The facility is older but also smaller. I believe they have less than 100 beds/rooms. Smaller nursing homes often offer better services to patients with family support. Also, the Dir. of Admission has several years of experience that helps her work well with patients and their families.

Overall, I had a very good experience with my love one being there. The therapy department was excellent. The lady in admissions was very pleasant and ensured me that my mother would get excellent care. I would refer in the future.

This place is cleanYou have a few nice nurses but most staff complain about working. And they only cared about pushing me through system they billed my insurance for anything possible except what I really needed. After about 9 days i began to develop muscle spasms they only gave me two Tylenol every six hours which did nothing to ease my pain the Director of Nursing as well as the Doctor allowed me to suffer in great agony without proper treatment pure abuse and neglect is what I experienced at this facility they only interested in making money off your insurance.

Caring nurses. Staff with longevity. Excellent rehab. A diamond in the community.

Qualicare is a nice facility. It is very comfortable and the nurses and people are helpful.

Horrible care and customer service! Staff are rude, my father was discharged and they gave him someone else’s medication! Staff lied about the care he was receiving just to keep him there longer to milk his Medicaid!

Went for an interview, wh e re the DON went to lunch while i sat there for over an hour and the only thing she could say was that she was the Director of Nursing like my time wasnt important. Once i was about to begin my interview which she was about to conduct with another dietary employee in the room who asked her if she wanted her to step out so she can do the interview at which time this lil lady gave her a look under her glasses which caused me to tell the lady that she could have a good day. I declined the interview and left i choose quality over quantity an employee should be comfortable in their working environment and yet i couldnt even get pass the interview and would not recommend this place to anyone.....respect is a 2way street and this was not the place for me.

Rude!!!!! Don’t know how to speak to people on the phone! Nasty attitude!
