Dr. Patel is the best! Had a radio frequency ablation (rhizotomy) in my lumbar (low back) region and my life has literally changed. Im walking for miles at a time during my workout...I havent been able to workout in years!

Dr. Patel is a very caring, compassionate, friendly physician with excellent bedside manners. He can relate well with his patients and their need for care. Both my initial visit with him, and the subsequent procedure for steroid shot in my neck was done with professionalism and care by him and his entire clinic staff. Even though I only had local anesthesia for my shot, it was a very painless procedure. I would highly recommend him and his Clinic to others.

I went to visit Dr Patel due to my chronic back pain I have been experiencing. I went to a DO because I was under the impression he would treat me more holistically. Instead my experience was horrible. He did not want to offer any alternative treatments, instead he just wanted to offer me pain meds. He was very rude, had no compassion, told me my case was hopeless and that I just had to deal with the pain for the rest of my life. He also told me there are alternative solutions but due to my insurance plan he “won’t even mention the name because my insurance doesn’t cover it so he does not want to raise my hopes”. I will not return here due to his lack of compassion and professionalism. He seems to more interested in money and not patient care.

I wanted to like this place/Dr. It appears now I am reporting the continued overcharging of procedures and the push of ( something new) paying cash on the side for the use of a catheter during my procedures to the Board of Insurance? Why would this not be covered by Ins when this is no different from any other medical tool used? They bill multiple fluctuations to my insurance for the same procedure and when I chose to refer my husband who wanted to come closer due to my good reviews at the time, he takes him off his meds and pushes stuff that does not work and says oh well since i have not seen you I can no longer give you your old meds. I had his personal cell and even expressed my concerns and this was ignored. I will not allow my insurance to give another dime to this place nor my time which now seems to be an hour over my appointed time. I dont feel I am reaching progress and after hearing today my husband was not even greeted by him this is enough. Watch your billing/his short bedside manner.

Dr. Patel has a genuine interest in providing his patients with the absolute best care available. He is thorough, efficient, and he listens to his patients to develop a plan of care that is in the best interest of all. We need more doctors like him!

When I finally get my shot and if it helps I will come back. Just going to office and talking doesnt help. We will see.

Dr Patel always answers every question in non-technical lingo and he takes his time to make sure that the patient is comfortable with treatment. I came in the office with no hope of pain relief as I had been told for more years than I care to count that there is nothing more to be done. Dr. Patel told me on the first visit that he could give me hope. With two med changes, the pain decreased. After two minor surgeries, the pain decreased. I was one of Dr. Patel’s first patients. He told me that day that he was going to get out of pain. I’ve been told by other Doctor’s I’ve the last 13 years. Dr Patel treated the problem and not just the pain. We had our up and downs but I can tell you that I haven’t felt this good in 13 years. My mother was there today...shes been in pain for her sciatica that brings her to tears. I was excited for her to go based on these Google reviews but it was a horrible experience and were just disappointed. She waited nearly 3 hours for a less than 10 min visit...Dr. Patel came in and was very short with her and literally no empathy...I know all of this because I was on speaker phone as one of my siblings usually are. She asked if theres anything at all he can do and he said, nope. He said, nope to everything she said. My sister called him to express these concerns and he didnt apologize, he just said if youre unhappy youre free to go elsewhere...horrible experience and I just feel so bad for my mother at this point. Im shocked and disappointed by this experience...my mom has been to lots of doctors and never has it been this bad. Im so disappointed and hurt for her...maybe the doc was having a bad day but thats no excuse. He shouldve apologized and were not sure how were going to proceed at this point...

I had been to many doctors in the past and none of them could figure out what was wrong with me. I was referred to Dr. Patel by my PCP and I was initially skeptical due to my past experiences. But Dr. Patel listened and found the issue I was having and after 8 years in pain and the last 2 1/2 years in extreme pain I felt relief after the first procedure. I was able to get sleep, go to work and play with my children. I am about to have my last procedure and I am a new person. I am learning to live without pain again. The staff is absolutely amazing and the always address you by name. They are always cheerful and upbeat which is something that is needed when you are experiencing pain. I love this office; Dr. Patel and his staff are now a part of my family.

He is compassionate, involves me in the decision process. He fitted me for a back brace that helps me get through the day. It is rare these days to have a physician who involves the patient and listens. He is very efficient and kind. He is very capable of new procedures and I always feel that he is committed to helping me and understands how extremely difficult life and career is with major pain issues. He has a new assistant, Lamantha who is knowledgeable and also involved in helping patients. She listens to the patients as well. He is still a 5 star-plus.Having seen another pain specialist in the past, who spent less than 5 minutes with me, never involved me in the decision process and never cared what i said or thought, it is SO refreshing to see someone who is committed and interested in the patient!Dr. Patel is exactly the opposite of this. Great office with great doctor and friendly staff. Dr Patel helped me with my severe low back pain and sciatica. You will see when you meet him that he is kind and compassionate and just wants to get you back to your normal healthy self. He takes time to educate you about your pain condition. I had an excellent experience with my epidural injection at his office. I had a similar pain a few years back, and my previous pain doctor took multiple tries with different types of injections and didnt do as good of a job. Dr Patel is a top notch pain doctor, I cant thank him enough.

Best exam in a while!

I’ve had serious back pain for years. My new PCP ordered MRI and found some heavy duty problems. I was referred to Dr Patel. He got my MRI results and right away we started a dialogue . He was very clear on what needed to happen. I would be able to avoid surgery with his processes. His Ops Manager and rest of the staff are friendly and professional . If you have been dealing with pain such as I, go see Dr P. I guarantee a stressless visit.

Dr. Pritesh Patel is the greatest pain management doctor. The first appointment with Dr. Patel I went to the office I couldnt even stand up straight he schedule me for steroid injection the next week. I went from a pain level of 10 plus to a pain level between 3-4, I have another injection schedule for this week. $180 just to talk to Dr Patel for him to send me to get X-rays at another facility. Then it would be an additional $113 to go back and talk about the X-rays that are an additional cost at another facility. Sent me home with samples that weren’t completely explained and with no useful information as to what could be causing my pain.
