I just had a pretty bad experience with this pharmacy. On Wednesday, i went to the dentist and had my usual cleaning. i told the dentist i had some tenderness on the upper right of my mouth. The dentist confirmed it was irritated and prescribed me some oral cream to help with the pain and swelling.i dropped the handwritten prescription at the pharmacy the same day and was told i could wait thirty minutes or pick up tomorrow (Thursday). I decided i would come back the next day because i had another unrelated prescription i had to pick up However, because i receive text alerts on my phone i kept seeing that this prescription for the oral cream was delayed and no reason was given. i concluded maybe they had to order or they did not have it in stock and so I would wait a few days.Finally, on Tuesday next week i decided i would go and pick up my other prescription and hopefully this oral cream surely would be ready by now right? Wrong, the tech informed me that it was not ready and she wasn’t quite sure why? Myself, obviously irritated told her this was unacceptable to have to wait five days for a simple oral cream. She offered to check as to why it wasn’t available. After checking she came back and said they were supposed to have called the dentist but didn’t and they didn’t need to do that now and could get me some form of the oral cream. I told the tech to just forget it and i didn’t needit anymore and that is was totally unacceptable to have to wait five days for a oral cream and not be contacted or given notice that it wasn’t available. Communication was non-existent and i expected better from them. The tech agreed and i left in a disappointed huff.

I want to give a zero! They closed in 20 minutes so wouldnt give my husband the t-dap shot. So lazy when I got mine it didnt even take 10 min
