Update: just left my primary doctor and noticed him of the life threatening issues this doctor claimed I had. Per my doctor my heart is just fine. Sounds to me like the business is looking for extra money anywhere they can, at the expense of being aggressive with their patients. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.Horrible, I would not recommend this place to anyone. The doctor attempted to force me (aggressively) to get a service I did not want. This place is money hungry and would not recommend it to anyone. The doctor proceeded to raise her voice at me and even step in my face making me very uncomfortable. I will never come to this place again or refer anyone here. I will be filling a complaint with the medical board.

If I could give zero stars I would. The receptionist was friendly and professional. However, NURSE PAMELA PHILLIPS treated my elderly father and I horribly. She has a condescending behavior and is overall unprofessional. Had my father not needed his essential medications refilled, I would have walked out (later I found out she did not send in his meds & took away his insulin!!!).

Dr. Phillips is amazing. First time I had a doctor actually listen and want to know my health goals. I love the convenience of getting my Gyn screens and primary issues addressed at one place. She truly treats the patient from a holistic perspective. Very refreshing to get your needs met and a physician honor your choice to treat naturally.

Dr Phillips saved my wifes life, she had covid and our family dr weve had for over 20 years would not do anything to help her. We were referred to Dr Phillips by a friend. Dr Phillips had a video call appointment with my wife. Once she saw my wife she immediately called in the prescription my wife needed. We started the medication that night,within 2or 3 days she was feeling better. Now she 100 precent better. Thats Dr Phillips for saving my wifes life.

Almost zero waiting room time and less than 20min in room waiting time. Phillips is caring and personable. The staff is professional and respectful.

I have been a patient of Dr Phillips for several years I have always found her kind and caring. She is a great doctor that really wants to help her patients. Ive never felt rushed or ignored. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a primary care doctor.

Dr. Phillips is an excellent provider and will tell it to you straight. She thoroughly explains everything so that you understand what is going on and is excellent with weight loss and hormone replacement!

At age 72 I have served as a fireman and Police officer combined for almost 50 years and still working. I have been treated by a lot of doctors and found that most start to tune you out after a few visits. (they know more about your body than you do, they think.) I have been going to Phillips Family Medical for several years now and have never been treated that way there. I have never been rushed thru an office visit, they want to hear what your thoughts are as to what treatment is best for you. I have found the best of the best. If you see me at another doctors office its because Pamela Phillips sent me there..Tommy Redding

Love this place!! I hate going to the Dr... This my first dr office that I just love going to! Dr and staff are great. Every option of care is offered. I like going with vitamins rather than prescriptions, and this is available... Yey!! A true one stop shop for ALL your medical and healthcare needs!

I went here for an interview the staff was very nice and the doctor well she rocks I had the best interview ever in my life . They are warm and friendly. Unfortunately I didnt get a call back for second interview but it was an awesome experience.
