My first check up to make sure my woman parts were all working and healthy was with Dr. Arrigo and I am so glad I was referred to her. Other women have told me their own personal experience with their own doctors on getting checked. So I was extremely nervous and did not know what to expect. But I’m glad to have found Dr. Arrigo. She made the whole experience comfortable and safe. I have recommended her to many of my friends who have not seen an OB GYN before. Dr. Arrigo should be your OB GYN go to. Trust me you won’t be disappointed!

Dr. Arrigo is competent, compassionate and detail oriented. As a health care professional myself I have the highest standards and age far exceeded them. The office staff are responsive and caring. I trusted Dr. Arrigo and her office for my care, and I would recommend them without a single reservation. She is wonderful and a great doctor.

I love Dr. Arrigo! I started going to her office when I found out I was pregnant. The care I received and still do is outstanding. She delivered my baby and did such a great job stitching me up. Ive seen Dr. Arrigo and her team for over 6 years and theyre all absolutely amazing. I even moved where I commute 30 minutes to her office and its worth it! Im currently in my second pregnancy with Arrigo and she is always incredible responsive and empathetic to any of my concerns. I was experiencing extreme nausea/vomiting at the beginning of this pregnancy and Dr. Arrigo and her team did everything they could to ease my symptoms and make sure I was getting the right care. I also regularly see Pauline and shes phenomenal! I always feel heard, cared for, and she takes her time with each of her patients :-)

I want to start by saying that I absolutely LOVE Dr. Arrigo, Kelly, Peter, and Pauline. My review is only here to let others know that the administrative side of the office is in a state of disarray, and is extremely frustrating to work through. I was referred to Dr. Arrigo by a friend when I found out I was pregnant. My pregnancy experience and every appointment with Dr. A and her office was wonderful. However, after I had my baby, there was a new front office member hired, and my post-pregnancy check-up was schedule by this person. Somehow, it was scheduled on a day the office was actually closed. No one bothered to call me and notify me, so I showed up and was advised by Peter that the office was closed. He apologized profusely that my appointment was somehow overlooked on their calendar, and we rescheduled for another day. Unfortunately, this has pretty much been my experience since then. My appointments are often scheduled significantly in advance, and then I do not get reminders about them or I am called the day before to reschedule. I am often not billed for services, and then advised much later that despite having been to the office multiple times (on average, I am in the office 2-4 times/year), I somehow have an outstanding bill (today I found out I had one from 05/2019 that I somehow hadnt ever been advised of!). I agree with others here that appointment wait time can sometimes be excessive, but I think thats just the nature of all medical offices these days, so I dont count that in my review here. My insurance has changed, and Dr. A unfortunately is no longer covered, so I sadly have to choose another provider. Even though I live more than 30 minutes away, I continued to travel to downtown to see the providers here because I really do believe they care so well for their patients. However, I think any new patients should be aware that the administrative side of the office may significantly impact your overall experience here.

Dr. Arrigo has been my OB-GYN for years, and I just love her! Shes seen me through 3 pregnancies, 3 deliveries and all my annual exams. When I have questions or concerns, she is always a good listener and gives great advice. Her nurse Kelly is wonderful, too. I highly recommend them!

I have been seeing Dr Arrigo for more than 5 years. She has provided excellent medical care through both of my pregnancies and made it to one of my quick deliveries! She cares not only for my physical well being but has checked in on my mental health as well! Her office staff, RN and PA are a delight!

I’ve been coming here for five years for annual exams and have always had a pleasant experience.I recently found out I was pregnant during an unrelated visit, and Pauline came into the room and told me the news. It was priceless! I couldn’t have asked to find out in a better way. She basically walked in the room and handed me the test! I’m looking forward to working with the midwife and Dr. Arrigo during the rest of the pregnancy.

I have been seeing Dr Arrigo since 1992, and she is the best gynecologist out there! She is the most caring compassionate doctor I know! She is always carful to spend as much time as necessary to explain things completely and to make sure you are comfortable! I cannot recommend anyone better than Dr. Arrigo, she is simply an amazing person and doctor.

