I went there to get my taxes done and the ladies told me that I would need to come back because they wasn’t able to do them. so I needed to come back which I did drove over an hour there and back two days in a row both days I was not able to get my taxes done. So I tried to reach out to them through messenger and everything and basically was just misled. I was told to email my stuff which I did. To where I was told I will give you a quote in 24 hours that never happened I called a couple of times the ladies was like I will call you right back or I’ll email you the information that never happened. One of them even have the common courtesy to call and then lie and say that they would get back with me to my face and that never happened. So they’re just not very honest or about their word type of people which is cool but not cool so I just wouldn’t recommend them and I’m new to Texas so yeah. I just needed to get my taxes done. Very unprofessional...

They are the worse they messed up my fiancé taxes he ended owing the irs. He still hasnt gotten his 2021 tax return. A bunch of crooks.
