Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! Two times in a row now, my online orders have been significantly short (only got 16 grams of the 28 paid for). I understand mistakes happen, so gave it another chance as I do like the quality of the cannabis available here. Was able to pick up the remainder of the cannabis I paid for this time, last time I was told no and offered a joint instead of what I paid for. When I asked how this continued to happen, I was told by the manager that the bud tender “needed glasses”. I felt the whole situation was handled very poorly by the managers both times. I’ve been coming to this location for years and never had issues like this, if you decide to buy from this location, I’d make sure you keep a close eye on the scale and don’t order anything online.

Budtenders are friendly and knowledgeable, and they have a great rewards program. Prices are reasonable and quality is consistent.

What an all around disappointment. I bought an ounce, or so I thought, when I got to where I was going and got to weigh it, it weighed 24.85g. Ouch. No wonder it was reasonably priced. If I hadnt been so far away already, I absolutely would have come back with it. Then theres the customer service. There is a huge difference between a budtender and a cashier. The lady working the register couldnt answer a single question about any of the products. She didnt even know if they carried some of the products and didnt seem interested in finding out. All in all, waste of time and money.

Very friendly staff I wanted to see almost half the strains and ashley was very nice and helpful and didnt seem bothered by how picky I was being. Definitely one of the places I would most recommend! Definitely in the top 5 dispensaries In Denver!

It is very unfortunate that i have to write this review. This was my go to dispensary for almost 2+ years until the last few months. The quality of there product is Great. I have noticed tho since this pandemic hit that they have changed staff quite a bit. They also continue to raise there prices. They say its Due to a state wide shortage. Which i have to call BS on. I can still find OZs for $90-$120 other places and grams of concentrate for $14-$17 of quality product. I liked them before because they were nice, conveniently located, and had good product with competitive prices. Since then there prices have raised and customer service has declined. I regret to say this company has lost my business.

Managers here have got to be a joke. They have personal relationships with each other, they take tips from hardworking budtenders, they promote their favorites, and they do not respect you. Why do you think they are always hiring on Indeed?DO NOT APPLY HERE if you have an M.E.D card, there are so many other dispensaries that will treat you so much better, and if you are a consumer, do not support these people. Look at their recent price changes, they do not care about their customers, who is going to pay 400$ for on OZ? If there was really a marijuana shortage for you to raise your prices, why are all other dispensaries doing fine?

They said I could return a cartridge, and I showed up and they would not exchange it. Then I tried to buy a new one and the ATM was out of cash and would only allow me to take out $20. So I left with nothing but my broken cartridge and no one seemed to care. Last time I drive out of my way to come here.

Michael impersonated a police officer to intimidate me because they didn’t like my face covering. This store has very very poor customer experience. It’s the way they talk to you that is demeaning. I think they need to have a better staff running this location. I have issues at this dispensary since they replaced the first store manager. The manager makes the difference. Hire people that like people. Not condescending people like Michael that pretend to be cops to appear intimidating. They have a sign that says face coverings but not specifically to what type. They didn’t like my Guy Fawkes mask.

Ive been going to this place since forever.Thats bad.Someone bought this place and its WELL on its way to being ruined from what it used to be. This use to be my go to spot, used to have great bud and great prices. Then their prices increased but quality has decreased. The last two times I came in in an attempt to give them another shot and have left feeling severely disappointed. They have also changed their pricing to before tax instead of otd. The first of my last two trips the flower I got was way too pricey, dry, and tasted like I was smoking hay, not what Id expect for a 200 oz. My last and final trip in I wanted to use my rewards points but was informed they changed the system and all the points I had accumulated are no longer, was told I had until end of May to redeem them and that I should have gotten an email about it, I did not. So was not happy to find out the 7 to 8 thousand points I had are gone. If you want good deals try the stone, cant vouch for their flower yet, but edibles and concentrates are always on special there, with a large variety.

