I have been a patient for over twenty years. Dr. Idowu has always treated me and my family with respect. I have several family members Ive referred. Dr. Idowu had ordered testing for me that other doctors wouldnt. Im very pleased with my care.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ive never had a more unpleasant experience than I did seeing this doctor. He along with his staff are despicable. Ive never seen people that dont want to do their jobs, but they were eager to make sure they would be paid. Never mind that the reason I came was not even addressed. The doctor was supposed to call in medication, and he never did. His staff was contacted by my insurance company numerous times to get clarification to grant authorization on a diagnosis test, and they refused to reply. Who does that?! The doctor himself told me that his staff didnt have time to be on the phone with my insurance company! What? You have three people in your front office, and not one can speak with my insurance company! And I was told by my insurance company they sent the request through the mail and included the option to fax back their reply. They didnt have time to speak with my insurance company, yet they verbally berated me in front of the other occupant in their waiting area claiming the insurance company said my premium hadnt been paid for the month, so they werent going to be able to see me. Excuse me, what? Since when are doctors offices debt collectors? What did my bill have to do with them? Nothing! My insurance was still active, and hadnt been cancelled. While they were in my business they shouldve been on top of why my medical records from my previous doctor hadnt been sent and they were supposedly requested two months prior. And mind you they never told me they hadnt received them. How can you properly treat someone without having a full history? This doctor is rude, arrogant, and assumes you dont have good sense. He tries to overtalk you as though itll intimidate you. Not this woman! Hes all about the dollar, not the patient. His staff better remain with him because as lazy as they are they would be fired elsewhere. He, nor them will have to worry about me EVER again!

I was at this clinic,and was treated like a king.they were very friendly from the front office to the doctor himself. I will recommend their service to anyone that is serching for good clinic

Horrible service! Dr. Olubayo was rude and so were the staff. I had an appointment to see the Dr at 2pm and didn’t see him till 3pm.
