Had a crown placed on a baby tooth today (no permanent tooth behind it). Dr. Kennelly did such a wonderful job. Her assistant made absolutely sure I was comfortable. I would highly recommend Smile High Dental!

Best dental experience I have had in my 36 years thanks to Jules (spelling!) and her thorough, friendly, and professional demeanor. I have had awful experiences in the past at the dentist as many of us have, and am the patient that asks the hygienist to stop multiple times during the cleaning. From walking in the door and being welcomed by Gina and Brittany, to the amazing hygenists Julie and Juls and to the exceptional dental work by Dr. Harris and Ruby I feel like they are second family at this point. I unfortunately had to have a number of procedures done due to an issue with past dental work provided elsewhere. I have felt so comfortable in the hands of everyone at this office. The office is immaculate and ran extremely smooth. Everyone is over the top professional, transparent and goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and know that you are getting the best care possible. Ive been coming here since it was Dr. Just (back in 2011!!). The team is amazing and the service is top notch! Im always treated like their favorite client. Cleanings with Julie are thorough and great! I have moderate dental needs for my age (a couple of crowns and fillings) and theyve always delivered the highest quality dental care. Having a trustworthy dental office on speed dial is a life must and this is the number to use!

Been going here a while and honestly I’m going to find a new dental provider in 2021. For one, it’s constantly changing owners which is odd and there are hardly ever any other people in the waiting area besides me when i go- even before covid. I have also NEVER received a bag with toothbrush and floss after a visit. Might be petty but i just find it odd. My boyfriend goes to another dentist and he has something complimentary from each visit. Meanwhile, I have never gotten so much as a toothbrush from this place in the 4 years I have been going. And lastly, they always seem to find cavities that need urgent filling 🤔 last few times I have told them I will just hold off but I have a feeling they create issues with your teeth to make money/keep business. Time to find a new dentist ✌️🏃‍♂️

I drove 50 minutes to take advantage of a Groupon because this dental practice was offering state of the art services for an incredible price. First, the office is gorgeous and extremely tranquil! I was greeted like I was a valued, established patient.The dental hygienist, Eric....fabulous!! He has been in the dental business for 10 years and is currently in dental school. I received the most thorough exam and cleaning I have ever had, including Panoramic x-rays and photos of each tooth which were all displayed for my viewing. Then, the dentist methodically explained exactly what was going on with my teeth and what we should keep an eye on. I HATE a dental practice that is all about the up sell. That did not happen with Smile High! I have found my permanent dentist!

Avoid Dr Harris at all costs! Especially if youre a female unfortunately. He made it unfortunately clear during the first visit which was to get my wisdom teeth out that he would talk with my Dad and not me (whos an adult) and did not tell me anything he was planning to do except were starting. Half way through the first side of shots it got so painful and I was squirming in my seat. I never once said that I didnt want to keep going, but as he was standing there I could feel his anger which made my anxiety worse. He ended up throwing his tools down, saying I cant do it, and made us cancel. Last time I checked, most of the population is afraid of needles???? and I told them!!!!!!! so this was a nightmare and it looks like Im keeping my wisdom teeth forever

Dr. Harris also did incredible work!!! After being in extreme pain, they opened up early to get me taken care of. I cannot be more thankful for this place!!! Theyve gone above and beyond. I hadn’t been to the dentist in over 3 years. I had had so many bad in office experiences at dental offices. Smile High Dental Spa has changed all that. On my first visit, they did a full exam and educated me a long the way. They provided me with all of the essentials for healthy gums and teeth in between visits. Eric, my favorite hygienist at smile high was not only able to come up with an effective treatment plan, but he made sure it was within my budget. The front desk staff is also amazing...Courtney always answers the phone and greets you with her warm cheerful voice and Gina, the office manager also greets you with a smile. Dr. Harris is an amazing dentist. I recommend him to anyone with a dental phobia. He uses a very gentle, yet effective technique when it comes to oral health. I recently moved out of the area about 45 minutes from their office. Yet, I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else for my dental needs. I recommend them to everyone I know because I know they won’t be disappointed.