Have been a patient for over 3 years and just delivered my first baby with Dr. Arrigo, great OB. She makes to most of her patients deliveries, which is quite rare. She always listens and comes up with solutions that address patient’s needs and desires. Very experienced and patient. Her office staff are all very warm, friendly and highly skilled. Would definitely recommend overall.

Dr. Arrigo is one of the most conscientious, kind and intuitive OB/GYN doctors in Metro Denver. I have been a patient of Dr. Arrigos for 22 years. This includes 5 pregnancies, 3 deliveries, a hysterectomy and countless regular exams. Dr. Arrigo has helped us navigate some of lifes difficulties of loss, lifes greatest blessings of births and general medical challenges. She is always worth the wait and will take the time to listen to your concerns and help create a plan for success. I 100% recommend Dr. Arrigo and her amazing staff. Shoutout to Kelly, her nurse who has also been there for over 15 years. I am lucky enough to know them both well!!

The bad reviews here are not applicable. Everyone in this office is SO nice. From the gentleman at the front desk, to the woman who took my blood pressure, to the Nurse Practitioner who did my exam. I got to see Pauline who is the Nurse Practitioner and she was phenomenal. I was so nervous and she made me feel soo comfortable. The whole thing took maybe 7 minutes and I barely felt anything. I saw some previous comments about not seeing the doctor but to be honest, Pauline did a much better job than previous gyno MDs I’ve seen in the past. I will absolutely be returning to this office and I encourage anyone interested to look past the bad reviews and go see Pauline as well, you will not be sorry. Going forward I will be requesting to see her over the Doctor. I’ve never met Dr Arrigo (I’m sure she’s great), but I felt so comfortable with Pauline that I’d prefer to continue seeing her. As a nervous patient I really appreciate the attention and time I received in this office. 10/10

Greatest doctor ever! Ive been seeing her for over 5 years as my Gyno and in the last 2 years as my OB, having delivered my daughter and now pregnant with baby #2. She is world class. I love her and never want to leave her. You wont either. She gives the best treatment and personal care to all her patients. I wish she could be cloned, the world would be a better place.

The worst experience I’ve ever had with a gynecologist office and/or doctor. For starters, I never actually saw Dr. Arrigo until I had to receive a biopsy. Every other appointment prior was with a nurse. During my biopsy, Dr. Arrigo completely messed up and tore out my IUD during the procedure leaving me crying and bleeding in pain for the last 2 weeks. I called the office to ask what the results from my biopsy were and surprise surprise: Dr. Arrigo has the whole week off!! So one of her nurse practitioners will be calling me to explain my results. Worst doctor in my opinion. Never going back. So unprofessional

So happy to welcome our beautiful baby girl into the world with the help of Dr. Arrigo and her team. We couldn’t have asked for better staff and healthcare providers for what would have been a very stressful pregnancy with the wrong doctor. Being a first time mom I was really nervous about the whole pregnancy and childbirth process. Dr. Arrigo carefully listened to every concern from my placenta that early on looked too low, to the glucose screen results, to a diagnosis with high blood pressure toward the end of my third trimester. My husband and I decided to do a planned c-section a few weeks early because of my blood pressure. There was a part of me struggling with the idea because I had my perfect “birth plan” with a natural birth, but my body just had an agenda of its own. Dr. Arrigo helped calm me and helped me see that every birth is the “right” birth if it’s what keeps mom and baby healthy and happy. When my husband and I finally made it to the operating room I immediately felt at ease seeing Dr. Arrigo and knew I was in good hands. She changed the energy in the room and reminded me we were about to celebrate a very special “birthday”. Before I knew it my baby girl was here. Post-op she checked in on us to make sure the incision was healing well and wish us the best as we embraced parenthood. The incision has since healed beautifully!Our baby’s the best “surprise“ we ever got and we feel lucky to have had Dr. Arrigo deliver her. Pauline the nurse practitioner was equally amazing. She has a contagious energy. And Kelly was always a smiling face and presence through all the blood draws and tests that need to be done during pregnancy. We loved our experience here, particularly how personable everyone is. Pregnancy and childbirth is such a special part of our journey and Dr. Arrigo and the staff give it the attention it deserves. I will be having the rest of our children delivered with Dr. Arrigo, too (this time much more fearlessly!)

