I LOVED my first experience with Float Brothers. The staff was very professional, educated, and helpful. Online booking is quick and easy, you can pick and choose your room and time if it’s available. The environment was clean, well kept, and organized. I never felt uncomfortable at any point. My body and mind feel amazing.I have heard people be skeptical about float pods because of the sensory deprivation, HOWEVER you can change just about anything you’d like. Don’t like their music? Play your own. Feeling claustrophobic? Open the pod. You can changed the color of the lights in the pod, or turn them off. Have a question mid session? Press the intercom button. You never have to leave the room and no one has to come in. There was a hiccup with my appt today and the staff was very accommodating and apologetic. Everything was fantastic. I urge you to watch the educational video on their website before going. Also don’t shave the day of, the water is salty from the epsom.They have a coffee, tea, and water station. AND THEY HAVE A BIRD!!! For looking, not touching.

I love this place. It helps my anxiety and any pains I’m having. Completely relaxing where you could almost get a DUI if you leave right after a float. That was my level of relaxation!

Pods were gross and had build up on them. Looks like they haven’t been cleaned in a month. Guy at the front desk looked high af. He was sleeping and snoring so loud it came through the walls.

Awesome place to relax and renew your body and mind

Obviously its natural to be skeptical about trying anything new. I do and have been since day one recommending people to go to Float Brothers. I do not even live in Destin, or close and I still make the trip just to go to this location. The owner is almost always there, and his staff is very professional/polite. They make the experience that much better! Any concerns or questions you may have they always make time to answer them and make you feel very good. Floating is such a refreshing experience, and Float Brothers really helps you get the best experience at a great price. They work amazingly at making you feel like they’re there for all your needs, but at the same time it feels like a totally private experience. Everything is very clean and well kept! They provide you with anything you could ever need during your float. (make up remover, water, Q-tips, ear plugs etc.) This is something that is so natural, and will make you feel so good about yourself. I really enjoy floating after a long work week, to just reset my body and mind. You will fall in love with floating and Float Brothers.

This was my first float. I really enjoyed the experience. I know for next time, not to drink coffee before I go. I could not fully relax. Live and learn. I would definitely recommend this, and go again.

Ive been floating here for almost 3 years now. These guys are so nice and welcoming, and once you get inside the pod and learn how to relax, you come out better and better every time after you float. It is an absolute otherworldly experience, and I cannot recommend it highly enough especially for people whose minds are like mine and seem to never go quiet.

We were very satisfied with our visit and will highly recommend this business to anyone who is in need of some quiet, relaxing time to themselves.It works well for physical muscle & body recovery. Anybody who works their bodies hard at work all day, has sore muscles from working out at the gym, lifting weights, or doing cardio, etc..The float tanks are also great for anyone who is interested in meditation, or if you just need to clear your mind, get rid of distractions, or get a break from the outside world for an hour (or 90 minutes).Our overall impression and experience with our first visit to Float Brothers was top notch. Its a very clean, well maintained facility. The staff is very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They displayed patience with us & our several questions (even before & after their brief instruction video which covered everything).We will be going back soon. I think a 60 or 90 minute visit, once per week would be highly beneficial to us or anyone. If youre looking for something new or a little different to help achieve & maintain physical relaxation, mental clarity, and even spiritual health...then this is an experience that you should definitely try.

Im not new to floating, and I must tell you, Float Brothers does it right. Beautiful and clean facility with a kind and personable owner. I was very impressed. Pricing is very reasonable. If you have been interested in floating but nervous to try, this is an excellent place to get your feet wet (haha). The staff will help make your experience relaxing. Of course the experienced floater will enjoy this facility along with its amenities for guests. Cannot recommend more highly!

Amazing place! My husband has constant nerve pain in his foot and leg. After 1 hour in the pod the pain is almost completely gone (we know its only temporary) already booked his next session. They have an amazing PTSD Float program and other other military discounts as well. Totally worth the drive!

Awesome experience. Owners are very hands on and present. Welcoming staff that answer all your questions. Very affordable. Clean facilities. Showers are hot and soap and shampoo are provided as well as a clean towel and toiletries. Great therapy for those of us with a lot on our minds and who combine this with yoga.

When can I come back????! I absolutely loved this place, it was so relaxing, calm as soon as you walked through the doota, no phones, when you to in the room the lights are dimmed and colored so everything just feels perfect. I thought Id feel claustrophobic when I closed the tank but I just put the ear plugs in laid back and floated. So wonderful. I wish they had another one closer, or I loved closer because I would def. Get the membership.