The Staff are amazing, they do care about you and your time. The atmosphere is very relaxed and inviting. I am always relaxed and at ease when I go in for my visits. Scheduling always go out of their way to accommodate. I drive over an hour each way, because no one else can match their customer service.

This office is the best group of dental professionals I have ever met. The office manager, Gina is friendly and makes insurance claims a breeze. I have used hygienists Eric and Jules and both are gentle, friendly and very knowledgeable. Dr Raymond is very personable and treats his patients as if they are all his most important patients. Dental assistants Jose and Jessica are both amazing and made my check ups comfortable and actually enjoyable. This is by far the best dental office I have ever been to. Went in for a cleaning that was covered %100 by my insurance. After the cleaning that was not any different than any cleaning I have had done in the past and the hygienist let me know that my teeth were good, strong and I have done a good job with my personal care they charged me for a deep cleaning $81 . Beware!!!! they mentioned nothing of the charge prior to the normal cleaning . They were also double the price of any other place for my daughters braces and fully charged the insurance before we approved it! We did not end up getting her braces here and it was a pain to have the charged reversed. So if you t like to be over charged or charged for service you didnt receive STAY AWAY!!!!

I have been coming here for the past 2 years. Courtney and Gina are very professional, remember every client by name, very welcoming and accommodating. The office is very modern and clean. I love my Dentists. They really took a good care of my teeth. They are truly concerned about their patients. They made sure that I was really happy with the result. 1st visit 09/2015. Great experience for the most - part. I definitely felt I was getting personal dental care with the attentiveness they clean my teeth when I was in for my regular 6 month cleaning. Unfortunately I cannot express the same for the service when I was in to get my free 1st teeth whitening a week after. Guy was rushing and didnt explain nothing. I felt he does not belong with the rest of the exceptional customer service from other staff.

It saddens me to write this review because Eric the hygienist and the front desk staff are very professional and polite. The facility is nice. I wish things would have worked out because I like the helpful, communicative staff.The dentistry here is the problem. I went in for a cleaning and was immediately swept into an aggressive treatment program that ended five fillings and a failed crown later. I went into this office without pain, I am now in consistent pain.I returned to address the and found out there is a new owner. He said What your former dentist did was not what I would do and wanted to schedule me up for more invasive work.So this is the end of my painful journey with Smile High Dental. I am going to a new dentist to try and fix what they broke.If you want a nice teeth cleaning or a massage, by all means this is a pleasant facility with great front desk staff. If you want dentistry, beware.

Love it here! I live in Denver but work in Wheat Ridge and even though its a bit of a drive, I dont mind because the service and office set up is the best. Eric is awesome and everyone Ive ever dealt with has been nothing short of amazing. I cant recommend Smile High enough!!

My initial visit was a very comfortable experience. Everyone was so friendly. I love seeing their families in their photos and pleasant conversation. It puts you at ease. Dr. Harris and his staff explain everything clearly, helps with a treatment plan, understands that dental work can get expensive and they dont make you feel bad about not being able to do all you want all at once. I didnt feel like they were upselling me to abuse my insurance . They told me what needs to be done now and what can wait. It was easy to come up with a plan and end game.

Their staff is very sweet and friendly. Im terrified of the dentist and they are extremely comforting. They also make my completely irrational fear feel slightly less embarrassing, considering Im a grown adult with no reason to fear them. Everyone there is super fun yet still very professional.Im not too sure why a dentist office needs to look so fancy, but I love it! Quality work and quality service... what more could you ask for?! I always recommend it to friends and family. Ive been with them three years, and havent had a single issue yet. They have even sent me random Starbucks gift cards for no reason on a few separate occasions. I love this place!

