Zach Pinkham, a life coach employed here is not a very good example for anyone looking for any type of life advise. His professionalism is seriously lacking when he chose to use his personal social media account to comment snide remarks on a post in a local resident Facebook group. His profile shows his place of employment and what he does for a living. I believe this kind of behavior reflects poorly on this company. Making snide comments on a innocent question asked in a public blog/ post is in poor taste and would definitely make one second guess their choice of a business that is supposed to help folks with positive life skills. I know I wouldn’t want to take any advice, coaching or any other life advice from someone who doesn’t practice what he preaches!

I begin services with this facility back around the year 2007. I highly recommend Center for life management for anybody with mental health needs. After returning 13 years later to this establishment I was able to obtain my original clinicians. Longevity of clinicians and commitment to their clients is a valuable asset to any person seeking their services.

I would highly recommend CLM. Extremely helpful and considerate of you needs.

Just another money hungry corporation. Saw a few therapists here. The last two would end my session at 15 minutes, yet they were charging my insurance for the hour. Horrible place with horrible people. The fact they treat people who are seeking help like this is inexcusable.

This place has helped me start to get my life back on track. I took a turn for the worst in my depression after deciding to follow through with an abortion, my life went completely down the drain. Theyve helped me more in the last month with helping me find therapy, access to resources for different healthcare options like group therapies, medication guidance and psychiatric help, the option of having video chats with your therapists, supportive employment to help you find work that you like and different avenues you can take to get an education if you want to, case managers to help you make the best of your benefits, and to help you get on track to receiving what youre eligible for, they are an AMAZING staff of people who care about helping other people succeed in life. Its been one short month of getting start with a lot of these services and I truly wake up every day feeling lighter and lighter as I continue to work on myself with them.Side note* they are amazing at comprehensive health and work really well at being a team with other professionals, to most benefit you and get you what YOU need. Best place Ive ever received mental health treatment. Thank you CLM!

Caring providers. I think I would have a better outcome had I been teamed with an actual psychologist to help with my chronic depression and PTSD. The counselors are very helpful and are knowledgeable too. I think a lot of the ones I have seen. Maybe I am a little more damaged to see only a counselor?? (Lol) I recommend this place for any mental health issues that cause you not to live your best life. Good luck. Stay Strong

This place took everything from me, ruined my future by branding me depressed, they locked me in a hospital with a bunch of psychos taking away my god given right to bear arms without even knowing it. i no longer feel passion for anything after my encounter with them, my experience would surely make a great movie but i wont be around to tell that story, i simply cannot face it.my blood is on there hands along with the nh police, i never did anything wrong and i regret being a nice person in life. you can all sleep quietly at night now knowing this computer nerd is gone, your all heros.

I am a client here who suffers from an array of disabilities including schizophrenia. I have been a client at CLM for many years. Throughout this time, I have seen many of my team come and go. It’s not always easy meeting new people, but they always seem to be wonderful in some way. I have nothing but positive words for this organization. Either I’m lucky or there’s something great about the healthcare in The Merrimack Valley area... Regardless, I am very thankful!Everyone from my case manager, to my therapist, to the nurses who deliver my injections, to my medication nurse, and the front end staff who schedule my appointments are and have always been nothing but respectful, helpful, and patient when it came to my treatment.There aren’t many places I am aware of that assist in behavioral health, so I am grateful to have found this organization, and I hope nothing changes.

This is such a nice place. The waiting room is always well put. Staff is professional. The therapist that I saw was very patient and tolerated my ups and downs. She was wonderful. I wished that I had gotten something out some of the sessions. There were times where I felt like it didnt help, but it had nothing to do with her. I think my anxiety was at a level that was to much for me to focus on the things from the past and only worked on the present at that time, which was very stressful. I would recommend this place for people in the area

I dont trust in that people...i.m a client of CML seaching for another Doctor..My name is Luis Archilla....If youre hispanic ....dont go to this place.If you have another option ...dont try CML...is a monopoly .At least with me ...they make a lot of mistakes in my treatment.And when i was in a bad situation they dont solve your problem....they sent you you to the hospital to make more money....Is a nightmare...please be careful.

