I called Dr. Shafton office March 1, 2020 . I was told I hadnt been to the office for 2 years. No one ever sent me a reminder...for the 1st or 2nd year. Then I was informed that Dr. S. had been gone since last May. Seems that this is really poor service from Shafton and his staff; both

Absolutely awful experience. Super unresponsive and indifferent.I had multiple tests done and I had to call numerous times to get the results (after waiting at least 10 days from end of test before calling). When I called 2 weeks after my 7 day Holter monitor test ended I was told that Dr. Shafton had not even looked at my results yet (in fact, they told me they werent even sure they had the results. When I called the device company to inquire, they told me they received at the end of the day every day of the test with the final data coming through within 24-48 hours of the conclusion of the test) which would mean the office had access to them for weeks. Same deal with my ECG results.I didnt have high expectations and Im a generally patient and understanding person, but the lack of urgency and communication here was completely unacceptable.This was the worst experience I have ever had with a doctors office hands down. Do NOT recommend.
