I highly recommend Greenside and I recommended them highly. They pretty much always have something decent in my price range. The lines move quickly when there are lines and the employees move with a sense of urgency.

I just want to say that I was at the shop just now and bought some edibles and a disposable vape pen. The lady was so helpful and gave me lots of info but then I was in a hurry and had to cut her short. Im sorry that was rude of me. Have a good day!

Unfortunately, despite being a long-term customer, I had a very negative experience at Greenside. They gave me the wrong product from an online order and were unable to remediate the issue. The manager at times used a mix of condescension and gaslighting when trying to explain why they could not address the issue, which was completely inappropriate. I parted on good terms and wish them the best, but after this experience will not be visiting them anymore.

Everyone is great from the budtenders to Shantelle in the glass room to the security. Great staff and selection. Plus they love the best pizza place!

These people only care about money. They dont care about the individual customer, as if you have an issue, they will not strive to fix it. They will instead tell you go somewhere else, that the person behind you just replaced your money. Its extremely profit driven, and anyone looking for information or a good customer experience should steer clear of this establishment. The saddest part is that I have been a customer of theirs for several years, and one day one of their employees just felt like he should inform me that I didnt mean anything to them in the grand scheme of things. That Im expendable. Again they only care about money.

Closest dispensary to Seatac via public transit. They answered all my questions, and they were able to help me out between my flights. I had a 4 hour waiting period between flights, and I was able to get there via transit, smoke, and get back though security before my flight. Thank you!

This place is top notch: Selection, convenience in ordering, friendliness of staff, ease of access. I love the 10% off they give you for just ordering online, and I love that online pickup is separate.

After living in South Carolina for 17 years and growing up since I was the age of 13 smoking weed illegally Im now 27 weve been smoking for 14 years Ive been a many different dispensaries but I must say that green side is one of the best dispensaries Ive been to as far as their wide selection of products and they are not bad on the prices I cant even blame them for what I consider high prices as as is due to Washington State tax not their prices other than that I have no complaints about green side whatsoever I go there as often as I can the only time that I go to any other dispensary is whenever I feel that their prices are a little high on a product and I can go elsewhere to find said product a little cheaper

Unacceptable and unprofessional...last night I try to get pre rolls from the redbird company which contains 2 pre rolls for 10$... instead of getting 2 pre rolls I received only one and am definitely sure the bartender did it on purpose and this is not the first time when this happened...just because on the site it doesnt show it contains 2/0.5g pre rolls that doesnt mean you can take my product very unprofessional am not saying everybody but this is unacceptable..

Always a great experience when I go here. Today, a really nice lady helped me out with a magnetic converter Ive struggled to find anywhere. She GAVE me her personal piece she happened to have with her. I know this isnt the norm so I REALLY appreciate it. Wish Id of caught her name but THANK U for doing this and thanks to management for allowing her to. 🤗✌️ Ive been to several other stores and ALWAYS come back to Greenside!! Its disappointing to go into other stores, like the Joint where the sale days are just 10% off and very limited selections. DEFINITELY worth driving out of my way for!!REVISION: IM NOT SURE WHY THE SPECIAL DISCOUNTED DAYS HAD TO BE TAKEN AWAY, EVEN AFTER ALMOST 1.5 YEARS OF COVID. I will only go where I find specific deals on my cartridges anymore because incentive is WAY lower than it used to be to go and spend more money so I would get 2 at a time. Thats about $80 a week vs 1 cheap 20 gram in cartridge, aPer week, if I end up going there. JUST DOESNT SEEM TO MAKE GOOD BUSINESS SINCE.

This store has really dumb policy about having your hoody on automatically harassing me saying I’m a affiliated gang member for having my hoody out them kik me out for continuing to have it on after being close to paying for my order this store really stupid for having that kind of policy

Absolutely love this place. Fantastic variety and they have so many check out stations. Online ordering has never failed me. I like to be in and out and that is never a problem here. Huge pre roll selection. Not the largest concentrate selection but its always good quality. Weekly deals are some of the best I have seen in the area.

