I highly recommend Cryo850. They have a wide range of treatments, and the staff there were extremely nice. Amy and Kailyn are the best. They walked me through everything they offered, and even taught me the benefits of what each treatment does. It’s a great environment and the people there are like family. I visited Cryo850 today with the trainers from the F45 gym we all coach for and we all loved it! I went through the red light therapy, the whole body cryotherapy (FREEZING), and compression therapy for my legs and hips! We all worked out prior to visiting and it helped immensely with muscle tightness/soreness. All of the services were incredible and the process was super easy to go through. We were helped by Kailyn and Amy and they were beyond knowledgeable on the science behind every treatment. It was cool to go through everything and know exactly how it was helping our bodies. Ill definitely be going again soon!! One of the pictures is from compression therapy and the others are from the whole body cryotherapy. One is blurry of us running out of the cold, too great not to include! So much fun!

My sister and I came to CRYO850 for a recovery session while we were in Destin for a beach volleyball tournament and it was by far THE BEST DECISION!!!! Amy is such a sweetheart and so knowledgeable about all things recovery. The chamber was my favorite part I had never done anything like it and what a seriously cool thing. Loved it will 100% be back what a cool place.

If you are at the beach in Destin and get sunburned, then Cryo850 is your ticket. It takes the sting out of the sunburn. The owner was extremely nice and helpful. My wife and I had immediate relief after the cryotherapy session. 5 star place!

Went with all my friends after lacrosse practice, it was a huge help and a fun time. Instead of going unknowing what your about to do, they go into depth on each station and what procedure does for your body. I can’t recommend it enough and will being going back often! My favorite was the leg compression station.

My first experience with cryo therapy and I LOVED it. Amy, the owner, is incredibly knowledgable, helpful, and personable! My husband and I just had our first whole body cryo session. It was amazing! I was nervous because I am not a fitness guru. It is for anyone!!! Don’t feel insecure. Just do it!!! Amy was awesome!!! Great staff. Wonderful feeling inside the cryo room. FL boy, havent seen too much cold but I handled it well. Lower back pain seemed to subside quickly and knees and ankles quieted down. Many options to choose from I would like to make it back and experiment with some other treatments.

I tore a ligament in my ankle and decided to try this while we were in Destin on vacation! Not only did my swelling decrease, but the pain was minimized and I could walk without my boot!

I was able to take advantage of of the services offered by Cryo850 today as a part of a company organized event with services volunteered by Cryo850. First I would like to say that Amy (sorry if I misspelled your name) and her staff were great, they took the time to explain their services and the health benefits from utilizing them. They were kind, personable, and extremely helpfuI. I suffer from UC and my job is very demanding and taxing on the body. Amy took the time to look up specific treatments which would best benefit my health concerns. The cryo chamber followed by the isolation cold therapy were my two favorite because of the amount of inflammation that I suffer from, due to previous injuries. I have tried acupuncture, chiropractic therapy, and various other treatment modalities in the past and this has by far had the longest lasting relief felt after a treatment session. I would highly recommend visiting them and will be going back.DOL

What an awesome experience! The team at Cryo850 are knowledgeable, their equipment is top of the line and their space is amazingly clean! We did the services included in the day pass... IR light therapy, vibration tables, Cryogenic room and leg circulation enhancement ... every station/ therapy was amazing. I would definitely recommend Cryo850 for enhanced sports recovery, pain management and skin rejuvenation. I absolutely LOVE this place!! Amy and staff are always so courteous, respectful and knowledgeable, and the facility is ALWAYS clean and sterilized!Ive been using their Red Light Therapy for a few months and have already seen improvement in my skin. Im only able to come by once a month, but during that time, my rosacea has improved and Ive had a couple of skin barnacles disappear. They were basically rough patches of skin, and thats what my dermatologist called them, lol. I know if I was able to come more often, I would see more results quickly!Ive just started using the cryotherapy, and the few times Ive used it, I always feel more refreshed and energized. The benefits are amazing, along with the Red Light therapy, you NEED to try this! Highly recommend this amazing business!!!

Highly recommend the day pass!

The staff here have been unbelievably nice to both my wife and I during our membership here. The Pagani recovery is what I’m most impressed about. I suffer from plantar fasciitis pain -it’s especially bad in the morning- and shin pain when I run. After using the pagani recovery on my calves the results were incredible: my calves for the first time in YEARS felt like they didn’t need to be stretched. When I woke up the next morning I had no plantar fasciitis pain, and my runs went extremely well. A few weeks later I pulled back doing heavy deadlifts and used the Pagani recovery on my back. It wasn’t an instant fix but I could tell it definitely sped up the recovery exponentially and I was back into lifting a week later pain free. I can’t talk up the Pagani recovery they have enough, give it a shot and you’ll be a believer too.

I can personally say that I’ve had shoulder issues in the past and after just 1 visit to CRYO850 my shoulder felt way better afterward and was able to continue lifting and working out without pain. I can’t say this was a good or bad experience. I did the red light, cryo, and norma tech. The cryo was much more tolerable than what I expected. I spranged my ankle earlier in the day but was feeling fine at the time we went and the cryo set that pain on fire probably because of it being an incident that happened that day (no big deal, just stating for awareness). For the cryo in reading it was advertised as exposing as much skin as you’re comfortable with so we took our shirts off and had full coverage bras on but were immediately asked to put our shirts on when we stepped out of the machine, yet males walked around without shirts on so that felt a little like body shaming, as we are not the most in shape (working on it in a healthy manner though). The Norma tech was definitely a favorite, that was very soothing, and I highly recommend checking that service out. The ladies there seemed very knowledgeable and able to speak on the science behind each service very well. It was an experience, not good or bad, just can say I tried it and probably won’t do it again, as it pretty much requires a disposable income to incorporate these services as a part of your routine lifestyle.

Our visit to cryo850 Performance and Recovery was hands down one of the best experiences I have ever had with our athletes. Amy invited our entire team over from Mosley High School in Lynn Haven,FL for a recovery day now that we are halfway through our football season. Amy as well as her staff created an experience that I dont think the boys expected at all. They took there time helping the guys recover while giving each person the attention and information they needed. We brought 30+ athletes over and you would have thought there were 2 with the kind of attention they gave them. I couldnt recommend this place enough no matter if your an athlete or want to just have your body feel better. The equipment they have is second to none and I can assure you we will be coming back to them real soon. Thank you to Amy, Saby, Kristen, Richard and Heather for everything they did for our Team!!!!

My son is a soccer player and has suffered with tendinitis for the past 5 years. He has tried everything from knee braces, taking a break/not playing at all and physical therapy. PT was helpful, but he still would only be able to play one game before his inflammation became to painful to perform at his maximum level. After two weeks of participating in the red light therapy, igloo and localized he participated in a camp. He had 3 training sessions a day for 4 days in a row with no discomfort! Amy and her staff have been so awesome and friendly. They always have a smile on their face. We will be extending our contract without a doubt.

I start by loosening up on their free to use vibration plate, then spend 10 minutes using their joov red light therapy and after that hit the igloo for my cryotherapy. After 90 days at CRYO850, the program has really began to benefit my health from both a mental as well as physical standpoint. Both the red light therapy and the Igloo are working in my favor I am able to tell with the time behind me at this point in time. The isolated cold therapy has almost 100% cured the severe tendinitis which begins in my right bicep to my elbow. My son needed muscle pain relief after a tough lacrosse game and the cryotherapy services and pain management treatments were top of the line. He felt relief from muscle soreness and was able to get back on the field quickly. The Destin location is easy to get to - located in the City Market Bayside section on the right if you are headed West.
