The lady that answers the phone is extremely rude!!!! They certainly lost my interest in bringing my son to this facility. The call was at 2:21 female. I would probably suggest a different receptionist!

I wouldn’t even give this place a star, had to drive my kids to a sitter that lives 30 minutes away from this place, then go to the appointment got there and it was very unprofessional my appointment was at 4pm got there at 346pm sat down waited 15 minutes before they told us that don wasn’t even there to see us I asked why I was not notified and they couldn’t give me an answer then said they just found out I am very displeased with my experience and will not be back considering this was my first time here.

I was going through a Rough few months and felt hopeless, I sat down with a counselor from Innovative counseling and felt the weight lift off of my shoulders. They do good work.