I visited this place for 1 or 2 cleanings and its shocking how that visit keeps haunting me. BE VERY CAREFUL of what they try to sell you, they may say your insurance will cover it as they did with me. However, 3-4 years later, something may show up on your credit report. Will never do to a dental spa again, Ill leave that for a massage

I went in and was told I have a million cavities. Mind you, I hadn’t had any pain at that time but I obliged as I was getting ready to have my insurance discontinued. They filled all million cavities and charged my insurance and myself SO much money. Immediately after getting home I noticed something was wrong. It felt like a tooth was missing a filling and some of my teeth were way too sensitive. I went back and they called themselves fixing it but they honestly didn’t. I’ve decided to find a real dentist and hopefully the damage isn’t irreversible and they can save my mouth. So disappointed.

Had a bridge done by a box store dental group five years ago. It was done poorly to say the least.Dr. Frye removed the old bridge and I now have a temporary until the permanent one is completed. The temporary is by far better than the permanent one I had prior.He is a genuine person and awesome dentist. His staff is professional and friendly and a real team.Kudos to his assistant Jessica Bidwell and the Front Desk Administrator Gina Rene!

Today was my first visit here! from the first call to the minute I walked out I was treated amazing! the assistant was great and the hygienist was just the best massaging my jaw when it got soar (tmj problems) the dentist found a real issue with one of my teeth and Im so grateful I didnt go anywhere else where it may have been overlooked! I was on the hunt for a new dentist and ended up calling for another dentist at the Smile High number (they bought out the other practice). Boy did I ever win the jackpot on that mishap! Made an appointment to go in and meet Dr. Raymond and his staff and felt right at home immediately. I went home and told my husband that I had found our new dentist, completely by mistake! Have since been in and also seen Dr. Jessica. They are so great and I like that they usually line you up for your cleanings with the same hygienist so they know you and your teeth by heart. Had a cavity filled and they are so concerned with your comfort that I was able to make sure that they numbed me up enough so I felt nothing. My husband has an issue with plaque buildup and has always dreaded going to the dentist because all of the scraping was so painful. After his first visit to Smile High he came home and told me that I made the right choice in dentists because they offered to numb his gums before scraping for his comfort, which nobody has ever offered to do. It was the first time that he hasnt come home in excruciating pain. Add in the TVs in the ceiling to keep your mind off the work being done and youve got the perfect dentist!

Dr. Ray is awesome, mostly great experience here. My only issue is the front desk staff getting attitude with me because I had to reschedule twice due to work trips. Probably lay wont go back due to bad attitude at front desk.

Wow! I know people are skeptical of reviews, but please take this one seriously. My dental experience at Smile High Dental & Facial Spa has been the best of my entire life. After leaving my hometown, I have been skeptical of each and every dentist Ive gone to. From the minute I walked into Smile High, I felt at home. Everyone from the receptionists, to the technicians, to the dentists are very kind. The office itself is state of the art and decorated beautifully (you really feel like you are in a Spa). I felt as if I were being pampered with the lavender towels and the Nutella chap-stick. Not to mention the promotional items they throw in for new customers. You are missing out if you dont go to Smile High!

These people sold me on a pay f0r one teeth cleaning get a second for $50 extra. I found out a month later that I would be moving to Virginia in another month so I wanted to utilize the extra visit I had paid for. Figuring it would just be a basic cleaning. Thats pretty much all I was looking for as I am having the crown I needed taken care of in Virginia. They call me a week before (I guess they dont catch these mistakes when booking an appointment) they call to tell me that I cant do want I wanted to do and just get a basic cleaning, that I would have to pay the extra for the deep cleaning? What? I cant just tell you want I want? So courtney told me they would not be able to oblige my basic tooth cleaning because thats not what I need and had agreed on two visits prior,she said. ??? So what. Give me what I want!Im sure if I had stayed longer I could have utilized this extra cleaning but just be aware of you have to move back home to help sick family they will not honor the services you have already paid for. Courtney says it is a liability to just clean my teeth without doing the deep cleaning. Im sorry I found a way cheaper option to do the same thing back home, Im only trying to utilize the services I have ALREADY PAID FOR. Just BEWARE if you start something with them, no matter what the circumstances they will not honor this extra visit they sell you for an extra $50, unless you finish any treatment that has been started. CROOKS

Excellent skilled dentistry - Ive had several crowns and recently, an implant with Dr. Harris and Dr. Grace. Dr. Harris made the crown for my implant and was meticulous about the placement. Very positive experience & reasonable pricing.

