They start off great. They wouldnt write referrals for my doctor. They even called me and asked me why she had ordered the referral for testing. My specialist ordered the same test.The icing on the cake was when they called me yesterday to let me know transportation wasnt coming to get me because its too far. The day before my appointment they scheduled over a month ago. Distance was never an issue before. They are slow on refills too.

Well because Im in so much pain, in back an knees, I require Pain medication ..but unfortunately The OC/ at Oak street Health ego, lag in completing my prescription, after I dropped urine each month, I usually have to call the health center, to remind someone to remind him, that doesnt any sense, but it appears that you are Oak street health doesnt respect my need or well-being.
