At first I was excited to set up an appointment with a black doctor. When I got there I had the complete opposite reaction. The front lady was cool, I seen a lot of reviews about the staff being rude. I don’t think they’re rude but very non chalant. I was a bit nervous when the assistant who weighed me asked how should she put the blood pressure monitor on my arm (red flag) but it’s a learning process. There was another LVN (I’m guessing) she was super nice, and calmed me down during blood work. She wasn’t as non chalant as the other lady. The nursing student was very friendly and informative to my question, I would have preferred her over the actually doctor. The basically tried to get me in/out as quickly as possible with little to no communication. & no it wasn’t busy at allIn my summary of my doctor visit it list topics “discussed”, she wrote a paragraph about healthy eating, working out, and increased sleeping hours, but idk where that came from because she barely said anything to me besides the basic question they need for their form.Overall, I won’t be back. Customer Service/Experience is a big thing to me and I did not feel welcomed or comfortable on my first visit. Maybe it was a bad day but I wouldn’t recommend.

The doctor is wonderful but her staff is the most rudest people you will ever meet. I feel as though several of my messages were never delivered to the doctor. And don’t even think about asking about your test results you will be waiting forever and a day. Dr. Washington really needs to change her front office staff especially the rude one who answers the phones.Update: Due to my above review the doctor dismissed me from her practice without no formal warning. Between the rude staff and Ms. Washington refusing to talk to me I was left wondering why. This facility is very unprofessional and I advise people to not visit this childish behavior of a doctor office.

I visited this place and customer service over the phone was rude. When I got in I did not feel as welcomed but I needed a check up. I was proscribed anti bacteria pills which gave me yeast. I explained over the that I needed treatment sent over and how urgent it was and she insisted I had to wait on doctor to see the task she entered. I DROVE THERE DUE TO MY WAX COMING UP AND SHE SAID I HAVE TO PAY TO SEE TGE DOCTOR EVEN THOUGH TVEY JUST RAN LABS ON ME.. this is unacceptable. They do not care and just want to get paid.

Got my DOT physical out of the way here. In/out in no time. Professional, courteous and drama-free.

The worst NP in the area!! Her staff is even worse! Not professional at all and unwilling to do work when calling your insurance. They want you to do their job in regards to insurance, they have no knowledge of the insurance process. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

She is nice the first time you meet her. Then, she acts prepotent. If you can, avoid this clinic.

Every visit to the doctor office is not always enjoyable, but when I walk through the doors of Elite NP Clinic it makes everything alright. The waiting room is clean and smells nice. Not like a sick place but a fresh breeze of clean air. There is never a long wait. Even when you do a walk in visit ( they do take walk in). Ms. Washington and staff are nice and warm I can talk with them about how I feel and they are welling to listen they are patience. Im glad I choose this clinic to take care of my illness. Ive been a patient for 2 years and they remind me of all my appointments so I dont forget to stay healthy. I would recommend you to go to Elite for nice staff fast and good services. What a diamond in the rough!!!! I recently selected Dr. T Washington after having the same PCP for well over 15 years due to a change in my insurance coverage. My old PCP does not currently accept my new insurance. Oh, let me tell you I cried like a big ole baby, after praying and crying a little more...I begin my research for a new PCP there were certain things that I looked for... 1) A female doctor 2) close to home 3) ease of making appointments and having late appointments available. From the very moment I walked into Elite NP Clinic I was made to feel Elite. Dr. Washington and her medical assistant are a gem. Dr. Washington has an awesome bedside manner, she listens to you and thus far I have had no wait time. Guess what else???? I just found out she is open on Saturdays....Yeah!!!! no more having to miss work. Thank you Dr. Washington for being who you are and were you chose to open your practice. I didn’t want to drive across town to my PCP due to being sick, so I decided to go to Elite NP Clinic. I called them at the last minute and they were able to work me in and see me that same afternoon. Dr. Washington was amazing and less than a week later I am feeling better and back to my old self! Great service! From the point you walk in the door.. from then on... her and her staff are very attentive to your needs. Theres little was little to no wait time. All my concerns were taking care of on my first visit. I believe I even called after hours one time and was able to speak with the doctor and got medication sent right away to my preferred Pharmacy for pickup. Excellent service!!! The best part was they worked with my insurance so well that the cost was little out of pocket through my insurance.

