My name is Ann Walsh (Im real )I cannot say enough good things about Winston (DTiger). I had no heat and the tank was filled 20 days prior. It was after having no heat from the night before, but wasnt aware until waking at midnight cold without heat. I had the oil company come out to check in the morning when someone was up for after hours. Then they said their HVAC specialists out next because he didnt know why. After a long time of that person checking, I was told I needed an electrician and why. It was getting colder.I called around, even to my old electrician at a previous home I owned, and never a call back. DTiger was in the middle of a job but said hed be out right after on an emergency job he was on. I was extremely worried then, and family brought space heaters to help in smaller rooms and in garage for fear of frozen pipes as well.All I could say is WOW to Winston (the DTIger). His professionalism, courtesy, best timing anyone could get was so welcomed. To be honest many people say 24/7 availability...not so in some technical fields. Within minutes of checking what sounded like a very odd situation, as I was told by HVAC tech, he went immediately to work. He knew it wasnt as described, but in minutes the furnaced fired right up! Out of joy I asked what was it, in the happiest tone for a long time. Ill be damned it was the switch to the generator hookup never used.I had asked the previous question to the technician prior, and he had said it would not have been the problem, yet he never checked it. The switch right there, and I was told NO! I am a woman home owner who asked questions and wants to know the workings of my home. I would of had power if I was actually taken seriously, and they looked at the off chance that flipping the switch wouldnt hurt. It was in the wrong position.Anyone who wants and needs an electrician please consider DTiger. I needed help and he responded to a call, and although helping another family in need, he showed. He literally was on the phone putting my address into GPS. I will never go with anyone else again. Now I have another job for him, the generator hookup being reconfigured for my whole house generator.His rates are extremely fair and his quote for the generator was best Id ever get. Just before our biggest storm date (just the next day storm due). I was happy to have Winston back for electrical work.