I have been to this place a few times.I always felt like the quantity seemed less than other dispensaries.This time I got the confirmation. I paid for 1/16 of an ounce, which should be 1.7 grams, but as you can see they only put 1.1 g.Let me tell you that their prices are double of many other dispensaries, and I expected at least for paying higher to receive for my money, not less !!!This is not about how much I bought or anything, but it is pure dishonesty and should be sanctioned.Avoid this place as there are multiple other places that will take care you and give you for your moneyPs: I put a photo of my receipt to prove my saying

Possible racism - I should’ve spoken up when I had the opportunity and I regret not using my voice. My partner and I came here today 05/31/2020 to see what edibles they had. Upon entry there was a black man in front of us giving his ID to the man behind the counter who had blonde dreads. We only heard the last part of the conversation which was more like an argument. The mans ID expires on 05/31/2020. To my knowledge, that means he can use his ID today but would be unable to use it as of midnight tonight - making it unusable on 06/01/2020. The man behind the counter was telling the potential customer he could not accept his ID because it was expired. The potential customer politely disagreed and said it would be unusable tomorrow. He still refused to use the ID and the potential customer left. My partner and I looked at each other and immediately got a sinking feeling, felt uncomfortable and left. We don’t feel comfortable giving this business our business after what we witnessed. I will add this is right after the unfortunate George Floyd murder, which left a really bad taste in our mouths. I’m sorry but we can’t support this business.

This dispensary is one of my favorites. They have a selection starting at $6.00 grams which is always still excellent bud like Willies red headed stranger, white 99, etc. And know the other end of spectrum some of the best strains available anywhere like Ghost Train Haze. I love the early bird concentrate deal that is a gram of wax or similar for $12 OTD and starting at $15 any other time even getting the Ghost Train Haze wax or shatter for the $15 price which would run $25-$50 at many other places and would usually only be available top shelf but luckily Green Man created the somewhat legendary strain along with a couple other well known heavy hitter strains. Also have rewards program that is super simple to understand.

How is it that every single time I come here that the flower is grown to absolute perfection including all 5 aspects of great quality (looks, taste, smell, feel/texture, and effect), but other dispensaries tend to sell defected product (mold, fertilizer residue) or the product is just not that good on a mildly consistent basis, at the highly rated stores? Green Man growers are probably the best growers in the business in Colorado (with multiple Cup awards to back that statement up). I wish they would sell how-to videos for people who want to learn proper horticultural skills, because these guys set the bar!

I’ve decided not to come back to this location for one major reason.I don’t feel like my business is appreciated or cared about.When you dump the jar into the container shake it and then take out extra it leaves behind all the shake and what not.The DTC location always takes time to make sure you are getting quality product.Being in the service industry I always tip well and at this location it feels very waisted.

Well, I go to Green Man regularly on Santa Fe. In Denver. I like the quality and the service. All is great. The last time I visited though I had a horrible experience.The guy working the entrance was quite rude. When I walked in, there was no one at the front desk. So, after I waited a few minutes, I tapped on the door. Not loud but, just to let staff know I was there. The guy came out and said we are kinda . I let it go. Well, I am headed there now to get some flower.I wont change my place to purchase my weed cause it is the best. But, I just wanted to alert you that that was rude.I come there for all my cannibas needs. I just wanted to say that it was quite rude.Anyway, I wanted to let you know that this has only happened once. With that kinda attitude, it could run off business.

This used to be my go-to store in Denver (have to admit they have probably the best logo in the state). On my last Colorado trip I was staying in Estes Park. I drove down to Denver, to Green Man (Santa Fe Plaza), to get their advertised Girl Scout Cookies. I had checked the ad before I left Estes (Girl Scout Cookies well under $300 oz.).When I got to the store, no Girl Scout Cookies, the only top shelf flower they had was Ghost-train-wreck haze. So the trip wasnt a waste, I scored that quality Sativa. It was good but but dry and old looking. Im willing to try their South Denver location but Im done with their downtown store.