I chose this office because of the high ratings. I booked my first appointment for a cleaning. At this appointment the cleaning was followed up with their findings of 9 cavities. Thats rather alarming to all of a sudden have 9 cavities. They insisted I get them filled asap. They even said Id get 20% off if booked by end of August. Sweet, right? Well not so fast. I decided to get a 2nd opinion because 9 cavities seemed very aggressive. At the next dentist, I was told that they can see 2 cavities on xray but they were so small she couldnt even see them in my mouth with her eyes. As far as the urgency? New dentist told me that there is no rush and that theyre so small that with better flossing and brushing they most likely wont become an issue.I wont 1. Be returning 2. Reccomend anyone to this place.

What a great place! Im from Atlanta and I have still been seeing the same dentist back home for 25+ years. I was hesitant to try a new dentist but am I glad I did! Julie was incredibly gentle and thorough plus informative of the options and prices. I actually met Dr Frye in the restroom before my visit so that was kinda funny! He is very friendly and very professional! Unfortunately I have my first cavity but I must say Im not worried at all to have it filled at smile high!

I first came to this office two and a half years ago scared to death. As a child I had one bad dentist that did not have any bed side manner that ruined me for any other dentist I went to. I wouldnt go regularly just in fear. Dr. Raymond is an artist and just an upstanding caring person. He and his staff have treated me the best and restored my faith in dentistry. We started with getting my oral health under control and then later into invisalign to correct my bite and smile. Today, I was fitted with my temporary veneers with Dr. Raymond coming in special just for me to give me an amazing smile for my wedding next month. The dentists and dental assistants were great.I didnt like the receptionist. She over charged, gave incorrect information and just flat out lied at one point to get me to sign additional documentation.I had to delay scheduling my appointment to call my insurance company myself to get the correct information. Also the mistake resulted in me only being able to get part of my procedure completed.Because I was over charged and treated a bit aggressively by a receptionist that was over charging me anyway, I wouldnt recomend this place unless you are prepared to double check your cost and deal with attitude when you have questions.The dentist was fine, the assistant was fine but I was even more nerve wrecked due to the unprofessional and off putting tone set by the receptionist. I want to be able to trust that on being charged fairly and accurately when I go to the dentist as well as receive great service from the attending staff.

During my exam they found four small cavities, a surprise to me, as I had been seeing other dentists regularly every 6 months.I went ahead and had them filled a week later. During that procedure, they worked on both sides of my mouth in the same visit. I have never been in so much pain after a tooth filling in my entire life. (Ive had dental work before). The way she administered the novacaine literally tore up the inside of my mouth.I then began to have pain in one of my newly filled teeth. When I went back they said they didnt see anything wrong with it but went ahead and re-drilled and re-filled it anyway. It was at this time that they knowingly exposed the root of my tooth. So much for a small cavity.They called me a day after to see how I was doing and when I told them I was still in pain they said they would have the dentist call me and she NEVER DID!Three months and one root canal later and I am finally pain free. Sad to think that a root canal could have been avoided if I had chosen somewhere else initially. My new dentist said it looked like my problem tooth had gone through some trauma, most likely from repeated dental work.I recommend going somewhere else if you want any kind of serious dental work done.