She has been amazing!!! Anytime I have ever needed to visit I am usually scheduled the same day but no later than the next 24 hours. The waiting room is always quiet and clean, probably because you don’t wait long before you get called back to see her. Dr. Washington’s amazing bedside manner is something that can’t be taught!! I believe it reflects in the kind and caring person that she is. While most doctors have a response before they walk in to see you, she actually listens before responding and wants you to be informed on your care and options. Hitting my mid-30s has made me care more about my health and with her weight loss programs and willingness to partner with other programs and doctors has helped me a lot!!!If you’re looking for a doctor who’s young enough to know what’s going on but has the bedside manner of an old school doctor and the credentials to match, check her out!!!

I didn’t have the opportunity to visit the office due to my experience over the phone being so horrible. I spoke with two different individuals which both disconnect the call before providing a solution. The first young lady was so unprofessional that I felt the need to remind her that she is at a place of business. When I asked to speak with someone else she disconnected the phone. The second staff who answered the phone hung up after I asked to speak with the provider. Being that they’re the first contact for this provider. it is their responsibility to represent her well. Maybe a refresher training in customer service would benefit them or this could be the absolute norm for this area. I was pulling into the location as we spoke and decided I would rather not patronize this business. Glad to know that others have had positive experiences

Ms.Washington was amazing! The medical assistant got me in, took my vitals and history. Ms.Washington came in quickly, performed the exam, and answered every question. I am happy I found a clinic for my wellness needs!

I don’t usually like going to the doctor office because they treat you like a statistic. I felt very comfortable speaking to her about my concerns and I felt like she really cared. Markesha Woods was the only person I met and she was great! I give her 5 stars. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because Ms. Washington was there and no one else was in the clinic, as a new provider in the area it would have gone a long way had she come out of her office and introduced herself. A little hospitality goes a long way. As a pharmaceutical representative I would have referred her to others.

This was my first time visiting this office- I had just returned from a long trip and had infections in both my eyes - was desperate to get seen by a good Dr- I found Elite NP Cliniic via Google search and they got me right in-Nice, clean little clinic, nice/friendly receptionist and the PA that did my vitals was very nice also- There was no waiting at all - The Doc came in and was very thorough with questions/history etc- She determined very quickly what kind of infection I had and called in prescription right away -I would definitely recommend this clinic and will be sending my daughters here also for future visits

I was lied to by two receptionists about prices and prescriptions. I felt as though I was treated like a med seeking patient despite being on a low dose of sleeping medication for over 9 years. She wants me to come in for ADDITIONAL drug testing every month to prescribe my sleep meds. Fine... whatever... come to find out that’s at my expense of $135 every month. No thanks. I’ll go somewhere else For something I’ve been taking for years - with no problems and no drug abuse history. I take a medication that I’m out of and desperately need for migraines. She REFUSES to prescribe this until I take a drug test. I know the extra $$ for a drug test doesn’t sound like much, but when you’ve got a strict budget and you get lied to about the appointment fees among other things, and get treated like you’re white trash and med seeking, it gets to be too much. I’ve already wasted the money for this appointment and seeing someone else would mean wasting MORE $$ for an initial visit so unfortunately, I’m stuck here until I can get the drug test next week, get my regular meds, and see a physician who’s medical assistants are competent, who I wont have to re tell my ENTIRE medical history to (despite having me was 40 minutes filling out all the background and paperwork on their app), who won’t treat me like a drug fiend, and who’s office won’t lie to me and tell me that at least my migraine meds were sent to hen they CLEARLY weren’t. Oh and when I asked about the “care plan” package starting at $85 per month? They told me that this is SOLELY for their “weight loss program”. Might want to include that on your website because it sure sounds like false advertising that it’s in relation to medical ailments and regular appointments at the practice.

Scammers! Avoid coming here at all costs! There are so many other doctors in the area who have experience and provide beneficial services to ensure you are charged the least out of pocket cost, as every other doctor Ive ever seen.I was charged for being asked questions about my mood history which was unrelated and unnecessary to the reason for my visit. The tech was unable to properly draw my blood, which left me even more traumatized of needles, with huge embarrasing bruises on both arms after being poked at least 4 times. They called me a day later than they said they would with the blood results, which I found out the next day by a knowledgable doctor (who billed $0) that she was TOTALLY WRONG!I contacted them through their portal at least twice, possibly 3x, of course with no response. Now I received a collections letter for 7x the initial bill and coincidentally Im no longer able to log into their portal to review the messages I sent them.I found an email address online and explained the situation once again, and they replied rudely saying Im out of luck, I shouldnt have waited so long to contact them (even though I sent messages via portal), and its my responsibility.

I have been to this clinic numerous times and every time I have received excellent care. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you Dr. Washington and your staff!
