This lab is very efficient. We have been using USDTL for hair testing for years. They are easy to reach and can answer your questions on the first call.

Poor customer service. They hire lab techs who dont know what theyre doing, and it causes perfectly acceptable hair samples to be rejected for testing. Rather than admitting to the problem and working to fix it, our account manager sided with the inept technician and essentially told us too bad.They are the only hair testing lab whose instructions for collecting a sample are different than ALL of the other labs, which is a big red flag; they instruct collectors to trim down strands of hair in order to make it fit in the foil, while EVERY other lab explicitly instructs not to do this (because it makes it harder to identify the root end). I would advise anyone considering using them- DONT. We are switching to a different lab today.
