A friend recommended Renew. I went for the first time 2 weeks ago and then again today. Preston did a good job and Kim was amazing! I went with the first available masseuse each time and they have not let me down. I will definitely be going monthly! They do a birthday discount and online booking is super quick and easy. Visiting from out of town and booked a 60 min massage with JJ. Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. His bio on the website describes his style as, “Swedish and Deep Pressure mix; firmer pressure to work out knots but still relaxing,” and that’s exactly the kind of treatment I received. He took care to work not just on localized tension in my middle back, but also on peripheral stiffness in my neck shoulders and hips that I didn’t even realize I had. Highly recommended!

I recently enjoyed both the sauna and a hot stone/CBD massage (with Ana) at renew. The sauna is lovely because you have full control and privacy, with options to change the lights and temperature to your comfort. The real highlight of Renew for me was my massage therapist, Ana. She was INCREDIBLE. I have had plenty of massages all over the country and this is definitely one of the best experiences I have had. She checked in with me frequently to ensure the pressure and temperature of the stones was to my comfort level. I swear this woman massaged parts of my body that I didn’t even know existed, and it gave me chills (the good kind). I finally found my new go to spot in Denver! Highly recommend!

Maria is amazing!! I came into town to do some hiking with my kids, but was having a lot of pain with what had previously been diagnosed as IT band and psoas muscle tightness. My glutes and knee were becoming involved. I explained all this to Maria and in 90 minutes, she not only nailed finding all the knots in these muscle groups (Ive never had abdominal massage before -- this was for the psoas) but she was still able to give me an overall relaxing massage of my back, neck, arms, and feet! This was more than a massage, this was physical therapy! I wish I had her at home to see regularly. It was the best deep tissue work Ive ever had done.

I just moved to the area and have a bad back. I googled and found Renew and am very lucky I did. With so many injuries its hard to find someone good, and JJ was great! He actually gave a very deep massage and I can stand straight again today thanks to him. I will definitely be back!

I found Kimberly when I was searching for prenatal massages and I highly recommend her services! I’ve had many massages before, but didn’t quite know what differences to expect with prenatal. Kimberly was amazing! She always asked how far along I was, any particular aches and pains, and kept the room so comfortable (temperature and music). Aleeta did an amazing job working out some tight areas this evening, perfect amount of deep pressure. Normally I don’t chat much during massages, but she was so nice I really enjoyed chatting with her. I’ve been to renew for several massages, and I’m always very satisfied. Will be back!

Overall a 5 star experience! Probably one of the best massages I’ve had, only thing I would prefer is to be asked whether I want to be social or not through it. I typically prefer to not be just for my experience but I think being able to check that option or be asked would be my only change.

I miss sitting in a sauna and stretching out my sore muscles and while I could not stretch everything Id like to have, given the red light therapy booth is so small, it got the job done. Theyre running a special too so it was very affordable. It was very clean and well managed. I was given thorough instructing and left to my own relaxation. What a great experience!

I visited Natalie for a Lymphatic Drainage Massage 2 weeks after an elective cosmetic surgery. She was incredibly knowledgeable and had great communication. After focusing on the site for the lymphatic drainage she gave me a very much needed deep pressure massage. I left with a huge smile on my face. Very much rejuvenated, I will be sure to be back. I highly recommend!

JJ worked with me to find just the right amount of pressure to work through some of the tension spots. Absolutely love this place! Have had 2 massages there so far. Love the online booking system and all of their options. They are busy but are still able to accommodate pretty last minute appointments (one of mine was even a same day appt). Also have great COVID protocols in place and both times I have gone I have felt very safe and taken care of. Looking forward to many more visits in the future!

My last 2 massages have been with Adrianne, and she is AMAZING! Perfect pressure and attention to trouble areas. Already been back, and will continue. Also their protocols for COVID-19 make you feel safe and comfortable.

So wonderful, so needed! My fiancé and I were both due for massages. Due to COVID, couples massages werent available but they were great with communication and were able to get us both in at the same time with different therapists. Loved how easy it was to text to make an appointment. Everyone was kind and friendly, and most importantly, the massage was AMAZING. Got all the good spots. We were both in complete bliss afterwards. I have a physical disability and I felt that Aleeta not only listened to me but, was able to give me the best massage Ive ever had. I needed someone who was incredibly sensitive to areas that I cant have worked on and also who listened to me when I said something hurt- I usually walk away very sore after massages and sometimes they do more harm than good, I was ready to give up on them as a treatment option before I went to them. I really felt that Aleeta understood me and also cared that I felt okay and comfortable after the massage and during it. Not only that but bodies are weird, especially with disabilities, and it is sometimes embarrassing to explain your body to someone youve never met whos about to be in direct contact with it but, Aleeta was very good at normalizing my issues and didnt make me feel uncomfortable at all. I felt welcome from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. If you want a quality massage/body work done I highly recommend this studio and Aleeta. I left with warm fuzzy feelings and a smile on my face!

I highly recommend Natalie! I suffer from bloating and have tried everything under the sun to help get rid of it and nothing has helped. I got a lymphatic drainage massage three days ago. I saw results a couple hours after and my bloating is still gone! I am so happy I will definitely be returning for another one!

I’ve visited renew about 3 time and I was going to make an appointment today for another but I don’t think I’ll be making another here.The 1st was amazing she definitely focused on my joint and back she walked me through on how it was be soft warm up then a little harder on my back since I had so many knots my husband had actually sent me up with her for my birthday. She made Sure I was warm due to the fact I have arthritis. She was amazing 🤩 believe we tipped her about 30$2nd I went I had scheduled myself since I enjoyed the first experience. I advise that I have arthritis and was diagnosed with lupus so my joint and back are my big focus and warmth. She didn’t turn on the heater I was about 10 min late due to locked doors outside the building, a random person leaving let me in......then she had told me once the time ends she would not add the 10mins since I was booked for only that hour which was a little rude but okay whatever. I booked the last hour of the day and maybe that was a bad choice she was quite rough I told her it a little pain full she continued the SAME pressure on my back I went home in more pain then coming in a little sore and tense, not worth my money. she did my massage like she hated her job which was a terrible vibe the whole massage,, wasn’t even a quarter to how my first experience was. Plain horrible I also left her only 5$ tip after because of the service3 time was okay she was nice and it wasn’t as bad as the second time I ask if I could maybe set up another one with her but she did this very very part time I continue to look for her name on the list and didn’t see it so I have not booked another I don’t want someone that doesn’t like to do what she does just like any customer. I also did recommend 2 people and had. 20$ credit on my account 10$ each person but now that they recently moved and made a new or updated their website I no longer see that credit.So after 3 times and not having my credit on my account. I’m on a hunt for another massage place.1st said it was good experience2nd person said they were really rough and she mention to her that it hurt a lot and she was super sore she also pulled her back and the lady said she has to, so it can feel better later but over she went home and hurt more and for a couple days. Kinda sucked that’s she had a bad experience too but also because it was my gift to her.Maybe it has change peeps and is better now at the new location. But my experience was that best as it was as a new comer.

Ali was absolutely fantastic! I tweaked my back and was additionally looking for some general relaxation. Ali went above and beyond to try and work out so many knots! I disappeared into an almost sleep state— very relaxing! Often when I get a massage it will just last the day or a little bit into day 2. Ali’s massage is still rocking my muscles into day 3! If you are looking for great deep tissue, this is definitely the place to go!
