Visited World Wide Labz. Service was fast and staff was polite. Only problem was, The building was unsecured which left it unsafe for the staff; I was able to walk right in the Lab area where testing was being performed because every door leading to it was unlocked and there was not a single soul in presence.

I used the divdat machine to pay taxes, it was convenient and help is just a step away if you need it.

I enjoy seeing the doctors there theyre so nice Im glad Im back to this location.

Ive only visited the FCA clinic on site... parking was simple, and the location near I-94 is convenient. All the staff I dealt with were very friendly, helpful, and did all they could to make my visit smooth and successful.

I only went here to pay property taxes and it was quick and easy!

City cleaning supply give away was very efficient.

Went there and got my COVID vaccine. The people were friendly and professional, showing great concern about your welfare.

Upon arriving, my temperature was checked, and the wait was only about 5-10 minutes. the nurse was very polite. the Dr. was very comprehensive.Im very satisfied 🤗

Went to Samaritan Center today to see the Dentist 7-16-20. On the heels of a really bad and extremely painful dental experience the week before... The Dentist made me feel comfortable and at ease, she took the time to explain what she was about to do and even explained why the other dentists experience went so wrong... I would definitely recommend Detroit East Side My community Dental Center to anyone in need of a good Dentist... My only regret is that I cant remember my Dentists name so that I can give her a proper shout out and a sincere thank you...

This place needs investigation. Rude and crooked staff that lie about their patients and only seem to care about profit.

My dentist is located within the complex here. Exceptionally clean with great employees doing their jobs while putting themselves at risk during this pandemic. My only complaint is that the building has the Devos name on it. Betsys ignorant views on education does not seem to impact the impeccable job and service of the employees at my care dental.

The staff are Rude, social services are rude and I wouldnt send my family back here!!!! You can never get anyone to answer the phone and when they do, they are rude and unprofessional, nurses swearing at patients.

Wouldnt take my family here is all Im saying.

I was there inpatient no services were really offered. The staff was 50/50 good and bad. Half were short and nasty some were great. No counseling was offered and only crafts and small rec groups. Like once a day. My two favorite workers were the techs on the 3rd floor Rick and Jeffrey. They were only two who worked their butts off and cared about us patients.

Staff seems professional but not truly dedicated. They stick to the routines. They offer some crafts and some exercise like bowling. They allow visits 4 times a week. T & Th nights and Sat & Sun afternoons. They have lockers on site and everything goes in them including your coat, your hat and your phone. My son says he hasnt talked to doctors or social workers very frequently since he has been there. No one contacted me for background information. They dont allow smoking on campus but they do provide nicotine patches and gum. They allow phone calls several times a day.

I took 3 of my neighbors to get their covid shot and get a $50.00 gift card and they said they didnt have any. They should be giving gift cards out at every location. They did take my contact information. The news said all 8 locations were giving out gift cards.

Some of the most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered. The staff is rude and incompetent. My son was a resident at the facility and reported that the staff in general treated the residents in a contemptible manner. I would not recommend this facility to my worst enemy.

That building needs to be turned into a recreational center for the youth.

I visited the Samaritan Center to go to a doctors appointment at St. Joseph Mercy Health Clinic. I was seen at the time of my appointment. Dr. Pamela Williams was very thorough. She listened to my concerns; then she asked questions; that helped her get a better understanding of my problem. She explained everything to me in laymans terms. All the staff members were very courteous. I was in, and out!

This place assist people with becoming responsible in learning to pay household bills on time, utilities, legal advice, money management, credit repair, low and no interest loans if you qualify if you dont they have programs to assist in this area as well. For persons who have been in jail/prison, they can even help as well, property taxes and income taxes and all for free.

Huge building but a lot of unused, available space. Somebody has got to be interested.

The security guards were very pleasant and very helpful. And the people in the Detroit ID office were very patient with me (I am a terrible jokester and jabberjaw), and very professional. Side note - if you live in Detroit, PLEASE get a Detroit Municipal ID. Represent your city.

One night I was having a bad reaction and called the Bernsteins. They called me a ride. Different type of hospital but meals and company were good. I just so happened to have an older school brother in free china with the same name.

I love Everything you Samaritan. Its great they have lots of places inside the Samaritan Center. Cant wait to go there again. I think theres something for everyone to do there. If you have not been now is the time to go check it out.

Excellent health Center. Dr Margaret meyers is an exceptional person. Caring AND direct to the point. I couldnt ask for a better doctor.

Vaccination Center for kids and adults. The service is very good. Nurses and doctors are very courteous and helpful.Visit early morning to avoid waiting. Lots of parking. Carry ID and insurance. Been in the vaccination center several times. Wont take longer than half an hour.They also have a dental center attached next to the vaccination center. Better to call and go at dental center. Also a hospital. Its a huge place.

I visited the Disability Network and the DTE service center. Very convenient for people, one stop for various community services.

I am an EMT and transfer patients here quite often. There is still religious articles in the building from when this was a hospital. It now houses several businesses. They have a psychiatric center and also have a nursing home. There are several services available in this building. They also still have a gift shop and chocolate place within. It is an older building. I think they still have a dialysis center too. I believe there is a child development area here too. My experience has been good. Check it out if you get a chance.

The entity I was looking for had moved but the lobby area and grounds well kept with ample secured free parking. The Center has several non profit and for profit business located within the complex.

Someone from this center contacted me about my family member, asking did he have a safe place to go, I explained no he doesnt. She was suppose to call me back, she didnt. When I called back he was discharged, out on the streets with no safe place to go. A very comprehensive program with kindhearted staff. The feeling you get when you walk through the halls is a feeling of genuine concern and respect for patients and their families. The rules are not too stringent, and everyones needs get met while they are there. The location is safe with cameras all around the common areas. The patients are friendly and respect the staff.

This place is awesome it has Michigan works inside a restaurant inside a hospital etc. Its all in one ..it also has a clinic on the property as well. And the security there is very helpful.

Parking could be better. Like the kiosk they provide which is why we visit location.

I had appt at My Community Dental Centers. I was referred to see Dr. Tiffani McElrath DDS. She was great. Asked about my concerns, sensitive to my needs, explains what she sees and what your needs. She is very professional. It all started with her staff which met all if my expectations with a smile. I guess the 8:30am appt was a great time to spend with her. She made all my worries got away. With me coming from the.northwest side of 8 mile rd, I will be coming back to.see her. She has great people skills that goes beyond saying she has been a good person all her life. Thanks Dr. McElrath.