If i could give this place less than a star i would. Please anyone in serious need of some help stay away from this place. They are all frauds especially Barry i scream at people who ask simple questions. You tell this place you think about ending it and its like they try to push you over the edge. I give clm a negetive 100 if i had too. I had a great doctor and this person left for reasons that are unknown cause the confidential and go through alot of turn overs you would believe. i have gone through more and more and still these people leave. Very good ones at that. PLUS i would not go there cause the people whom have permission to see your file should be confidencial BUT the owners of CLM think they have permission to look at your file thinks its ok. AND ITS NOT. they did that with me and my daughter. the owner looked at my files and thought it was ok. that agos against HIPPA LAW. just be careful . i NEVER SIGNED ANYTHING that said this person can go into my files. I am goin to seek a lawyer and go from there cause what this person did to me and my daughter was uncalled for.... thanks clm. i have been with clm for over 20 yrs and you do this to me. dont think so. so please be careful for now and future cliets at CLM

I would give them a zero also! They are nothing more that legalized drug dealers passing out xanax to drug addicts ruining lives and homes! They should care enough to get to the route of a problem and not just hand out addictive drugs.

Just dropped 165 bucks to get lied to by the Good Doctor at CLM. Honestly about to just go back to jail instead of dealing with this. Its court ordered. Putting work in jeopardy to see this doctor. Its not like Im getting benefits from the government. They seem to think me not working is better. I pay all my bills with no help and buy all my food for two. Litteraly going to CLM is putting my health and living at risk. They also have the worst customer service I have ever experienced I am very dissatisfied. I cannot give enough negative stars, therefore this one star rating is a big, fat lie. There should be a black hole option. This place is a meat factory that sucks clients into its dysfunctional, psych-med-poisoned-void. Any decent employee doesnt last long there. My case (because I am a number in a system) is being (and has been) shuffled around so much no one I report directly to knows whats going on with ANYTHING. And honestly, even before my case was a pack of playing cards missing a few hearts and spades, the joker was running my deck and now Im up excrement creek without a paddle.... in fact, my canoe has sprung a leak. DO NOT GO TO CLM. DO NOT SIGN UP. DO NOT BE TEMPTED. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Because once you get in you have given away your life. OH AND YOU THOUGHT YOU MIGHT GET HELP THERE BECAUSE YOU CAME AROUND AND ACTUALLY WANTED TO TRY AND KEEP ALIVE! (Oh, like me!) Dont. Its all caring and compassion until your intake worker gets your personal X on that paper. Next thing youre waking up almost ten years later wondering where you can go to get away from this place. (Oh, like me!) Speak up --- Get medicated till you cant speak up to question whats going on, and have to invest in larger drool cups to carry around 24/7, oh, my bad, i meant more like a thick bib coz you will be sleeping or otherwise incapacitated and unaware of your existence. ... DONT BE ME! DONT BECOME A SOURCE OF INCOME FOR CLM! Run away! You will never have to understand what Im talking about heree then! ....but for those of you that do know exactly what Im saying here.... My deepest condolences at the loss of any mental faculties you may or may not have possessed. Take them pills, sleeping beauty, coz there aint no way out now.

If I could, I would give ZERO stars! Paid a lot of money for numerous appointments with no results. My brother-in-law went there ONCE a week for months (with no progress) and finally had an intake psychotherapy appointment after 3 months. When someone is suicidal, they need more IMMEDIATE help than that! They cant prescribe any medication, so if you have a mental disorder that needs medication, dont bother going to CLM. And once a week treatments, that is a joke. We moved him to NJ where he can get better care. CLM was not helpful...not quite sure who they would actually be good for, perhaps someone who just wants to pay a lot of money to chat with someone if that makes them feel better. If you are in crisis, do NOT go to CLM.

Case Managers antagonize and harrass the client instead of thoughtfully providing services.