Im a new mom, so maybe this is normal but Im almost 20 weeks pregnant and still had never met the doctor that would be delivering my baby. The first doctor I met with, I thought was the doctor and I was super excited because she was great! I assumed she was the doctor delivering the baby because nothing else was said otherwise. Then in another visit, I met with someone else and became really confused when she was also not the doctor. Come to find out if I didnt schedule my appointments on the days when the doctor was in, I wasnt going to see her, but no one told me that! No one took the time to see that I had not met with the doctor yet and that maybe Id like to meet the lady delivering the baby before we got too far along here. I mean, isnt it important to make sure you even like them, a little? Im sure this office and Dr. Arrigo are nice and do a great job, but I definitely got lost in the system. I was just another pregnant lady. Every other friend who has had a baby thought this was odd including the other doctors offices I have called around to. Everyone agreed that I should have at least met her once by now. I understand you probably wont meet with the doctor EVERY visit, but maybe within the first few? I have decided to switch doctors.

BEST DOCTOR EVER!! I was a patient of hers from 2009-2016 and she has delivered 3 of my 4 babies. I moved to Texas but seeing the doctors and office staff where I live makes me miss her so much! She is an amazing doctor and Kelly is an amazing nurse. They are both kind and caring!!

Dr. Arrigo has been taking great care of me during my high risk pregnancy with twins. She is very knowledgeable about multiple pregnancies and understands the stress.

This office is amazing! Dr. Arrigo delivered my baby girl as a cesarean delivery and everything ran as smooth as a babys bottom. The front desk team was amazing and they all treated my family wonderful. Dr. Arrigo is sure a busy doctor but she did everything in her power to assist and satisfy me every step of the way! I add no issues what so ever! I will definitely keep her as a doctor to deliver my future children. I highly recommend!

Dr. Arrigo was my OB during my first pregnancy and was absolutely amazing. She always took her time with me and answered all my questions. I was a worrier during my pregnancy and she always made me feel like nothing I asked was a stupid question and that everything was going to be okay. Kelly her nurse is also amazing and her front office staff is very friendly. They made me feel like family and even to this day if I call for something they remember me and ask about my son. I highly recommend her and will go to her in the future!

I have been coming to this practice for over 10 years and absolutely love the very personable and caring service that I receive. I have noticed a lot of comments about a long wait and I will say that I have experienced that a few times over the year as well. However I’d like to shed some light to that as I personally don’t believe it is a scheduling issue. With a small practice there are many emergencies that come up that they can’t plan for so these events can often push things back unexpectedly. I have seen first hand how they treat people coming in that are clearly going through something terrible and I have experienced Ann having to make the time to leave mid morning to come delivery my baby that came sooner than planned. Though I work full time and have a busy schedule as well I’m willing to have to wait from time to time to get the type of care I have been getting from day one on.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this office. I adored Dr. Arrigo and wish it could have worked out. It seems the front of desk staff is the issue. The average wait time for a simple appointment that should take fifteen minutes (blood pressure, weight, fetal Doppler) was at LEAST one hour.I was advised in order to avoid shorter wait times to first call beforehand to make sure the waiting room was not backed up. So I called before leaving work downtown for my appointments. I still waited an hour to be seen.I was told in order to avoid shorter wait times to schedule immediately after lunch, so I scheduled my appointments as advised. I still waited an hour to be seen.Almost every appointment I attended, there were frustrated patients in the waiting room who indicated theyd been there over an hour. The communication with front of office staff I think is the main issue.I ended up leaving this office and switching doctors around 24 weeks in order to avoid an hour plus wait times and a complete disregard and lack or respect for my time, even after bending over backward to accommodate their scheduling needs.

