This is by far the best urgent care Ive ever been to. My wait time was 2 min after getting checked in, the staff was very professional and friendly. The nurses and doctors didnt brush off my concerns or questions.

I had a great experience at this clinic from start to finish. The young lady at the front desk Nashari was helpful to me with navigating my check in and was very welcoming. The nurse that helped my son was awesome and so was Dr. Brady

I went to be seen for tonsil pain and inflammation. After my strep test came back negative the Doc suggested to do a covid test. I agreed, after waiting 48 hours for results, I called back and the respetionest said there was nothing on file showing that the doctor ordered a covid test!The doctor and nurse that did my test do not work on weekends so there was no one to verify. After insisting that I did get a q-tip up my nose (covid test) I had to go in to show them the COVID-19 paperwork they gave me when I was seen (as proof because no one seemed to believe me).... And it had someone elses name on it....No one seemed to care or were concerned that my covid test was not on file/nowhere to be found (probably cause they didnt believe me) and the fact that I was given a covid packet that had another patients information on it.The receptionist just took the packet back and they re-did the test..

Love my doctor but dont like being on hold for 45mins. This isnt the dot. Answer ur phones

I have found some of the best care across many disciplines at Broadlawns. The administrative staff, nurses, and doctors are helpful, professional, and competent. The E University clinic usually gets you taken care of and on your way in about 30 - 45 minutes, which is beyond convenient. The facility is very tastefully appointed and very clean.

I got set up to this facility for a new primary care provider and I was seen by Doctor Jeffrey Brady. I came to him with severe respiratory issues and severe fatigue that I was having following a surgery at broadlawns. I presented my symptoms to the surgery department and they said I needed to set up primary care. So I got set up with this fraud of a doctor. He treated me as if I was a child and misdiagnosed/ failed to diagnose me for months. Because he failed to do his job I had to continually go back to the ER. They finally diagnosed me with a severe vitamin d deficiency of 7 which was causing a plethora of health issues. Then when I went back to him he treated me as if it wasnt a thing and that I was mentally ill and it carried zero symptoms. He said he would of found it. I said when? You was completely done with me and refused to do further testing. He refused to listen to a word I said. He stated he had exhausted his resources even though he hadnt did anything. He stated numerous lies in his assessments of the doctor visits. He told me all my symptoms were in my head. He refused to even consider the possibility that I had a respiratory infection of any kind, even though I had pictures showing the debris I had been coughing up daily. He wouldnt refer me to anyone for any reason even though I asked him to. He then just basically wrote me off as if that was it, and there was no need for me to come back for any reason. Over the past two years and over 100+ dr visits I was diagnosed with hemophilous influenzae b pneumonia and staphylococcus aureus staph MRSA pneumonia lung infection. Those infections correlated exactly with the symtoms and statements I provided to him but for unknown reasons he simply wouldnt listen to what I was saying. This doctor single handedly prevented these lung infections from the surgery I had from being uncovered for over two years ruining every aspect of my life. I wouldnt see this doctor for any reason. He will misdiagnose and fail to diagnose you over and over putting your life in severe jeopardy. This guy shouldnt be allowed to practice medicine!

The doctors and staff at this clinic are very kind and efficient. I have been there three times in probably three years and I see the same male doctor and he is very thorough listens to you is very compassionate compassion

I went to urgent care hoping to get relief for an aching ear and sinus drainage. Dr barely looked at me, obviously did not hear anything I said as a I have every sign of a sinus/ear infection and he automatically diagnosed me something else just because its all related to upper respiratory. Ive had this issue for years, he even seen the tube I have which should indicate I have ear problems. He suggested I be tested for covid-19 and because of my work I agreed, but also asked because I have a couple partial symptoms that go with a sinus infection anyways. He told me he would send something in for my symptoms but obviously did not listen that my ear is my chief complaint because he sent cough syrup to the pharmacy. My ear is still hurting and left with no relief. I came to urgent care because I didnt want to use sick time, guess I should have just to see my family Dr that wouldve listened to me. Thanks for the help urgent care, wont be visiting you again.

I received some of the best care Ive ever experienced at urgent care. All of the staff was so friendly and helpful. The Dr made me feel comfortable and relaxed. They were very thorough and caring. The follow up care they sent me to was also wonderful. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone!! Thank you to you all!

First time visiting this clinic and I was extreme impressed. We got called back before we were even done with checking in. In and out in less then an hour. Front desk ladies were extremely welcoming and let the kiddos pick out a stuffed animal which is always a nice gesture!

Medical malpractice. I went in with high blood pressure as indicated by my home unit, flu like symptoms, and was really dizzy. My anxiety was high, had never really been sick before and didnt feel right at all. They didnt even take my blood pressure and the doctor came into the room very judgemental, asked no questions, came right into the room and said we cant help you here, go to the ER. As it turns out, I have Menieres disease and it was reasonable to go to the clinic for my symptoms, but to not even check my vitals is malpractice....so much for the Hippocratic oath. I got back into my car, even higher anxiety, dizzy, but managed to get to the ER.

Never would of thought to go to a broadlawns clinic just because of what I’ve heard, but I was so impressed, these doctors actually care!!! I have been treated amazing. I would choose this over any unity point or mercy.

Never going there again! That Dr. Cook didnt solve any of my issues. She didnt examine me or tell me anything that I could be experiencing that could be the problem. Shes the second Dr. I had an issue with at braodlawns that didnt do anything but just talk and said but I dont know what they even Dr. s for??...

Quick and efficient. Did not have long wait times to get in or get X-rays. I will happily move my family away from Mercys clinics to come here!

Seen for possible broken bone told me was not 2nd opinion broken only will offer tylenol or ibuprofen for pain save your deductible go to another doctor

When my wife went to urgent Care with a terrible sore throat, fever and chills, the nurse jabbed the back of her throat harshly for the strep test and the doctor had no compassion. They didnt prescribe àny medications or tell her what over the counter meds to take. They basically said youll get over it or if you get worse go to the ER. She ended up being sick for another 6 days, and the OTC meds barely helped. She received terrible care. Was it because she lacked insurance at the time? She will never visit that office again.

Great staff. Good with kids. Thorough. I’m impressed all around.
