The infrared sauna was such a wonderful experience! Area was clean and welcoming and very peaceful. I enjoyed the sauna and felt it supported my goal of cleansing my body of toxins. I’ll be back next week!

I never leave reviews, but this place is AMAZING. I went in for a prenatal Massage with Madison. From the moment you walk in the receptionist is so nice! Madison did a fantastic job getting the areas where I had most of my problems! I’m projected to have a 10 + pound baby & the back pain is no joke! Leaving the massage I felt like a feather, which is insane to me because I’m 9 months pregnant! My back doesn’t hurt, the sheets smelt clean, and the atmosphere was so relaxing! So happy with the massage! I will DEFINITELY be back.

If I could rate this business with more than 5 stars I would. My boyfriend and I came to Denver to visit. He has been here several times. This was my first! We decided to come for our Christmas present to one another and also to celebrate 9 years together! We knew that one thing we hadn’t done together and really wanted to was a couples massage. We looked into quite a few places and ended up booking with Symmetry. We went to the Highlands location. Upon arrival to Symmetry, the atmosphere was so calm and soothing. We ended up getting in the infrared sauna prior to our massages and showering afterwards. They gave us cold towels with essential oils for were we were through with the sauna. They also have us water, robes, slippers, and the option to purchase a CBD drink. It was so intimate and relaxing. We had Bree and Abby for our appointment. Both of them greeted us at the door of the sauna room and took us upstairs for our session. They both spent time getting to know us and our bodies before our session. I felt so cared for and that the vibes Bree radiated were so loving and kind. I expressed that I wanted a deep tissue massage, while my boyfriend wanted to keep it simple since it was his first massage. I cannot speak for his experience, although I know that he loved every second of it. However, mine was everything I needed and more. There was peaceful music playing with dim lighting. I felt like Bree knew every part of my body and worked with it so well. Her hands worked well in getting just deep enough, but still having such a tender and caring touch. I wish I could explain how much I love this place. We will be coming back every single time and hopefully getting both Bree and Abby back again!

I had the best service by Megan at your new Boulder location and once I found the location (highlands) closer to my home I saw Sondra and she did an amazing job!! All around the staff at both locations were super friendly and seemed to genuinely care about how I felt as a customer. Thank you

I had suffered a severe back/neck spasm two weeks before a vacation and Eric literally saved me from having to cancel my trip. I saw him 4 times over the course of 2 weeks. His skills and knowledge of muscles and the body are terrific. He was able to help get the spasm loosened and helped me to be able to turn my head and neck again. Everyone who works there is very friendly as well. Highly recommend.

A friend and I got massages last night, and both of our massages were incredible! I had Joshua, and he was very attentive to my needs, and even explained some stretches that I could do at home to help with how much I sit at a computer. I sat in their Infrared Sauna beforehand, and I loved that too. The man at the front desk was so kind and attentive as well - the entire experience was amazing, especially during these weird COVID times. Cant recommend Symmetry enough!

Ive had quite a few massages over the years and Xander at the Highlands location was INCREDIBLE! He not only listened to my needs, but he went straight to work and easily found the tight spots in my neck, shoulders, back and hips. I needed this so badly after residuals from whiplash. A million thanks! (I signed up for the monthly membership! I want to see Xander AT LEAST once a month for as long as hell be around!)

I ventured in on a pain-ridden whim and while my massage with Megan was absolutely lovely and therapeutic, Alex, at the front desk, majorly impressed me as well! Alex was so warm and welcoming and went above and beyond the everyday ordinary customer service experience. I have worked in the customer service industry for nearly two decades and find it refreshing when I come across people who genuinely care about their customers.

After a long weekend in Denver, my sister and I came to Symmetry for 90 minute massages to work out some of the tension. My masseuse, Rachel, was wonderful. She applied firm pressure as requested and really focused on the areas I requested. My sister, though, was hoping for more strength from her masseuse but she prefers very firm pressure. Overall, though, Symmetry provided a very relaxing unpretentious environment with solid massages for a decent price. If I lived in the area, I would likely come back to get more work done on my shoulder.

Best massage Ive had. Nina is so knowledgeable and really addressed my shoulder and neck problems- much more effective and long-lasting than the average massage. She gave me some great stretches to do and gave practical advice on follow-up to the pain I was experiencing. I highly recommend Symmetry 360. You can easily book appointments on the Mind Body app and there are a few great locations to chose from. I will definitely be back!

My wife and I came in for a couples massage and added the 30 min infrared sauna for the valentines weekend! The staff and therapists were friendly and knowledgable.The infrared sauna experience was relaxing and intimate albeit a bit cramped. The sauna is a small box in a bigger room in the back of the building. The one drawback of the saunas location, you have to walk in your robes through the front entrance and lobby to get to the massage rooms and the complimentary flip-flops are not intended for large feet so I went barefoot. Not the best customer experience and transition from sauna to massage rooms.The couples massages were good and the room was cold, even under blankets, and noise from the lobby downstairs could at times be distracting.

