I previously went and ordered contacts and glasses, picked them up in December. every thing was great until my vision changed due to my diabetes. The lady that helped me was Shay, absolutely amazing customer service, I brought my new glasses and contacts that are incorrect, and she was able to get me new glasses and contacts at no cost. I was told that I would have my contacts within 7-10 days. Here we go on week 3 and no contacts AND they cant tell me when they are coming now. Very polite staff though except for the older lady. Shes a rude one.
