I had the pleasure of attending an educational seminar with Dr Westrum this weekend. He has an outstanding clinical acumen and great personality. I will be referring all of my patients moving to Iowa.

It is so nice to feel important as an individual, not rushed through tests, spoken to patiently, given time to make the decision on what frames to purchase! Everyone is just as considerate as they can be and it is very cool that all employees are bilingual. A very pleasant experience and Dr. Joel clearly knows what he is doing!

The best in town! Everyone there are so kind and welcoming! They take their time explaining everything with professionalism when I had questions about eyewear and cost. They always me calculate prices along the way of my selection so there was no surprises with the total. I really appreciate Susana the most to always helping me pick out glasses. Love this place! The ladies up front are very friendly and seem to genuinely care about you. I had an issue with my insurance and one of them called the insurance company on my behalf while I was looking at glasses frames and by the time I had picked one, she had sorted everything out. I was very impressed with the service.

My son had to have his glasses replaced TWICE WITHIN TWO WEEKS with the frames we chose. Gal at the front did not understand when I informed her, HE NEEDS A DIFFERENT TYPE OF FRAME IF I HAVE BEEN TO REPLACE THEM TWICE WITHIN TWO WEEKS!

I highly recommend this place. Called a couple other places to set up an eye exam, but those places were rude. Stumbled upon this place when I went to a coffee shop down the street. Went inside and set up an eye exam. The staff was very friendly, much more welcoming than any of the eyewear places I had called. The optometrist was patient and helpful.

The treatment I received was one of a kind, the staff is very friendly and made sure I was taken care of on a timely manner, definitely recommend!