If I could give a zero I would. I have been going here on and off for three years now when I am home from college on break and I have given it an honest try, spent more than $500 overall so I think I can make an accurate assessment of the place. Most times the staff are vey rude and not helpful at all, their are some who are nice and extremely helpful but that is not the majority but the minority. Also most of the workers are very lazy once it took more than 10 minutes to get me in the door when I was the only costumer.My last experience made me write this review so people can save their money and go to a better place. I bought two pax pods and they had issues (one was only half full and the other was clogged and would not pull) and when I brought it up to them they where not helpful and where even mean and condescending to me about it, saying that I should take it with the pod company. What type of company does not take responsibility for the products they sale, this is a poor business model and it might be you when you have an issue and they wont help. Dont give them your money. Go to terrapin or any other dispensary where they are nice, good products and will take responsibility when they give you bad products and make you feel like a valuable customer. Stay clear from this place, its for your own good!

They automatically assumed I was going to be giving it to my younger sister. If I had been in a car they wouldn’t have said anything but simply because they could see her they wouldn’t even let us in. I am 27 years old. And yes she is 20 but I am not going to contribute to the delinquency of a minor! That’s rude and I don’t recommend dealing with it. We are on vacation and we had just stopped at the purple haze next door so of course we had her with us!

This is the best dispensary that ive seen in Colorado. The bud has strong smell when you open a jar and good moisture. Theyve won the high times cannabis cup multiple times and are the strongest brand in Denver. This is the best weed in Denver.

Shopped here for over a year and am never disappointed with the bud. These guys know their products, love the flower and always steer me towards exactly the type of high Im looking for. If youre on a budget take advantage of their happy hour from 12-3, always a killer strain to try for $25.From the great service, to the potent bud I ALWAYS leave with a smile on my face. GreenMan is the best!! My favorite flower is Starkiller and Rose. These people take their time to cure it properly and there is no harsh aftertaste they definitely have excellent Growers and thats why we come down from Colorado Springs theres not no question Green Man is the best to our opinion!!

Greenman isn’t cheap but they offer super high quality flower and bud. Every shelf is at different price points, however their cheapest flower is still better than 90% of everything in Denver! This is a you get what you pay for kinda place , they even have a $100 deal on bud or $25 deal if that’s what you need . My only complaint is the parking lot is trash too small...

Let me start off and say, I love the seriousness of how the way they treat their customers on how the customers come in, they I.D everyone even if you are waiting outside down the street LOL, they will know. Another thing, I love dispensaries such as this one that scales and weights the cannabis in front of me, the deals are great, although I miss the two grams for 10$ that was the ultimate deal out of any other dispensary I know in this state. I love this location, and I recommend this location to every one who is 420 friendly. MInd You make sure everyone has their identification with them, or no sale LOL.

Biggest disappointment ever! The green man usually has never let me down. Well I just made a visit today on June 28th and was very disappointed. Bought a OZ of Bubba Kush just to get home and find half of it was complete shake and I absolutely hate shake!!! So basically wasted my time and money and I drove from Missouri. Its a good thing they have some of the most gigantic, delicious buds Ive ever seen. The place is tiny and easily overwhelmed. Theres no where to sit in the miniscule waiting room. The service has been excellent, but the prices are STEEP. They dont include tax in the listed price, which a lot of other places do. Apparently the tax is like 20%, which can bea nasty surprise. But they sell some damn good stuff here. If you want world-class bud this is the place

The OGs here are mind blowing. Im not just saying, I have been smoking OGs since 2006. I know a good OG and Im very demanding. Just visited this store yesterday and I regret that I didnt visit this store even after living in Denver for 3 years (being an OG fanatic). The budtender could have been a little more knowledgeable about the bud. Overall, I shamelessly, totally recommend this store if you are looking for boutique quality weed. Ciao!
