Dr. Marco and his staff have been nothing but pleasant and helpful since I began my treatments a year ago. They were extremely flexible with my schedule as I received different hours and after every visit I go home feeling amazing. The adjustments are always quick, concise and not drawn out so he only fixes what truly needs adjusted.

I have been seeing Dr Marco for the past two years and have made great progress in how my neck and shoulders feel. I always feel really great after each adjustment and look forward to my next appointment. Dr Marco is very kind, gentle and effective in treating me. In terms of chiropractic care, he really takes the minimalist approach. Sessions lasted no longer than 2 minutes, and felt rushed as its a revolving door of patients every few minutes.. I was looking for more personalized preventative care including exercise plans that could speed up treatment and received nothing. I was never re-assessed throughout the 3 months I had been going or given the option to decrease sessions from 3 per week to 1 per week. Friendly staff but overall they dont have the best intentions for you.

Started seeing Dr. Marco in July for my neck pain and knee pain. He constructed a treatment plan and I can say now that I havent had any neck pain! I felt the difference within just the first few sessions. My knee feels stronger (had knee surgery for torn acl couple years ago and still had problems post PT) and the aches have decreased. I really like the time that was taken to explain to me the what was going on with my body, and a course of corrective action to get me back to optimal health. I have been seeing Chiropractors for 20 years now, since High School. All of them have been great and have helped me treat my symptoms but Dr. Marco doesnt just treat your symptoms, he focuses on the problems which are causing the symptoms. They take a fully holistic approach in regards to Mind, Body and Spirit and combine that in to a Healthy lifestyle.In a nutshell the way I understand it is your nervous system controls everything in your body, from muscles to circulation to cell growth and deterioration. When your spine is out of alignment it basically pinches off the flow at that spot to your nerves, cells, etc. Different parts of your nervous system control your organs, muscles etc so when an area is out your body can end up in a state of dis-ease instead of growth, health and regeneration.So, instead of just saying my back hurts here which is true, you need to take a whole body approach to get everything in line in order to heal the causes of why your back hurts. Even if you have a lasting injury it is probably causing more harm than just localized pain.On top of all of this, Marco has provided moral support and guidance for my wife and I through some very challenging times lately. He truly cares about your well being and happiness which is more than I can say about any Doctor I have ever seen.I highly recommend you check him out and see if his approach works for you. When I walked into the door at Shift, I had been in excruciating pain for three weeks. The neck pain appeared one morning and I could not move to either side. The first three weeks I had gone to doctors through my health plan. There I was given pills. The cover up of medication did not relieve my pain and also grossly diminished my concentration at work. I was out of options. I had to find someone who could help relieve my pain.With the greeting from Nick, the explanations from Emily to my Interview with Dr Marcos, I felt I might have found the right place. Although most first visits do not necessitate an immediate adjustment; all could see the pain in my face And Marcos helped me take the first step to recovery. I finally found someplace and someone who could help me.It has been difficult. I was in such bad shape that one visit could not be the answer. My condition is such that I started with three sessions a week. Yesterday I had my first assessment since my first visit. The results thus far are exciting. I used to be so skeptical of chiropractic care. And then I met Dr. Marco and the SHIFT staff. A little history - I have been suffering from migraines for the last 10 years - usually averaging one about every 6 months. About a year ago, I began to get the migraines much more frequently - at least one a month. I did some research and found that an alternative to some really strong medicine and anti-depressants was chiropractic care. I was recommended SHIFT by several of my friends who have been going there for various ailments. The initial consult was just 27$ and I was NOT surprised to learn that despite my healthy lifestyle, I was very misaligned. I had been in two car accidents over the last 20 years and had never properly healed. After the initial consult, I was asked to try out Dr. Marco over three adjustments totaling $150. I did some checking and found this to be comparable to other chiropractors in the area.I cannot begin to tell you the instant relief I felt, even after my first adjustment. I am so happy to say that after 6 months, I am migraine free. I could not be happier. The level of service from Dr. Marco and his staff is personal and professional.