First dispensary i stopped in to my first time in Washington. Immediately noticed how nice the layout of the store is. Everything is super clean, and the staff are all awesome. Stocked top to bottom with everything thc related you could want. My personal go to is flower, which i have never found one bit of dry nug in any of the strains ive tried. The tenders will also be very helpful in explaining the details of the strains if your wanting to know. Aside from all the selection, they also have a glass shop inside the same building if you need papers or glassware. Wonderful place, I highly recommend it. No pun intended lol.

A few days ago I was in and an elderly man was in line behind me. A worker name Martha came right up and let him cut in line and took him right up to get what he needed. You could see how grateful he was and the was she did it was so professional and badass! I also got helped by her myself when it was my turn and she was soooo sweet and helpful. Please keep her amazing attitude around!

I have only been a couple times...it serves its purpose. You cant go wrong with the product..its weed, it sells itself. however i got a little spoiled downtown dispensaries way better. In my opinion Greenside needs to develope some customer appeal through quality and pricing.

My car was side swiped in the parking lot while I was in the car as a hit and run accident I talked to the manager on site asking him how I could get some camera footage for an insurance claim, I was told if I filed a police report and had a case number I could get access to the footage. I did that I called first thing in the morning to talk to the store manager on shift I was told I would need a court warrant to get the footage. I understand there are steps that need to be taken. But it’s unfortunate they are so unwilling to help there customers. My car was damaged now I’m stuck paying it out of my pocket when the other person ran away and I cannot even get the license plate number. I will not be shopping here anymore which is unfortunate because I have been a patron since they opened.

At 11:43PM Caleb was the closing manager who answered the phone when I called, said if I arrived before the doors were locked I could pay for my online pickup order. I was able to bypass the customers in line inside the always crowded dispensary and left by 11:45PM! These guys are awesome -always friendly and fast service.

Even though this store is always busy, I feel like I get 1 on 1 attention from the bud tender. Brenden had helped me twice now and hes super knowledgeable and patient when I have questions. Every other employee that Ive encountered has also been helpful! I even had sometime ask me if I needed to be escorted to my vehicle! Now thats costumer service! This is my new go to for all of my green needs! I dont like that I have to park in a lot next to the store, especially in a bad pain day, but it is what it is.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff and a very clean store! Also community oriented business, as they recently held a canned food drive.

Ive been to this dispensary off and on and I am disappointed most of the time. Every time I go there my online order doesnt match with what they give me and they always conveniently charge me alot more. I have a hard time telling them to fix the order because the last time I did they gave me hella attitude. unless you dont mind spending more money or you know what you want when you go there without an order online, I wouldnt recommend coming here.

I am very disappointed in how I was treated regarding a vape cartridge. I was told that they have a 7 day return policy, but they do not honor it. From the moment I opened it and tried to use it...it was like trying to suck through a straw with a slit in it. When I tried to exchange it, I was given a story about how it is fine and went home with a cartridge that I still can not use. I am seriously considering taking my business elsewhere

I went into the diving store next doors and planned on visiting the store later, a parking lot watch dog came over and interrupted a sale at the diving and the diving store manager had to deal with it in a very appropriate manner as the bud salesman seemed to have a this is my side of town vibe which I felt to have been really uncomfortable and disrespectful as well as disregarding and interruptive. I dont plan on visiting now. Unfortunate, because I like collecting glass.You can also tell via that conversation that it has been happening for a while.

Tried to exchange a leaking, damaged, defective cartridge that I can’t even hit out of my pen. I barely used it and more than half of it leaked out. I don’t have time to usually vape working 50 hours a week. A guy named Russ who didn’t seem very smart told me everything was fine with my cartridge even with liquid leaking out from the bottom side. They took my cart to the back and came out a few minutes later and told me it was working but couldn’t prove it to me. Will provide pictures soon.