These guys are fab. Yes sometimes waits are longer than expected but honestly thats at any DRs offices. Kelly in the lab is legit fantastic and the only person i want to ever let draw my blood. The doc and nurse are so kind, patient and not pushy which I appreciate for sure.

I moved to Denver a few years back and still was going to my home town for checkups because I didnt want to find a new OBGYN. I finally decided to get one in Denver and picked Dr. Arrigo because of her reviews online. She was great. Very personable and calm. I really felt at home in the office. I would definitely recommend her!

Dr. Arrigo is an amazing doctor. She an excellent doctor and also very compassionate. She has a big heart on top of her professional knowledge. She spends time with her patients and even if I had to wait for my appointment , I knew that she was giving that time to another patient. I would recommend Dr. Arrigo to all of my friends!

Dr. Arrigo herself is very compassionate and informative. The staff and other providers are helpful and compassionate as well. I feel so comfortable I get a lot of relief with my infertility issues with the simplicity of true care from this office.

I read great reviews about Dr. Arrigo on this site, so decided to make a new patient appt. with her since I just relocated to Denver from out-of-state. She is WONDERFUL! I normally hate going to the doctor (esp OBGYN) but she is so kind, professional, and truly takes the time to talk with you and answer any/all questions you have without feeling rushed. I appreciate that a lot and will recommend her to any/everyone. Shes the best doctor Ive ever been to.

I started with Dr. Arrigo 3 years ago. She was very kind, calm and informative. Since her move to new offices I have had a lot of difficulty getting information, paperwork, and medical answers. Quite a bit of wait and see type diagnoses. I have had to call multiple times and leave multiple message to get responses about prescriptions or health plan information.

Dr. Arrigo is an amazing and wonderful OBGYN. I had a high risk pregnancy and she took such great care of me. She is very knowledgeable and understanding. She was so personable. I looked forward to my appointments to see her and her amazing staff. I cant say enough positive things about Dr. Arrigo.

I only began to see Dr. Arrigo once I became pregnant, which was fine. And she was wonderful! With it being my first pregnancy, I didnt know what to expect and I felt very informed and attended to. While it could take a while to see her (she was the only practioner at the time), shes worth it. She takes her time with you and explains every step of the journey. Her bedside manner is great too. Cant say enough great things about her and her staff.Were not in Denver any more and I am really sad to not have her deliver my second child.

The doctors were very nice but there was a miscommunication on what insurance companies they can work with because I have a Medicare/Medicaid. They didnt realized it until after the second appointment so they told me that I have to pay a large amount that I didnt have. I was caught by surprise and got upset due to everything that was going on. I was going through a miscarriage so I think it is normal for me to be more upset than usual. What I didnt appreciate was the man at the front desk jumping to a conclusion thinking that I expect them to let me go at no charge. I just simply told him that I couldnt afford to pay the full amount. Finally, he stepped in saying that I can do payments. I was able to do that and yes, I was still caught by surprise and upset - it was just one more thing that I had to deal with - which I think was normal for me to react. The man at the front desk actually rolled his eyes and gave a bit of an attitude when I accepted to pay three installments. I felt really embarrassed that I couldnt afford to pay in full and his attitude didnt make anything easier at all. He literally got up and left. He couldnt be more sensitive or be patient with me as I was trying to process the whole thing and the miscarriage, too. If you want to go here, tell them your insurance information first before you can book an appointment with them. I wouldnt want you to go through what I went through.

Dr. Arrigo is awesome!! But the man that is her office manager is very rude and unprofessional. For a man to work at an OBGYN office and act like that is ridiculous.

I have nothing but praise for this office. All the staff, especially Kelly, have helped me immensely in times of need. By far my favorite OB-GYN office Ive ever had.

I have been going to Ann for almost 17 years. I trust her and her staff. She is very knowledgable and she truly cares.

The staff is very unprofessional. Tried to set an appointment as a new patient and was not helped and left on hold for 35 mins. To hang up and call again and still not helped. Found another dr.

Very sorry that I didnt make it past the reception and first lab appointment. They could not draw my blood and referred me to lab.