The whole staff is so sweet. They have phenomenal tea to sip while youre waiting. The atmosphere is absolutely gorgeous and calming. Each room has its own character. Joelle worked on my back with the 60min symmetry and did beyond excellent. I give 2 thumbs way up! Make an appointment asap

I go to the Symmetry in Golden, CO and my massage therapist is Jeremy. Jeremy is quite simply a magician. He takes the time to sit with you for a moment or two before your appointment and find out how you are feeling in general and what you want from your massage specifically. I appreciate that not only does he ask, but he listens and he creates a massage just for you on the spot. I guarantee you will leave their space feeling better then you can imagine in every way. I have seen half a dozen different massage therapists over the years, but Ive been going to Rose for a couple years now. She is fantastic at working out my chronic back and shoulder knots that I get from sitting all day at work - and she is so friendly as well. I look forward to chatting with her just as much as I look forward to my massage every month! The ambiance of the common areas and massage rooms is top notch as well. If I could go every day I would!They have the pregnancy pillow so you can lay on your stomach. I prefer a medium to light pressure massage and my therapist had the perfect range the entire 90 minutes. The room was relaxing the music appropriate and i really wouldnt change one thing about our massage.

I went to Symmetry360 and had a body energy massage with Celeste OBrien. Ive never had this type of massage before, and had no expectations, and I went in with an open mind and heart. I was gifted a 90 minute session by a very good friend, who went to Celeste three weeks prior to my visit. I was blown away!! She read me, through bodywork and touch and truly was intuitive and told me about myself and things currently pressing in my life. All without me speaking much about anything going on in my life. She truly helped in releasing blocks, energy blocks that evidently were stagnating my life potential! I will definitely be back, hopefully to regularly regroup myself! One word to describe my experience... Extraordinary!!

Yesterday was the fifth or sixth time Ive gone to Symmetry. Each time Ive had a different therapist, and each one has been outstanding. I really like the facility and the atmosphere they create. I have some mild, chronic discomfort in my upper back and my right IT band, and they do a great job of treating these as well as giving me advice on what I can do on my own to ease the tightness and soreness. They also make you feel like a person who matters to them when you go in.

Maria gave me a 90 minute 360 massage. It was one of the best massages Ive ever experienced. She had a firm touch and really relieved the upper body stiffness. It was AMAZING! Parking takes some effort to find but even that couldnt dampen my experience there. A little pricey but is probably the going rate. I used a gift card.

I FINALLY found a fantastic spot for a Thai Yoga massage. After a very long search to find a massage similar to one that I had done monthly in California, I came across Symmetry 360 online and read the reviews. I scheduled a 60 minute session just in the instance it was not what I wanted. I had Kelsey as a therapist and she did AMAZING! I am so excited that I found a place that was exactly the relaxation and self-care I was looking for. Next time, I am scheduling a 90 minute session because it was THAT good. Definitely do yourself a favor and book here ASAP. You wont regret it.

The massage therapists that I have had (Ryan, Rose, Gregory, and Larkin) have all been amazing and really understand the body. The receptionists (particularly Stephanie) have also been extremely friendly, enjoyable, and just a delight. I know massages can be a lot but this place has always been worth it. I have been going to Symmetry regularly for over a year now and I honestly couldnt imagine life without it. Everyone there is so nice and helpful and friendly and Jeremy is an absolutely amazing massage therapist. He has helped me with knee, shoulder, and back issues when Ive had them and when I havent had issues hes done overall relaxation massages - all of which were perfect. They have given me credits for helping expand their clientele and even once when I was only slightly inconvenienced having to start 15 minutes late. They are simply the best.

I love the masseuses here and the space is nice. I give the masseuses I’ve had five stars! The front desk people are so very capable and friendly!I do think they could improve on the ambiance. Sometimes the rooms are cold and there is nothing that can be done since the heat pads are on max heat. I was also in a room with a skylight on my last massage and, though it has a cover, it was very bright when I rolled over. My masseuse put a pillowcase around my eyes after the neck work was done but it was pretty distracting before that. The table in that room also wasn’t the most comfortable, though most of the tables are. I have been many times and will certainly return, I just wish the owners would make a few improvements that would make this easily five stars.

Her treatment has reduced my migraines and back pain much more effectively than any of the many other forms of treatment Ive tried, including several prescriptions and other massage therapists. After an hour with her, she had me fixed and (almost) back to normal, and gave me some stretches to do on my own.
