Had my first appointment at her office. I was extremely impressed. The office was clean and the staff was very friendly.Grace Biggs knows her her stuff. I was impressed that she did a full exam and took time to listen to my story. She gave me a new perspective of my issues and I’m hoping the treatment will solve them. I highly recommend her.I was able to get this appointment within a month of inquiry (even without a referral!).

Although the facility itself was clean and the nursing staff was kind, Dr. Biggs did not work with me effectively to solve my medical issue. She prescribed me a medication and when I came back many months later, I informed her that even with the medication, I was still facing all the same issues. When I told her further preventative measures I had been taking, she told me none of it mattered and that I must not be taking my medications as directed and she sent me on my way. We never tried a new medication and she never gave me advice for effective preventative measures and after well over a year, I am still facing the same problems.

The doctor is very informative and professional. She made me feel really comfortable and safe. I felt taken care of and had a great conversation:) I was in and out fast and efficient. All my questions n concerns were also taken care of! Would recommend to anyone!

First time experience with Dr. Biggs as a follow up to a ultrasound detection of 2 cysts on one of my kidneys. Easy to comprehend explanation of the situation and planning for my future requirements to monitor the condition presented early in our meeting. My mind was now at ease. Additional testing performed at this time with the results quickly delivered and also explained. Thank you to Dr. Biggs and her attentive and very courteous staff members. Highly recommended!

First visit in five years. Staff very helpful from the moment of arrival to booking follow up appointments. Dr Biggs spent the time with me to go over symptoms and formulate a plan to move forward with treatment. Very positive experience.

Where do I begin? I never write reviews. But in this case, I had to.1.) The office would never answer the phone! After trying to reach them for a couple days, I had to finally just come in to get my questions answered! They apologized for this when I came in but did the exact same thing again! The OBGYN in the building was kind enough to try to reach them for me, and they still didn’t answer...2.) Biggs office felt more like a luxury place than an actual doctor’s office3.) Biggs PA made me feel like I was crazy for experiencing my symptoms. I left the office feeling very unsettled, unheard, and was quite emotional about it.4.) I did not feel a genuine interest in my health, but that I was just thrown medication instead.Worst doctor’s office I’ve ever been to. I hope this can help someone who is looking for a doctor who is caring, replies back to you, and is genuinely interested in helping you.

Just had my first appointment at this office with Dr. Biggs. I felt cared for and listened too. The staff and the Doctor were all friendly and professional and spoke to me in a way that I understood everything.

Dr Biggs and her staff were awesome, unbelievable! They made me feel very comfortable and explained the procedure including swinging over the monitor so I can see what she was doing and explaining every step of the cystoscopy. Being a guy with an all female staff and doctor was very comforting and easier than originally expected. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Biggs, very professional and thoughtful. Dr. Biggs is excellent. She is very knowledgeable, straightforward and always accommodating. I actually switched from a male urologist to a female and I thought it was going to be uncomfortable and awkward but she always made me feel comfortable, explaining everything in detail so I was never in the dark. She even took time on her week off to call me several times and see how I was doing after my procedure. Highly recommend her! Very satisfied with everything! She also has great office help who worked with my insurance in a timely manner so I didn’t have to deal with them myself and fight to have the procedure covered. Very professional all around.

The low rating is from a refusal to lessen a financial cost without any warning of said potential cost. I went in and was diagnosed as perfectly healthy but Dr. Biggs recommended a lab test anyway. I am now stuck with a bill over $300 for that test and Dr. Biggs admitted it was based off her recommendation but a refusal for any reduction in bill costs. Make your patients aware that a suggested test could cost them hundreds of dollars.
