The staff was very professional, friendly, and helpful on getting everything scheduled and during my sleep study. Mitch was great. He answered any questions and was very nice and made the whole sleep study a pleasant experience.

Mean and uncaring. My wife called them first as she did not need a referral. Big mistake. She was told to get a referral from her Primary MD. Ok so she gets the referral and speaks to them again. This time they were just plain mean about it. The woman told my wife very sternly that she was not to call back again until pm sleep lab got an authorization from my wifes insurance company. My wife only called them twice ever! Its not like she harassed them but thats how she was treated. They have had a whole work week and we havent heard anything back. So, who knows if they even checked with her insurance? We will be asking our primary care MD to refer us elsewhere. Its a shame to treat anyone this way. Stay clear of these folks