I really like this dentist .. modern office and friendly staff. I totally recommend this place to anyone

I drive over 50 minutes to get there because of the people that work there and the great care I receive.From the phone and/or front desk, you will be greeted by an individual with a friendly smile, who values you, will work her hardest to answer any of your questions and/or schedule your appointment around “your“ own schedule.As for the doctors, I see Dr. Harris. He is very personable. Dr. Harris will go over all the information he learns from your x-rays and check-up. If needed, he gives you his recommendation of possible treatment plans. Dr. Harris has the expertise to make new caps or replacement caps on site. It‘s a great feeling walking out into the world with a complete smile! You will really like Dr. Harris. He is very charming.If you do need work done, the front desk will give you the option to have all the work completed during one appointment or over a series of days; your choice. For those that hate needles, “Gas” is readily available to help you relax,” saya Dr. Harris.I’m going to say all the dental assistance are fabulous, but I have always schedule with Eric. Never have I had a dental assistant who cared so much about me as an individual and not just about my teeth. Eric will listen to your concerns, give you advice on ways to help, and throughly clean your teeth. When Dr. Harris joins us, Eric throughly gives an update on what he has found and shares all that you are concerned About. Eric Rocks! They bought a practice that was run by Dr Jamie.Just who is an amazing dentist. They lied about where the records were until we pressed them and then they gave them to me. They told me that Jamie was having a big party and destroying all the old records and that was a blatant lie and( its illegal.) They would not give her information to any patients that wanted to know where she went. And by the way shes inpracticing in a dental office in Parker and she is accepting patients and she also still teaches at the dental school. If you want a dentist and not just somebody who whitens teeth Jamie is your dentist! No kitch, just a very skilled professional dentist.

I came here because I heard them advertised on the radio for free hour laser teeth whitening with a cleaning. I have insurance so thought I would give it a try. They tried to say they were only promoting the teeth whitening trays you take home which was not true. They did end up giving me the hour laser but it did not work at all! It was a complete waste of my time.My second visit was horrible. Took them over an hour to just clean my teeth because they were talking more than actually cleaning my teeth trying to sell me all the products the dentist invented. Then they said I had 3 cavities I needed fixed. I found this strange as I take very good care of my teeth and have them cleaned every 6 months.Unfortunately I had one cavity fixed that cost me $140 out of my pocket! They initially gave me an estimate of $70 but sent me a letter me later and said I owed another $70 and would send me to collections if I didnt pay. I cancelled my follow up because I felt they had mislead me with the estimate and since I had zero pain I was stiff iffy about the other 2 cavities they claimed I had.I went to another dentist for my next 6 month cleaning and guess what...NO cavities!Also beware of them trying to have you sign agreeing to work they try to get you have done. They suggested I get 2 veneers for over $3,000 and they tried to make me sign a quote but if you read the fine print it actually says you are agreeing to the work being done....

I went to smile high for teeth whitening. The dental assistant gave me no instruction, information, preface to the treatment… They just told me to sit down and started working on me. The same thing happened when I was done, he took off the trays, how many clean my mouth and told me goodbye. There were no instructions except for answering the questions that I had to ask him. When I left there was no one at a desk to say anything else to me so I just walked out the door. Worst customer service Ive ever had at a medical office.

I do not recommend this place for teeth whitening. My teeth didnt even go one shade lighter and they are not even much stained. I got the two for one deal off grupon and shared it with my friend who had the same experience. It seems that the techs just rush to get you in and out. I booked the the appt a month out since those were the only slots available and only got a crappy service plus the same shade of teeth out of it.

It had been 10 years since Id been to a dentist but I now have a pesky wisdom tooth. I was referred to smile high by my boss and was really nervous but all of my expectations were exceeded! The staff is friendly and personable. And dr ray was super sweet. I ended up needing a crown on a tooth with a broken filling. The day of the appointment they called me 2 hours ahead of time to let me know that dr ray had an emergency but that dr grace was able to do my crown. I was super nervous since I had gotten comfortable but she was amazing. They told me there is always a chance of needle a root canal when a crown is doen especially since they had to go so deep into my tooth. She was slow and careful and warned me of all the signs. Its been a full 24 hours and I have no pain other than soreness from the deep cleaning and novacaine. Quality work is done here! Ill also add they I have a huge irrational fear of needles that they completely understand and do not judge! I believe julia did my cleaning and shes just the best. Very sweet and comforting. AND PATIENT. lol because of these people I will never put off the dentist again. All of denver should go here l.
