Great and helpful staff, good flower and awesome products too. The payment and tip system is really weird though. A really nice girl at the counter had to give me back money that I didnt give to her as a tip. Most confusing and awkward transaction Ive ever made. I really wish star buds didnt have this kind of system.

Always has great flower. The bud tenders are always very helpful and energetic. One guy gets me every time telling me to “get high for me”. Overall just great staff and great selection of flower that always gets the job done. Love the daily deals as well. Always keeps you interested

This place is my usual spot for picking weed up and I love it. But one time I placed an online order and when I went to pick it up, the woman helping said I went over the legal limit even though I didn’t and tricked me into losing stuff on my order. Also they need to work on their online ordering process

We discussed the terpenes and strains I loved and he made some recommendations. All of them were top picks. Talking to him about the strains was like talking to my best friend. This was my first time buying from a Colorado dispensary and the budtendar who helped me was SO helpful and so nice to explain things to me when I had questions. She helped me pick out fantastic edibles and prerolls which she explained why she recommended them. Yep no doubt. Though I will say I bought two disposable pens that broke after a week and wasnt able to return them because your return policy is three days max. I did get 50% off my next purchase but at the end of the day it seems pretty unfair you wont accept a disposable pen return after 3-Days when they can potentially last way longer. I essentially was sold faulty devices, then told I needed to spend more money on them to get any sort of reimbursement.

Dont expect them to honor their daily deals. Went on a Wednesday to get their Wicked Wednesday deal (which is posted all over their site) and they said they werent doing it that day, no explanation.

I loved the selection but bud tender only asked us “how much we were trying to spend.” While customers service definitely needs an improvement, it’s seems like a good local spot for those who know exactly what they want. In and out. I would not recommend this shop for 1st time shoppers. I am indifferent if I will return.
