Ive had small issues with this bank in the past, but working with Michelle on a recent auto loan has made me a happy customer.Michelle was so incredibly helpful and patient with me as I worked with a fairly-difficult dealership. She was extremely responsive and quick to jump on a call with me when I needed help or had questions.Customer Service = 100%!
This credit union cant get out of their own way. Terrible customer service. As a secondary note, TD Bank doesn’t have locked doors preventing customer (account holders) from getting in the building for service. This is also the case at Bank of America. Dont waste your time. I plan to move my accounts out of Triangle Credit Union.
It takes 10 minutes for a single cash deposit. That’s when it’s EMPTY. I could never wait that long on a busy Saturday morning. Tellers operate at SNAIL SPEED. They need to supply coffee or something. WAKE UP!! 2nd star is just because it’s close to my house.
I moved my accounts here because they were just up the street from me. Initially they were good. But I came to realize the service is as bad as Citizens if not worse. They created a new account type with fees and automatically transitioned all the free accounts to that without asking. They refused to do a valid HSA reimbursement transfer. Seems like everything takes two or three trips there to get done. If youre considering moving to a credit union, find another one.
You can find loans here a bit cheaper than at your normal bank, but the loss of competence and quality of service is a trade-off, if you want a responsive lender/bank with follow-through seek elsewhere.