First time ever with the sensory deprivation tank (float tank). This place was super wonderful, clean and chill with a really great guy that explained everything I needed as well as what to do if my claustrophobia set in, which it didnt in the slightest - the tanks are way bigger than youd think.Youre in control of the experience which really let me enjoy an incredible experience. Ill be going back as soon as I can. Highly recommend.

Down here on TDY and stopped in on my day off. First time, had heard about it a few years back and found this place. Literally life changing. Won’t be able to do it all the times. But if there was ever a reset button for your body, this is it. The float brothers run a clean and awesome place.

Absolutely incredible expierence. Staff walks you though everything you need to do to enjoy your float as best you can, below are some tips to read for your own benefit, highly highly recommended for anyone looking to reset or just have a calm relaxing uninterrupted hour of awesomeness**TIPS** turn the lights in the room as dim as they go. Put vaseline on any and all minor abrasions or open cuts/rashes. No music. No lights. Close the lid. Once your in there do NOT itch your face or touch your eyes. It will burn. Try to be as still as possible. Your mind will go places you never thought possible. Think positive thoughts and put your self in a detailed situation i.e. Thinking of walking through a forrest and you see a toucan on a limb covered in vines as you feel the wet soil beneath your toes and smell the fresh rain on the greenery.

Extraordinary experience! I did not know what to expect and I was even a little nervous to try it. I floated away with a smile on my face and a broadened sense of self-awareness. Would I do it again? Absolutely!

Im a loyal customer of this spa. They have treated me right from the very first visit and the service is consistently excellent. The staff is friendly and attentive and the rooms are well decorated and clean. The float pods fit me easily and Im a wide 250lbs man. I recommend this Spa service to my friends and family who need stress relief or want to experience a new level of meditation in a safe and peaceful place.

Loved this place. Was one of the highlights of my trip. walked away very relaxed. Didnt take away any of my joint pain as I had read in some other reviews, but the experience hooked me. Will be looking for places to Float locally now and will be back to visit Float Brothers next time we are in Destin.

It was better then I thought it would be, so very relaxing not just for your body but mind and spirit as well. Today was my mine and my husbands first float experience. I had heard of such a thing through social media and random internet ads. While visiting Destin, we looked on Trip Advisor for some activities to do. With me being 7 months pregnant, we were limited and couldnt do our wild adventure activities we normally would do. We came across Float Brothers and thought it would be awesome to try! At home, we both have stressful, always busy lives. I run a restaurant and he is a fireman. We take any small opportunity we can to relax. This was the best idea we had our whole trip! The facility was nice and relaxing, similar to a casual spa. The gentleman working was very nice and answered any questions we had. It was an experience like no other! We both feel very relaxed and feel as if our muscles have loosened up. The stress melted away. My mind feels clear as well. If we were local, we would be visiting frequently. We hope to float again soon. Thank you to Float Brothers for being our first! We hope we can find somewhere near home that is as great as you!

Amazing for anyone with chronic pain, the weightlessness helps smooth ailments and the 1,000lb of epsom salt almost instantly relaxes tense muscles. 10/10 would recommend!

I was super nervous about the pods making me anxious and not being able to relax but that never entered the equation. The fact that the staff was so friendly and warm and welcoming did a LOT to calm my nerves. The price for this service is amazing, and I don’t recommend skipping this experience. If you go to Destin and DON’T do this.....you’re wasting your life. Get it together. The amenities are nice; none of them look cheap or feel cheap. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in the showers for convenience. Q tips, cotton swabs, makeup wipes, lotion, petroleum jelly (an individually sealed packet to use on scrapes or abrasions to keep salt out), cold bottled drinking water on the ledge in the pod, clean wash cloths and towels, a spray bottle of fresh water for if you accidentally get saltwater in your eye (or on your face, as the large amount of salt can cause itching on sensitive skin), and control buttons for music and lighting inside the pod.Amazing first experience with floating. I highly recommend this spa. (I have only one suggestion: I color my hair with a very vibrant color. I went to the salon a week ago today, so I got a swim cap to wear in the pod. I got it from West Marine for less than $5. If you worry about your color, invest in a swim cap. I’d also bring color safe shampoo and conditioner. The provided shampoo and conditioner may or may not be safe on color treated hair.)
