Megan, who set up our schedule, answered questions and was very helpful. My trainer (Fran) is great and pushes us just the right amount. I would recommend to this gym to anyone

I am still a fairly new member (< 6months). Great instructors but today was especially GOOD in Jonathans class. He challenged us with a hybrid boot camp/ab works plus and this was my best experience thus far. Knowledgeable, engaging and challenging--great combination that yields results.

A little small but got the job done

I go after work and its typically pretty busy. Classes are pretty good. Locker rooms are always clean. Equipment is clean and functional. Usually dont have to wait for much besides the benches and sometimes the squat racks, but theres a good amount of equipment even during busy times.

This gym has everything you could possibly need! Great value for the price.
